As an effective approach to achieve the“dual-carbon”goal,the grid-connected capacity of renewable energy increases *** are the most widely used renewable energy sources and have been applied on various ***,the inherent randomness,intermittency,and weak support of grid-connected equipment not only cause changes in the original flow characteristics of the grid but also result in complex fault *** overcurrent and differential protection methods cannot respond accurately due to the effects of unknown renewable energy ***,a longitudinal protection method based on virtual measurement of current restraint is proposed in this *** positive sequence current data and the network parameters are used to calculate the virtual measurement current which compensates for the output current of photovoltaic(PV).The waveform difference between the virtual measured current and the terminal current for internal and external faults is used to construct the protection *** improved edit distance algorithm is proposed to measure the similarity between virtual measurement current and terminal measurement ***,the feasibility of the protection method is verified through PSCAD simulation.

The accurate measurement of surfaces of large aviation components is vital for the assessment of manufacturing and assembly quality of such *** satisfy the measurement requirement of large-size components,most current researches pay more attention to combined measurement methods utilizing different measuring instruments,but the related researches on error analysis and optimization methods are not taken enough *** paper proposes a combined laser-assisted measurement method with feature enhancement techniques,and it also develops an error propagation model of the main factors affecting the overall measurement error in ***,the surface of a large-size component is measured by the measurement system at multiple ***,a control point coordinate system is established as a bridge to unify all local measurement data into the global coordinate *** improve the overall measurement accuracy,the pixel extraction error as a key factor causing the overall measurement error is analyzed in ***,the error propagation model is established,and some optimization strategies of layout for minimizing measurement error and transformation error are ***,experiments are carried out to verify the effectiveness of the proposed *** results show that the measurement error of the proposed method reaches 0.073%and 0.14%with a 1 D standard ruler and a flat plate,respectively.

The mechanical behavior of solution heat-treated and pre-aged Mg–6Zn–1Gd–1Er alloys during hot compression(from 180 to 330℃)has been *** results showed that the flow stress curves of the pre-aged sample(PAS)intersected with that of the solution heat-treated sample(SHTS)during hot *** 180℃,when the true strain is 0.27 and 0.47,the PAS showed larger and smaller stress(210.80 MPa vs.207.58 MPa and 205.67 MPa vs.207.93 MPa)than the SHTS,*** phenomena were due to the stronger interaction of W phase and dislocations/twins under the strain of 0.27,while dynamic recrystallization softening occurred under the strain of *** the temperature increased to 330℃,the flow stress of PAS and SHTS showed an opposite trend to that of 180℃.Continuous dynamic recrystallization and particle stimulated nucleation based on slip operations are the main deformation mechanisms under 330℃.At the true strain is 0.33 and 0.53,the PAS has smaller and larger stress(61.32 MPa vs.63.69 MPa and 58.75 MPa vs.57.09 MPa)than the SHTS,*** increasing deformation resistance of dynamic precipitation improved the flow stress under smaller strain and dynamic recrystallization decreased the flow stress under high strain,which resulted the opposite phenomena of SHTS.

Recently,graphene oxide(GO),MXene,carbon nanotubes(CNTs) have been used for compounding with other materials as anodes and cathodes to achieve excellent electrochemical properties for metal-ion ***,few researches have focused on the differences between the three ***,silicon,as a typical anode,is selected to integrate with MXene,GO and CNTs in carbon nanofibers(CNFs) and form Si/MXene@CNFs,Si/GO@CNFs and Si/CNTs@CNFs,*** with the results,it can be realized that these CNFs with a significant improved performance compared with pure Si@CNFs show superiority in different aspects of electrochemical ***,the reasons for the superiority are also discussed in this *** addition of MXene can improve the cycle stability of the electrodes,thereby obtaining a high capacity retention rate,CNTs are favorable for the enhancement of rate performance,and the electrodes reversible capacity can be increased due to the addition of ***,the studies on three additives may contribute to the rational design of silicon-based and other anode materials.

Seoul virus(SEOV), which is predominantly carried by Rattus norvegicus, is one of the major causes of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS) in China. Hubei province, located in the central south of China, has experienced some of the most severe epidemics of HFRS. To investigate the mitochondrial DNA(mt DNA)-based phylogenetics of wild rats in Hubei, and the relationship with SEOV infection, 664 wild rats were captured from five trapping sites in Hubei from2000–2009 and 2014–2015. Using reverse-transcription(RT)-PCR, 41(6.17%) rats were found to be positive for SEOV infection. The SEOV-positive percentage in Yichang was significantly lower than that in other areas. The mt DNA D-loop and cytochrome b(cyt-b) genes of 103 rats were *** these animals, 37 were SEOV-positive. The reconstruction of the phylogenetic relationship(based on the complete D-loop and cyt-b sequences) allowed the rats to be categorized into two lineages, R. norvegicus and Rattus nitidus, with the former including the majority of the rats. For both the D-loop and cyt-b genes, 18 haplotypes were identified. The geographic distributions of the different haplotypes were significantly different. There were no significant differences in the SEOVpositive percentages between different haplotypes. There were three sub-lineages for the D-loop,and two for cyt-b. The SEOV-positive percentages for each of the sub-lineages did not significantly differ. This indicates that the SEOV-positive percentage is not related to the mt DNA D-loop or cyt-b haplotype or the sub-lineage of rats from Hubei.

Analysis of Mutations of Two Gitelman Syndrome Family SLC12A3 Genes and Proposed Treatments Using Chinese Medicine

Objective： To determine the gene location of two Gitelman syndrome （GS） family SLC12A3 genes and explore treatments using Chinese medicine （CM） prescriptions. Methods： In order to locate the two GS mutations, samples were collected from 11 people from two different pedigrees for direct genetic sequencing and comparison of the 26 exons of SLC12A3. Furthermore, the change of serum potassium was monitored throughout the therapy and those two probands undertook a sequential superposition of Western medicine （including potassium, Panangin and potassium-sparing diuretics） with CM prescription based on Buyang Huanwu Decoction （补阳还五汤） and Sijunzi Decoction （四君子汤）. The treatment included three stages, oral potassium chloride for the first 2 weeks （stage 1）, potassium-sparing diuretic and Panangin with potassium chloride for the next 2 weeks （stage 2）, CM along with the medicine in stage 2 for the final 2 weeks （stage 3）. Results： The three mutations occurring in proband 1 from pedigree 1 were Thr60Met, 965-1_976de113ins12 （small indels mutation） and Ala122Ala （homozygous silent mutation）. Likewise, three mutations, Asn359Lys, Thr382Met and Arg913GIn, appeared in the proband 2 from pedigree Ⅱ. The serum potassium levels increasing from baseline to sequential stages were 1.63 mmol/L （baseline）, 2.5 mmol/L （stage 1）, 3.1 mmol/L （stage 2） and 3.9 mmol/L （stage 3） in the proband 1, and 2.8 mmol/L （baseline）, 3.1 mmol/L （stage 1）, 3.5 mmol/L （stage 2） and 4.3 mmol/L （stage 3） in the proband 2, respectively. The symptoms （numbness of limbs, weakness, palpitations, etc.） of both probands were all alleviated. Conclusions： The mutations of both GS pedigrees can be defined as compound heterozygous mutations, most of which are known as missense mutations. Applying CM could be an appropriate choice for future intervention of GS.

The widespread planting of genetically engineered cotton producing the CrylAc toxin has led to significantly reduced pesticide applications since 1997. However, conse- quently, the number of green mirid bugs （GMB）, Apolygus lucorum （Meyer-Diir） has in- creased. So far the GMB, instead of the cotton bollworm Helicoverpa armigera （Hiibner）, has become the major pest in the transgenic Bt cotton field and has influenced cotton yield. Disproportionately, only a few studies on GMB at molecular level have been re- ported. Libraries from both third instar nymphs and adults were sequenced using Illumina technology, producing more than 106 million short reads and assembled into 63 029 uni- genes of mean length 597 nt and N50 813 nt, ranging from 300 nt to 9771 nt. BLASTx analysis against Nr, Swissprot, GO and COG was performed to annotate these unigenes. As a result, 26 478 unigenes （42.01%） matched to known proteins and 107 immune-related, 320 digestive-related and 53 metamorphosis-related genes were detected in these annotated unigenes. Additionally, we profiled gene expression using mapping based differentially expressed genes （DEGs） strategy between the two developmental stages： nymph and adult. The results demonstrated that thousands of genes were significantly differentially ex- pressed at different developmental stages. The transcriptome and gene expression data provided comprehensive and global gene resources of GMB. This transcriptome would improve our understanding of the molecular mechanisms of various underlying biological characteristics, including development, digestion and immunity in GMB. Therefore, these findings could help elucidate the intrinsic factors of the GMB resurgence, offering novel pest management targets for future transgenic cotton breeding.
