目的探讨医护技多维度健康教育方式对潜艇官兵在疗养期间的质性研究。方法选取2023年7月至8月到某院疗养的84例潜艇官兵作为研究对象,按照随机数字表分成研究组和对照组,每组各42例。对照组采用常规的健康教育模式,研究组在常规健康宣教的基础上引入医护技多维度健康教育模式。比较两组负性情绪、生活方式及生活质量评分。结果出院前焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分研究组(46.76±3.72)分低于对照组(49.56±3.85)分(P<0.05)。抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分研究组(46.76±3.65)分低于对照组(51.23±3.76)分(P<0.05)。研究组生活方式与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。生活质量评分的社会关系领域观察组(54.65±5.72)分高于对照组(53.52±4.26)分(P<0.05);环境领域观察组(57.32±4.75)分高于对照组(53.34±4.53)分(P<0.05);生理领域观察组(51.71±6.89)分高于对照组(48.12±4.56)分(P<0.05);心理领域观察组(55.76±5.42)分高于对照组(54.72±4.58)分(P<0.05)。结论医护技多维度健康教育能显著减轻潜艇官兵的负性情绪,提高生活质量,提高疗养满意率。

The development and distribution pattern of rural settlements was greatly limited by their natural and social environment. Taking Yulin prefecture in northern Shaanxi抯 Loess Plateau area as an example, 1:250,000 map-scale national geographical database as a major information source, a GIS-based research was conducted to investigate the spatial distribution of the rural settlements. In this paper, many significant characteristics of the rural settlement distribution are reviewed by means of a series of GIS-based information processing methodology. The results obtained in this study should be helpful for the urban and rural settlements reconstruction planning in this area.

Objective:To explore whether Panax notoginseng saponins(PNS)exhibits heart protective effect in myocardial infarction(MI)rats and to identify the potential signaling pathways ***:MI rats induced by ligating the left anterior descending(LAD)coronary artery were assigned to sham coronary artery ligation or coronary artery *** 36 Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into sham group(distilled water,n=9),MI group(distilled water,n=9),PNS group(PNS,40 mg/kg daily,n=9)and fosinopril group(FIP,1.2 mg/kg daily,n=9)according to a random number *** left ventricular morphology and function were conducted by *** alterations were evaluated by the stainings of HE and *** serum levels of C reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α),growth differentiation factor-15(GDF-15)and the ratio of metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)and tissue inhibitor of MMP-9(TIMP-1)were determined by *** levels of activating transcription factor 3(ATF3),mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase 3(MAP2 K3),p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase(p38 MAPK),phosphorylation of p38 MAPK(p-p38 MAPK),transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β1),collagenⅠ,nuclear factor kappa B p65(NFκB p65),phosphorylation of NFκB p65(p-NFκB p65),and phosphorylation of inhibitory kappa Bα(p-IκBα)in hearts were measured by Western blot and immunohistochemical staining,***:PNS improved cardiac function and fibrosis in MI rats(P<0.05).The serum levels of CRP,TNF-α,GDF-15 and the ratio of MMP9/TIMP1 were reversed by PNS in MI *** expressions of TGF-β1,collagenⅠ,MAP2 K3,p38 MAPK,p-p38 MAPK,NFκB p65,p-NFκB p65,and p-IκBαwere down-regulated,while ATF3 increased with the treatment of PNS(P<0.05).Conclusions:PNS may improve cardiac function and fibrosis in MI rats via regulating ATF3/MAP2 K3/p38 MAPK and NFκB signaling *** results suggest the potential of PNS in preventing the development of ventricular remodeling in MI rats.

According to WHO, one of these mass gatherings with critical risk is stampedes. Shanghai “12.31” stampede was a preventable tragedy that the government and event planner hold responsibility for. At the same time, it can be a legacy for improvement in the future. The government should draw experience on the implementation of an emergency preparedness system, in order to improve the rapid emergency response during mass gatherings in the future.

This paper presents the design of an asymmetrically variable wingtip anhedral angles morphing aircraft,inspired by biomimetic mechanisms,to enhance lateral maneuver ***,we establish a lateral dynamic model considering additional forces and moments resulting during the morphing process,and convert it into a Multiple Input Multiple Output(MIMO)virtual control system by importing virtual ***,a classical dynamics inversion controller is designed for the outer-loop system.A new Global Fast Terminal Incremental Sliding Mode Controller(NDO-GFTISMC)is proposed for the inner-loop system,in which an adaptive law is implemented to weaken control surface chattering,and a Nonlinear Disturbance Observer(NDO)is integrated to compensate for unknown *** whole control system is proven semiglobally uniformly ultimately bounded based on the multi-Lyapunov function ***,we consider tracking errors and self-characteristics of actuators,a quadratic programmingbased dynamic control allocation law is designed,which allocates virtual control inputs to the asymmetrically deformed wingtip and *** dynamic models are incorporated to ensure physical realizability of designed allocation ***,comparative experimental results validate the effectiveness of the designed control system and control allocation *** NDO-GFTISMC features faster convergence,stronger robustness,and 81.25%and 75.0%reduction in maximum state tracking error under uncertainty compared to the Incremental Nonlinear Dynamic Inversion Controller based on NDO(NDO-INDI)and Incremental Sliding Mode Controller based on NDO(NDO-ISMC),*** design of the morphing aircraft significantly enhances lateral maneuver capability,maintaining a substantial control margin during lateral maneuvering,reducing the burden of the rudder surface,and effectively solving the actuator saturation problem of traditional aircraft during lateral maneuvering.

Dryopteridaceae are the largest fern family and include nearly 20%of extant fern diversity,with 24 currently recognized *** and delineation of genera within this family have varied *** three-subfamily classification of Dryopteridaceae was based primarily on molecular phylogenetic relationships but lacked morphological evidence,and the phylogenetic relationships of the subfamilies and genera of Dryopteridaceae are only partially resolved.A comprehensive and robust phylogeny is urgently *** heterogeneous morphology of the current members of Dryopteridaceae makes the family and its subfamilies difficult to define by single morphological characteristics or even character *** carried out phylogenetic analyses to reconstruct a highly supported phylogeny of *** analyses recovered 24 strongly supported clades grouped into seven major clades of *** morphological characters including habit,rhizome shape,frond morphology,rachis-costae architecture,appendages on stipe base and lamina,and soral arrangement were found to be informative for identifying different major clades and clades in *** on phylogenetic reconstruction and morphological analysis,we presented an updated infra-familial classification of Dryopteridaceae with seven subfamilies and 24 genera including four newly proposed subfamilies(Ctenitidoideae,Lastreopsidoideae,Pleocnemioideae,and Polystichopsidoideae).Morphological character combinations of each subfamily are summarized,and a key is *** genera sensu PPG I are recognized,with Stigmatopetris reclassified into Dryopteridoideae and Arthrobotrya considered a synonym of Teratophyllum.A new genus Pseudarachniodes is *** revised classification will serve as a foundational framework for future investigations on taxonomy,biogeography,and diversification of the most species-rich Dryopteridaceae in ferns.

Efficacy and Safety of Zihua Wenfei Zhisou Granule in Treatment of Postinfectious Cough: A Multicenter, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled, Phase Ⅱ Clinical Trial

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Chinese medicine(CM) Zihua Wenfei Zhisou Granule(ZWZG) in postinfectious cough(PIC) patients with CM syndrome of wind-cold invading Fei(Lung,WCIF). Methods: This is a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, parallel-group, placebo-controlled phase Ⅱclinical trial. PIC patients with WCIF syndrome were recruited from the Respiratory Departments in 6 hospitals across China between March 2019 and December 2020. Eligible patients were randomly assigned to group A(ZWZG-matched placebo 15 g), group B(active ZWZG 15 g), and group C(active ZWZG 10 g plus ZWZGmatched placebo 5 g) in a 1:1:1 ratio. All medications were taken orally 3 times daily for 14 consecutive days. The primary outcomes were cough relief rate and cough disappearance rate. The secondary outcomes included time to cough relief, time to cough disappearance, and changes in cough symptom score(CSS), cough Visual Analog Scale(VAS) value, Cough-Specific Quality of Life Questionnaire(CQLQ) score, and CM syndrome score from baseline(day 0) to post-treatment(day 14). Adverse events(AEs) in each group were recorded. Results: A total of 198 patients were included in the full analysis set(FAS) and safety analysis set(SS), while 183 were enrolled in the per-protocol analysis set(PPS). In the FAS population, the cough relief rate was 47.76%, 90.77% and 84.85%in groups A, B, and C, respectively;while the cough disappearance rate was 31.34%, 72.31% and 68.18%,respectively. The cough relief rates and cough disappearance rates in groups B and C were significantly higher than group A(P<0.0001). Both the median time to cough relief and cough disappearance in groups B and C were shorter than group A(P<0.0001). Compared with group A, groups B and C showed significantly greater improvements from baseline to post-treatment in CSS during daytime and nighttime as well as VAS(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in changes from baseline to post-treatment in CQLQ and CM syndrome

随着亚马逊Mechanical Turk和Innocentive等众包平台的增长,劳动力和知识的获取和利用较以前更容易。然而,许多众包平台网站都面临着如何使任务发布者和提供者能够长时间地停留在网站中参与任务,以保持众包平台网站可持续性发展的问题。为解决这一问题,本文利用经典的基于二元语义的多属性决策方法(2-TUPLE Multiple Attribute Decision Method),为众包平台网站构建一个辅助决策模块。该模块的使用,一方面可以帮助提高任务发布者决策的科学性,另一方面为提供者给予适当的信息反馈。通过此种方式,可以提高任务发布者和提供者对于众包平台网站的满意度,从而维持众包平台网站的可持续发展。基于二元语义的多属性决策方法在众包平台中的应用将会对众包平台中的所有组成单元带来利益。
