Dislocation loop and gas bubble evolution in tungsten were in-situ investigated under 30 keV H_(2)^(+)and He^(+)dual-beam irra-diation at 973 K and 1173 *** average size and number density of dislocation loops and gas bubbles were obtained as a function of irradiation *** quantitative calculation and analysis of the migration distance of 1/2loops at low irradiation dose indicated that the main mechanism of the formation ofloops should be attributed to the high-density helium cluster inducement mechanism,instead of the 1/2loop reaction mechanism.H2+and He+dual-beam irradiation induced the formation ofloops and 1/2loops,while increasing the irradiation temperature would increaseloop *** percentage ofloops was approximately 18.6%at 973 K and increased to 22.9%at 1173 *** loop reaction between two 1/2loops to form a large-sized 1/2loop was in-situ observed,which induced not only the decrease of the number of 1/2loops but also the significant increase of their ***loops impeded the movement of dislocation line and tended to escape from it instead of being *** the increase of irradiation dose,the yield strength increment(Δ_(σloop))caused by the change of loop size and density increased first and then decreased slightly,while the yield strength increment(Δ_(σbubble))caused by the change of bubble size and density always ***,within the current irradiation dose range,Δ_(σloop)was much larger thanΔ_(σbubble).

As one of the three payloads for the Advanced Space-based Solar Observatory(ASO-S)mission,the Lyman-alpha(Lyα)Solar Telescope(LST)is composed of three instruments:a Solar Corona Imager(SCI),a LyαSolar Disk Imager(SDI)and a full-disk White-light Solar Telescope(WST).When working in-orbit,LST will simultaneously perform high-resolution imaging observations of all regions from the solar disk to the inner corona up to 2.5 R⊙(R⊙stands for the mean solar radius)with a spatial resolution of 4.8′′and 1.2′′for coronal and disk observations,respectively,and a temporal resolution of 30–120 s and 1–120 s for coronal and disk observations,*** maximum exposure time can be up to20 s due to precise pointing and image stabilization *** the three telescopes of LST,SCI is a dual-waveband coronagraph simultaneously and independently observing the inner corona in the HI Lyα(121.6±10 nm)line and white light(WL)(700±40 nm)wavebands by using a narrowband Lyαbeam splitter and has a field of view(FOV)from 1.1 to 2.5 R⊙.The stray-light suppression level can attainline and 360.0 nm wavebands,respectively,which adopt an off-axis two-mirror reflective structure with an FOV up to 1.2 R⊙,covering the inner coronal edge area and relating to coronal *** present the up-to-date design for the LST payload.

The Institute of High Energy Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences have designed a new type of photomultiplier tube(PMT) based on microchannel plates(MCPs) with large area photocathode, known as large area microchannel plate photomultiplier tube(MCP–PMT). The aging characteristics of the large area MCP–PMTs are different from dynode PMTs and small proximity-focus MCP–PMT. In this work, a prototype large area MCP–PMT was aged by operating with nearly 1000 photoelectrons per pulse for 3 months, and aging process of the MCP–PMT was discussed based on the aging curve.

The Large sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope（LAMOST） general survey is a spectroscopic survey that will eventually cover approximately half of the celestial sphere and collect 10 million spectra of stars, galaxies and QSOs. Objects in both the pilot survey and the first year regular survey are included in the LAMOST DR1. The pilot survey started in October 2011 and ended in June 2012, and the data have been released to the public as the LAMOST Pilot Data Release in August 2012. The regular survey started in September 2012, and completed its first year of operation in June 2013. The LAMOST DR1 includes a total of 1202 plates containing 2 955 336 spectra, of which 1 790 879 spectra have observed signalto-noise ratio（SNR） ≥ 10. All data with SNR ≥ 2 are formally released as LAMOST DR1 under the LAMOST data policy. This data release contains a total of 2 204 696 spectra, of which 1 944 329 are stellar spectra, 12 082 are galaxy spectra and 5017 are quasars. The DR1 not only includes spectra, but also three stellar catalogs with measured parameters： late A,FGK-type stars with high quality spectra（1 061 918 entries）, A-type stars（100 073 entries）, and M-type stars（121 522 entries）. This paper introduces the survey design, the observational and instrumental limitations, data reduction and analysis, and some caveats. A description of the FITS structure of spectral files and parameter catalogs is also provided.

自1968年哈佛脑死亡标准公布以来,全世界范围内陆续发表多篇关于脑死亡/符合神经病学标准的死亡(BD/DNC)的指南和诊断流程,并且不断被修订、更新。2020年世界脑死亡项目发布《脑死亡/符合神经病学标准的死亡判定》,以统一各国临床实践并提高BD/DNC判定的严格性。本文分析并解读2020版《脑死亡/符合神经病学标准的死亡判定》,以明确BD/DNC概念、判定的最低临床标准、辅助检查、儿童/新生儿BD/DNC的判定,并与我国现行的脑死亡判定指南进行比较,以明确国内外脑死亡判定标准之间的差异,供国内相关专业医疗人员参考和借鉴。

目的比较单运动单元与双运动单元固定治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折及不完全爆裂骨折（AO分型为A1型和A3型）的疗效，探讨单运动单元固定的可行性。方法通过前瞻性研究方法，选取A1型和A3型胸腰椎骨折患者141例。按随机数字法将两型骨折患者随机分为单运动单元固定组和双运动单元固定组，A1型组分别为35例和26例，A3型组分别为41例和39例。通过腰功能评分及脊髓神经功能2000分级标准评估临床结果；通过测量术前、术后1周、终末随访时骨折椎楔变指数、骨折节段矢状指数评估影像学结果。终末评估时间设为术后18个月。结果141例患者均得到随访。单运动单元固定组平均出血量与手术时间均明显少于双运动单元固定组，差异有统计学意义。两种术式临床疗效无明显差异。A1型组，单运动单元固定组与双运动单元固定组椎体楔变矫正指数与终末随访矫正丢失率差异有统计学意义，前者优于后者。A3型组，两组差异均无统计学意义，但前者失败率大于后者，差异有统计学意义。结论单运动单元椎弓根钉一棒系统内固定治疗部分A1及A3型胸腰椎骨折，可取得与双运动单元固定相近甚至更佳的疗效，且有出血少、用时短等优点；对于A3．2型胸腰椎骨折，因其失败率较高须严格掌握适应证。
