This work is concerned with a kind of optimal control problem for a size-structured biological population ***-posedness of the state system and an adjoint system are proved by means of Banach＇s fixed point *** and uniqueness of optimal control are shown by functional analytical *** conditions describing the optimal strategy are established via tangent and normal cones *** results are of the first ones for this novel structure.

A distributed secondary control(DSC) strategy that combines Q-learning and pinning control is originally proposed to achieve a fully optimal DSC for droop-controlled microgrids(MGs). It takes advantages of cross-fusion of the two algorithms to realize the high efficiency and self-adaptive control in MGs. It has the following advantages. Firstly, it adopts the advantages of reinforcement learning in autonomous learning control and intelligent decision-making, driving the action value of pinning control for feedback adaptive correction. Secondly, only a small part of points selected as pinned points needs to be controlled and pre-learned, hence the actual control problem is transformed into a synchronous tracking problem and the installation number of controllers is further ***, the pinning matrix can be modified to adapt to plugand-play operation under the distributed control ***, the effectiveness and versatility of the proposed strategy are demonstrated with a typical droop-controlled MG model.

Polyhedral boranes are a class of well-known boron molecular clusters widely used in energy,chemistry,medicine,and materials science because of their unique physical and chemical *** efforts have been made in the past decades to find more effective synthetic methods for this important class of boron ***,existing synthetic methods suffer from low efficiency and low ***,we report a facile one-pot synthesis of[（CH3）3S]2B12H12with moderate yields at mild *** mechanisms for the multi-step chemoselective synthesis of B12H122-without other by-products are elucidated based on theoretical results and our previous *** Lewis base used in B–H bond condensation reaction,which acts as a hydrogen or to balance the newly generated polyhedral borane charges,is proposed and studied in *** current study has led to a more effective and selective synthetic method for B12H122-and has also implicated the syntheses of other new polyhedral boranes.

Skeletal muscle plays a significant role in both local and systemic energy metabolism. The current investigation aims to explore the role of the Bambi gene in skeletal muscle, focusing on its implications for muscle hypertrophy and systemic metabolism. We hypothesize that skeletal muscle-specific deletion of Bambi induces muscle hypertrophy, improves metabolic performance, and activates thermogenic adipocytes via the reprogramming of progenitor of i WAT, offering potential therapeutic strategies for metabolic syndromes. Leveraging the Chromatin immunoprecipitation(ChIP)-seq and bioinformatics analysis, Bambi gene is shown to be a direct target of HIF2α, which is further confirmed by ChIP-qPCR and promoter luciferase assay. Skeletal muscle-specific Bambi deletion led to significant muscle hypertrophy and improved metabolic parameters, even under high-fat diet conditions. This deletion induced metabolic reprogramming of stromal vascular fractions(SVFs) into thermogenic adipocytes, contributing to systemic metabolic improvements, potentially through the secretory ***, mice with skeletal muscle-specific Bambi deletion demonstrate resistance to high-fat diet-induced metabolic disorders, highlighting a potential therapeutic pathway for metabolic syndrome management. Thus, skeletal muscle-specific deletion of Bambi triggers muscle growth, enhances metabolic performance, and activates thermogenic adipocytes. These findings suggest Bambi as a novel therapeutic target for metabolic syndromes, providing new insights into the interaction between muscle hypertrophy and systemic metabolic improvement. The study underscores the potential of manipulating muscle physiology to regulate whole-body metabolism, offering a novel perspective on treating metabolic disorders.

In this paper, the S-frames, the front side rail structures of automobile, were investigated for crashworthihess. Various cross-sections including regular polygon, nonconvex polygon and multi-cell with inner stiffener sections were investigated in terms of energy absorption of S-frames. It was determined through extensive numerical simulation that a multi-celI S-frame with double vertical internal stiffeners can absorb more energy than the other configurations. Shape optimization was also carried out to improve energy absorption of the S-frame with a rectangular section. The center composite design of experiment and the sequential response surface method （SRSM） were adopted to construct the approximate design sub-problem, which was then solved by the feasible direction method. An innovative double S- frame was obtained from the optimal result. The optimum configuration of the S-frame was crushed numerically and more plastic hinges as well as shear zones were observed during the crush process. The energy absorption efficiency of the structure with the optimal configuration was improved compared to the initial configuration.

Axially chiral phosphines are a class of extremely important ligands in asymmetric catalysis. Herein, an unprecedented copper（I）-catalyzed asymmetric SNAr reaction with HP（S）R2is uncovered, which delivers a series of axially chiral phosphine derivatives in high yields with excellent enantioselectivity. Furthermore, the diastereoselective reaction with the kinetic resolution of racemic HP（S）ArR proceeds smoothly, providing the products with moderate diastereoselectivity and excellent enantioselectivity. Control experiments indicate that HP（S）Ph2is much more active than HPPh2and HP（O）Ph2as the pronucleophile in the present reaction. It is found that the SNAr reaction （the first SNAr） proceeds in a desymmetric manner, providing the desired chiral products while a continued SNAr reaction （the second SNAr） slightly occurs in a kinetic resolution manner in the present catalytic system, which enhances the ee of the desired chiral products. DFTcalculations support a concerted reaction pathway rather than a step-wise mechanism. Finally, axially chiral olefin-phosphines produced by the present method work as suitable ligands in Pdcatalyzed asymmetric allylic substitution with C-, N-, and O-nucleophiles and Rh-catalyzed asymmetric addition of arylboronic acid to benzil.

针对城市居民区回收箱布局规划和路径优化问题,首先构建居民区回收箱数量与人口、回收频率、回收阈值的线性函数,并构建双层优化模型,回收总利润最大化作为上层目标,运输成本最小化作为下层目标。其次,为求解具有NP-hard特征的新模型,设计加入团体学习算子和自适应选择策略的人类学习优化算法,并与禁忌搜索算法嵌套构建混合人类学习算法(hybrid human learning optimization algorithm,HHLO)。再次,采用不同规模算例,并将新算法与基本人类学习算法、遗传算法、自适应粒子群算法、红嘴蓝鹊算法进行对比分析,验证了模型的可行性和算法的有效性。最后,通过上海杨浦区某实例进行灵敏度分析,探讨回收箱容量、分时定价策略和分区定价策略对回收中心总利润与居民满意度的影响。
