Ginsenoside Rk3 modulates gut microbiota and regulates immune response of group 3 innate lymphoid cells to against colorectal tumorigenesis

The gut microbiota plays a pivotal role in the immunomodulatory and protumorigenic microenvironment of colorectal cancer(CRC).However,the effect of ginsenoside Rk3(Rk3)on CRC and gut microbiota remains ***,the purpose of this study is to explore the potential effect of Rk3 on CRC from the perspective of gut microbiota and immune *** results reveal that treatment with Rk3 significantly suppresses the formation of colon tumors,repairs intestinal barrier damage,and regulates the gut microbiota imbalance caused by CRC,including enrichment of probiotics such as Akkermansia muciniphila and Barnesiella intestinihominis,and clearance of pathogenic *** metabolomics data demonstrate that Rk3 can modulate the metabolism of amino acids and bile acids,particularly by upregulating glutamine,which has the potential to regulate the immune ***,we elucidate the regulatory effects of Rk3 on chemokines and inflammatory factors associated with group 3 innate lymphoid cells(ILC3s)and T helper 17(Th17)signaling pathways,which inhibits the hyperactivation of the Janus kinase-signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(JAK-STAT3)signaling *** results indicate that Rk3 modulates gut microbiota,regulates ILC3s immune response,and inhibits the JAK-STAT3 signaling pathway to suppress the development of colon *** importantly,the results of fecal microbiota transplantation suggest that the inhibitory effect of Rk3 on colon tumors and its regulation of ILC3 immune responses are mediated by the gut *** summary,these findings emphasize that Rk3 can be utilized as a regulator of the gut microbiota for the prevention and treatment of CRC.

In this paper, we consider a susceptible-infective-susceptible(SIS) reaction-diffusion epidemic model with spontaneous infection and logistic source in a periodically evolving domain. Using the iterative technique,the uniform boundedness of solution is established. In addition, the spatial-temporal risk index R0(ρ) depending on the domain evolution rate ρ(t) as well as its analytical properties are discussed. The monotonicity of R0(ρ)with respect to the diffusion coefficients of the infected dI, the spontaneous infection rate η(ρ(t)y) and interval length L is investigated under appropriate conditions. further, the existence and asymptotic behavior of periodic endemic equilibria are explored by upper and lower solution method. Finally, some numerical simulations are presented to illustrate our analytical results. Our results provide valuable information for disease control and prevention.

The two-dimensional Logistic memristive hyperchaotic map(2D-LMHM)and the secure hash SHA-512 are the foundations of the unique remote sensing image encryption algorithm(RS-IEA)suggested in this *** proposed map is formed from the improved Logistic map and the memristor,which has wide phase space and hyperchaotic range and is exceptionally excellent to be utilized in specific *** proposed image algorithm uses the permutation-assignment-diffusion *** generates two position matrices in a progressive manner to achieve an efficient random exchange of pixel positions,assignment is carried through on the image pixels of the permutated image to entirely remove the original image information,strengthening the relationship between permutation and diffusion,and loop diffusion in two different directions can use subtle changes of pixels to affect the whole *** random key and plain-image SHA-512 hash values are used to produce an additional key,which is then utilized to figure out the permutation parameters and the initial value of a chaotic *** experimental results with the average NPCR=99.6094%(NPCR:number of pixels change rate),average UACI=33.4638%(UACI:unified average changing intensity),100%pass rate of the targets in the test set,the average correlation coefficient is 0.00075,and the local information entropy is 7.9025,which shows that the algorithm is able to defend against a variety of illegal attacks and provide more trustworthy protection than some of the existing state-of-the-art algorithms.

To explore the wide-frequency damping and vibration-attenuation performances in the application of aerospace components,the cylindrical sandwich shell structure with a gradient core of entangled wire mesh was proposed in this ***,the gradient cores of entangled wire mesh in the axial and radial directions were prepared by using an in-house Numerical Control weaving machine,and the metallurgical connection between skin sheets and the gradient core was performed using vacuum ***,to investigate the mechanical properties of cylindrical sandwich shells with axial or radial gradient cores,quasi-static and dynamic mechanical experiments were carried *** primary evaluations of mechanical properties include secant stiffness,natural frequency,Specific Energy Absorption(SEA),vibration acceleration level,and so *** results suggest that the vibration-attenuation performance of the sandwich shell is remarkable when the high-density core layer is at the end of the shell or abuts the inner *** axial gradient material has almost no influence on the vibration frequencies of the shell,whereas the vibration frequencies increase dramatically when the high-density core layer approaches the ***,compared to the conventional sandwich shells,the proposed functional grading cylindrical sandwich shell exhibits more potential in mass reduction,stiffness designing,and energy dissipation.

Integrated water and fertilizer management is important for promoting sustainable development of facility agriculture,and biochar plays an important role in guaranteeing food production,as well as alleviating water shortages and the overuse of *** field experiment had twelve treatments and a control(CK)trial including two irrigation amounts(I1,100%ETm;I2,60%ETm;where ETm is the maximum evapotranspiration),two nitrogen applications(N1,360 kg ha^(−1);N2,120 kg ha^(−1))and three biochar application levels(B1,60 t ha^(−1);B_(2),30 t ha^(−1)and B3,0 t ha^(−1)).A multi-objective synergistic irrigation-nitrogen-biochar application system for improving tomato yield,quality,water and nitrogen use efficiency,and greenhouse emissions was developed by integrating the techniques of experimentation and ***,a coupled irrigation-nitrogen-biochar plot experiment was ***,tomato yield and fruit quality parameters were determined experimentally to establish the response relationships between irrigation-nitrogen-biochar dosage and yield,comprehensive quality of tomatoes(TCQ),irrigation water use efficiency(IWUE),partial factor productivity of nitrogen(PFPN),and net greenhouse gas emissions(NGE).Finally,a multi-objective dynamic optimization regulation model of irrigation-nitrogen-biochar resource allocation at different growth stages of tomato was constructed which was solved by the fuzzy programming *** results showed that the application of irrigation and nitrogen to biochar promoted increase in yield,IWUE and PFPN,while it had an inhibitory effect on *** addition,the optimal allocation amounts of water and fertilizer were different under different *** yield of the S1 scenario increased by 8.31%compared to the B_(1)I_(1)N_(2) treatment;TCQ of the S2 scenario increased by 5.14%compared to the B_(2)I_(2)N_(1) treatment;IWUE of the S3 scenario increased by 10.01%compared to the B1I2N2 treatment;PFPN of the S4 scenario increased by

Nowadays,with the rapid development of industrial Internet technology,on the one hand,advanced industrial control systems(ICS)have improved industrial production ***,there are more and more cyber-attacks targeting industrial control *** ensure the security of industrial networks,intrusion detection systems have been widely used in industrial control systems,and deep neural networks have always been an effective method for identifying cyber *** intrusion detection methods still suffer from low accuracy and a high false alarm ***,it is important to build a more efficient intrusion detection *** paper proposes a hybrid deep learning intrusion detection method based on convolutional neural networks and bidirectional long short-term memory neural networks(CNN-BiLSTM).To address the issue of imbalanced data within the dataset and improve the model’s detection capabilities,the Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique-Edited Nearest Neighbors(SMOTE-ENN)algorithm is applied in the preprocessing *** algorithm is employed to generate synthetic instances for the minority class,simultaneously mitigating the impact of noise in the majority *** approach aims to create a more equitable distribution of classes,thereby enhancing the model’s ability to effectively identify patterns in both minority and majority *** the experimental phase,the detection performance of the method is verified using two data *** results show that the accuracy rate on the CICIDS-2017 data set reaches 97.7%.On the natural gas pipeline dataset collected by Lan Turnipseed from Mississippi State University in the United States,the accuracy rate also reaches 85.5%.

Automatic modulation recognition of radio fuzes using a DR2D-based adaptive denoising method and textural feature extraction

The identification of intercepted radio fuze modulation types is a prerequisite for decision-making in interference ***,the electromagnetic environment of modern battlefields is complex,and the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)of such environments is usually low,which makes it difficult to implement accurate recognition of radio *** solve the above problem,a radio fuze automatic modulation recognition(AMR)method for low-SNR environments is ***,an adaptive denoising algorithm based on data rearrangement and the two-dimensional(2D)fast Fourier transform(FFT)(DR2D)is used to reduce the noise of the intercepted radio fuze intermediate frequency(IF)***,the textural features of the denoised IF signal rearranged data matrix are extracted from the statistical indicator vectors of gray-level cooccurrence matrices(GLCMs),and support vector machines(SVMs)are used for *** DR2D-based adaptive denoising algorithm achieves an average correlation coefficient of more than 0.76 for ten fuze types under SNRs of-10 d B and above,which is higher than that of other typical *** trained SVM classification model achieves an average recognition accuracy of more than 96%on seven modulation types and recognition accuracies of more than 94%on each modulation type under SNRs of-12 d B and above,which represents a good AMR performance of radio fuzes under low SNRs.

Ester liquids(ELs),as the alternative transformer liquids to the conventional mineral oils(MOs),have been increasingly used in power transformers with high voltage *** various properties,the lightning impulse breakdown voltages(LIBDVs)have been studied elaborately in the past two decades under different electric field *** electric field uniformities do have an effect on the breakdown characteristics,for example,breakdown mechanisms,polarity effects,and differences of LIBDV between ELs and MOs,which is quantitatively investigated based on the LIBDVs collected from the *** breakdown mechanism transition phenomenon between streamer initiation dominated breakdown and streamer propagation dominated breakdown has been reviewed ***,the transition field factor boundaries to observe the polarity effect on LIBDVs are taken at around 20 for ELs and 10 for ***,the transition field factor boundaries to observe the LIBDV distinctions between ELs and MOs are about 109 and 14 under positive and negative lightning impulse,*** systematic analysis and interpretation on the transition field factor boundaries among different phenomena can provide insights on insulation design of ELs filled power transformers.

Logit prototype learning with active multimodal representation for robust open-set recognition

Robust open-set recognition(OSR) performance has become a prerequisite for pattern recognition systems in real-world applications. However, the existing OSR methods are primarily implemented on the basis of single-modal perception, and their performance is limited when single-modal data fail to provide sufficient descriptions of the objects. Although multimodal data can provide more comprehensive information than single-modal data, the learning of decision boundaries can be affected by the feature representation gap between different modalities. To effectively integrate multimodal data for robust OSR performance, we propose logit prototype learning(LPL) with active multimodal representation. In LPL, the input multimodal data are transformed into the logit space, enabling a direct exploration of intermodal correlations without the impact of scale inconsistency. Then, the fusion weights of each modality are determined using an entropybased uncertainty estimation method. This approach realizes adaptive adjustment of the fusion strategy to provide comprehensive descriptions in the presence of external disturbances. Moreover, the single-modal and multimodal representations are jointly optimized interactively to learn discriminative decision ***, a stepwise recognition rule is employed to reduce the misclassification risk and facilitate the distinction between known and unknown classes. Extensive experiments on three multimodal datasets have been done to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
