Vaccinations are essential for preventing and treating disease,especially cancer nanovaccines,which have gained considerable interest recently for their strong anti-tumor immune *** can prompt the immune system to generate antibodies and activate various immune cells,leading to a response against tumor tissues and reducing the negative effects and recurrence risks of traditional chemotherapy and *** enhance the flexibility and targeting of vaccines,nanovaccines utilize nanotechnology to encapsulate or carry antigens at the nanoscale level,enabling more controlled and precise drug delivery to enhance immune *** nanovaccines function by encapsulating tumor-specific antigens or tumor-associated antigens within *** small size of these nanomaterials allows for precise targeting of T cells,dendritic cells,or cancer cells,thereby eliciting a more potent anti-tumor *** this paper,we focus on the classification of carriers for cancer nanovaccines,the roles of different target cells,and clinically tested cancer nanovaccines,discussing strategies for effectively inducing cytotoxic T lymphocytes responses and optimizing antigen presentation,while also looking ahead to the translational challenges of moving from animal experiments to clinical trials.

16.48% Efficient solution-processed CIGS solar cells with crystal growth and defects engineering enabled by Ag doping strategy

Solution-processed Cu（In,Ga）Se2（CIGS） solar cells suffer from serious carrier recombination and power conversion efficiency（PCE） loss because of the poor film properties and easy formation of ***, we propose Ag&Se co-selenization strategy to enhance the crystallization and passivate harmful defects of the CIGS films. The formation of Ag-Se phase during the selenization process enables the formation of large grains and suppresses the deep level defects. It is found that Ag doping can enlarge the depletion region width, lower the Urbach energy and prolong the carrier lifetime. As a result, a champion solution-processed CIGS solar cell presents a high efficiency of 16.48% with the highly improved opencircuit voltage（VOC） of 662 m V and fill factor（FF） of 75.8%. This work provides an efficient strategy to prepare high quality solution-processed CIGS films for high-performance CIGS solar cells.

高频光电通信器件对压电材料特性要求越来越高，氮化铝（AlN）薄膜由于其优异的压电特性而备受关注，高取向高压电AlN薄膜沉积工艺优化成为其应用拓展的瓶颈技术之一，众多制备工艺参数中温度是影响AlN薄膜晶格取向的关键参数之一。本文采用磁控溅射的方法沉积AlN薄膜，研究了沉积温度对AlN薄膜晶体取向及压电性能的影响，X射线衍射（X-ray diffraction, XRD）测试结果表明，250℃下可获得（100）取向AlN,300℃下AlN则优先（002）取向；压电测试结果表明，250℃下压电常数d*33达最大值0.79 V,表现出较优的压电特性。基于原子力显微镜（atomic force microscopy, AFM）结果及温度对价键稳定性影响分析探索了温度对其生长的影响机制。

Sleep disturbances are among the most prevalent neuropsychiatric symptoms in individuals who have recovered from severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 *** studies have demonstrated abnormal brain structures in patients with sleep disturbances who have recovered from coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).However,neuroimaging studies on sleep disturbances caused by COVID-19 are scarce,and existing studies have primarily focused on the long-term effects of the virus,with minimal acute phase *** a result,little is known about the pathophysiology of sleep disturbances in the acute phase of *** address this issue,we designed a longitudinal study to investigate whether alterations in brain structure occur during the acute phase of infection,and verified the results using 3-month follow-up data.A total of 26 COVID-19 patients with sleep disturbances(aged 51.5±13.57 years,8 women and 18 men),27 COVID-19 patients without sleep disturbances(aged 47.33±15.98 years,9 women and 18 men),and 31 age-and gender-matched healthy controls(aged 49.19±17.51 years,9 women and 22 men)were included in this *** COVID-19 patients with sleep disturbances were included in a longitudinal *** found that COVID-19 patients with sleep disturbances exhibited brain structural changes in almost all brain *** cortical thicknesses of the left pars opercularis and left precuneus were significantly negatively correlated with Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index ***,we observed changes in the volume of the hippocampus and its subfield regions in COVID-19 patients compared with the healthy *** 3-month follow-up data revealed indices of altered cerebral structure(cortical thickness,cortical grey matter volume,and cortical surface area)in the frontal-parietal cortex compared with the baseline in COVID-19 patients with sleep *** findings indicate that the sleep disturbances patients had altered morphology in the cortical an

Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)(NVP)has garnered great attentions as a prospective cathode material for sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)by virtue of its decent theoretical capacity,superior ion conductivity and high structural ***,the inherently poor electronic conductivity and sluggish sodium-ion diffusion kinetics of NVP material give rise to inferior rate performance and unsatisfactory energy density,which strictly confine its further application in ***,it is of significance to boost the sodium storage performance of NVP cathode *** to now,many methods have been developed to optimize the electrochemical performance of NVP cathode *** this review,the latest advances in optimization strategies for improving the electrochemical performance of NVP cathode material are well summarized and discussed,including carbon coating or modification,foreign-ion doping or substitution and nanostructure and morphology *** foreign-ion doping or substitution is highlighted,involving Na,V,and PO_(4)^(3−)sites,which include single-site doping,multiple-site doping,single-ion doping,multiple-ion doping and so ***,the challenges and prospects of high-performance NVP cathode material are also put *** is believed that this review can provide a useful reference for designing and developing high-performance NVP cathode material toward the large-scale application in SIBs.

Additive Rate Model With Auxiliary Covariates

In this paper, we consider an inference method for recurrent event data in which the primary exposure covariate is assessed only in a validation set, while as an auxiliary covariate for the main exposure is available for the full cohort. Additive rate model is considered. The existing estimating equations in the absence of primary exposure are corrected by taking use of the validation data and auxiliary information, which yield consistent and asymptotically normal estimators of the regression parameters. The estimated baseline mean process is shown to converge weakly to a zero-mean Gaussian process. Extensive simulations are conducted to evaluate finite sample performance.

Fabrication of a Magnetite Nanoparticle-loaded Polymeric Nanoplatform for Magnetically Guided Drug Delivery

We developed a magnetite nanoparticle-loaded polymeric nanoplatform for magnetically guided 10- hydroxycamptothecin（HCPT） delivery. The nanoplatform was fabricated by simultaneously incorporating magnetite nanoparticles（NPs） and HCPT into the polymer micelle self-assembled from methoxy polyethylene glycolpoly（D,L-lactide-co-glycolide）（MPEG-PLGA） copolymer. Successful loading of HCPT into the nanoplatform was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared（FTIR） spectroscopy. Subsequently, we examined the in vitro antitumor efficacy of free HCPT and nanoplatform against three different cancer cell lines HeLa, A549 and HepG2. Flow cytometric analysis was condkt ,ucted to reveal the cell apoptosis caused by free HCPT and nanoplatform. Finally, the magnetic targeting property of the nanoplatform was evaluated by a self-designed in vitro experiment.

Piezoresistive composite elastomers have shown great potentials for wearable and flexible electronic applications due to their high sensitivity,excellent frequency response,and easy signal detection.A composition membrane sensor with an interlocked structure has been developed and demonstrated outstanding pressure sensitivity,fast response time,and low temperature drift *** with a flexible MXene-based flat sensor(Ti_(3)C_(2)),the interlocked sensor exhibits a significantly improved pressure sensitivity of two magnitudes higher(21.04 kPa^(-1)),a fast reaction speed of 31 ms,and an excellent cycle life of 5000 test *** viability of sensor in responding to various external stimuli with high deformation capacity has been confirmed by calculating the force distribution of a polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)film model with a microlens structure using the solid mechanics module in *** conventional process,we utilized three-dimensional(3D)laser-direct writing lithography equipment to directly transform high-precision 3D data into a micro-nano structure morphology through variable exposure doses,which reduces the hot melting ***,the flexible pressure device is capable of detecting and distinguishing signals ranging from finger movements to human pulses,even for speech *** simple,convenient,and large-format lithographic method offers new opportunities for developing novel human-computer interaction devices.

Schwann cell transplantation is considered one of the most promising cell-based therapy to repair injured spinal cord due to its unique growth-promoting and myelin-forming properties.A the Food and Drug Administration-approved Phase I clinical trial has been conducted to evaluate the safety of transplanted human autologous Schwann cells to treat patients with spinal cord injury.A major challenge for Schwann cell transplantation is that grafted Schwann cells are confined within the lesion cavity,and they do not migrate into the host environment due to the inhibitory barrier formed by injury-induced glial scar,thus limiting axonal reentry into the host spinal *** we introduce a combinatorial strategy by suppressing the inhibitory extracellular environment with injection of lentivirus-mediated transfection of chondroitinase ABC gene at the rostral and caudal borders of the lesion site and simultaneously leveraging the repair capacity of transplanted Schwann cells in adult rats following a mid-thoracic contusive spinal cord *** report that when the glial scar was degraded by chondroitinase ABC at the rostral and caudal lesion borders,Schwann cells migrated for considerable distances in both rostral and caudal *** Schwann cell migration led to enhanced axonal regrowth,including the serotonergic and dopaminergic axons originating from supraspinal regions,and promoted recovery of locomotor and urinary bladder ***,the Schwann cell survival and axonal regrowth persisted up to 6 months after the injury,even when treatment was delayed for 3 months to mimic chronic spinal cord *** findings collectively show promising evidence for a combinatorial strategy with chondroitinase ABC and Schwann cells in promoting remodeling and recovery of function following spinal cord injury.

Mutual-structure weighted guided image filtering for depth map restoration

Although guided image filtering(GIF) is known for preserving edges and fast computation, it may produce inaccurate outputs in depth map restoration. In this paper, a novel confidence-weighted GIF called mutual-structure weighted GIF(MSWGIF) is proposed, which replaces the mean filtering strategy in GIF during handling overlapping windows. The confidence value is composed of a depth term and a mutual-structure term, where the depth term is utilized to protect the edges of the output, and the mutual-structure term helps to select accurate windows during the structure characteristics of the guidance image are transferred to the output. Experimental results show that MSWGIF reduces the root mean square error(RMSE) by an average of 12.37%, and the average growth rate of correlation(CORR) is 0.07% on average. Additionally, the average growth rate of structure similarity index measure(SSIM) is 0.34%.
