The hot deformation behavior of 316H stainless steel used in the 4th-generation nuclear systems was investigated by thermal compression tests at 1000–1150 C and 0.01–10 s^(-1).It was found that true stress firstly increased and then decreased with the increasing strain rate with a threshold of 1 s^(-1).Electron backscatter diffraction was used to analyze the microstructure *** dynamic recrystallization(DDRX)was the dominant dynamic recrystallization(DRX)mechanism,while continuous dynamic recrystallization(CDRX)was the supplementary *** happened before CDRX and provided additional nucleation sites for the *** grain boundaries(R3)appeared in DRX grains due to growth *** the length fraction of R3 increased,the coincidence site lattice(CSL)boundary transition began to occur,forming R9 and *** the occurrence of full DRX,the growth and annexation of DRX grains were easy to be promoted,in which progress both equiaxed grains and CSL boundaries *** ideal deformation microstructure with fine and uniform DRX grains,which was accompanied by a high length fraction of CSL boundaries,appeared at 1000℃–0.01 s^(-1),1050℃–0.01–0.1 s^(-1),1100℃–0.1–1 s^(-1) and 1150℃–1–10 s^(-1).That is,the deformation conditions mentioned above were the preferable thermal forming parameters for 316H stainless steel in actual productions.

A quantitative multi-phase-field model for non-isothermal and polycrystalline solidification was developed and applied to dilute multicomponent alloys with hexagonal close-packed *** effects of Lewis coefficient and undercooling on dendrite growth were investigated *** show that large Lewis coefficients facilitate the release of the latent heat,which can accelerate the dendrite growth while suppress the dendrite tip *** greater the initial undercooling,the stronger the driving force for dendrite growth,the faster the growth rate of dendrites,the higher the solid fraction,and the more serious the solute *** simulated dendrite growth dynamics are consistent with predictions from the phenomenological theory but significantly deviate from the classical JMAK theory which neglects the soft collision effect and mutual blocking among ***,taking the Mg-6Gd-2Zn(wt.%)alloy as an example,the simulated dendrite morphology shows good agreement with experimental results.

Non-oriented silicon steel （35W310） and amorphous ribbon （FeT8 Si9B13 amorphous alloy） reactor U-cores are made by welding and dipping paint curing, respectively. Amorphous U-core used to make reactor cut sharply ed-dy current loss due to high electrical resistivity characteristic, thickness of thin ribbon and insulation of dipping paint. The amorphous alloy has high and constant magnetic permeability, and is more suitable for reactor design power to filter high order harmonic component. Keeping off high magnetostriction district with magnetic flux density of 50-100 mT can weaken influence on inductance of inductor due to elongation of magnetostriction. Amorphous al-loy has a lower temperature rise using the software Infolytica 7.2 simulation.

It is commonly recognized that the cooling rate has a substantial effect on solute partitioning and its resultant microsegregation during *** classical dendrite tip undercooling theory clarifies the mitigation of microsegregation by increasing the cooling ***,most of the studies focused on binary alloys,leaving an open question as to whether the microsegregation of different solutes in a multi-component alloy system exhibits a relieving degree similar to increasing cooling *** a widely used 6022-type Al alloy(Al-0.76Mg-0.93Si-0.2Fe)as a model alloy,the current study reveals that the microsegregation of Mg gets alleviated to the greatest extent,followed by those of Si and Fe when the cooling rate increases from 5 to 128 K/*** phenomenon is attributed to the solute-based difference in response to partitioning to cooling rate(denoted as Rk).We propose a theoretical equation to quantify Rk,and the R_(k)values of solute Mg,Si,and Fe successfully explain the rank of solute partitioning in ***,a broad range of R_(k)values of other commonly used alloying elements in Al alloys were calculated and ranked,delivering a handy tool to predict the microsegregation behavior and sol-ubility of different solute elements upon sub-rapid solidification,which is consistent with experimental *** framework can also be extended to other multi-component alloy systems.

Knowledge on the home range size of a species or population is important for understanding its behavioral and social ecology and improving the effectiveness of conservation strategies. We studied the home range size of two different-sized groups of golden snub-nosed monkeys(Rhinopithecus roxellana) in Shennongjia, China. The larger group(236 individuals)had a home range of 22.5 km2 from September2007 to July 2008, whereas the smaller group(62 individuals) occupied a home range of 12.4 km2 from November 2008 to July 2009. Both groups exhibited considerable seasonal variation in their home range size, which was likely due to seasonal changes in food availability and distribution. The home range in any given season(winter, spring, summer, or winter+spring+summer) of the larger group was larger than that of the smaller group. As the two groups were studied in the same area, with the confounding effects of food availability thus minimized, the positive relationship between home range size and group size suggested that scramble feeding competition increased within the larger group.

Storms are usually accompanied by a drop in tempera- ture, and an increase in wind and barometric pressure and rainfall, which have negative impacts on most activ- ities, survival and reproduction in insects （Gillot, 2005）. The majority of studies have mainly focused on how the flight activity of various flying insects such as honey- bees, bumble bees, horse flies and leafminers were directly influenced by intraday weather changes （Burnett ＆ Hays, 1974; Lundberg, 1980; Casas, 1989; Vicens ＆ Bosch, 2000）.

Background and Aims:Programmed cell death-1(PD-1)plays an important role in downregulating T lymphocytes but the mechanisms are still poorly *** study aimed to explore the role of PD-1 in CD8^(+)T lymphocyte dysfunction in hepatitis B virus(HBV)-related acute-on-chronic liver failure(ACLF).Methods:Thirty patients with HBV-ACLF and 30 healthy controls(HCs)were *** differences in the numbers and functions of CD8^(+)T lymphocytes,PD-1 and glucose transporter-1(Glut1)expression from the peripheral blood of patients with HBV-ACLF and HCs were *** vitro,the CD8^(+)T lymphocytes from HCs were cultured(HC group)and the CD8^(+)T lymphocytes from ACLF patients were cultured with PD-L1-IgG(ACLF+PD-1 group)or IgG(ACLF group).The numbers and functions of CD8^(+)T lymphocytes,PD-1 expression,glycogen uptake capacity,and Glut1,hexokinase-2(HK2),and pyruvate kinase(PKM2)expression were analyzed among the HC group,ACLF group and ACLF+***:The absolute numbers of CD8^(+)T lymphocytes in the peripheral blood from patients with HBVACLF were lower than in the HCs(p<0.001).The expression of PD-1 in peripheral blood CD8^(+)T lymphocytes was lower in HCs than in patients with HBV-ACLF(p=0.021).Compared with HCs,PD-1 expression was increased(p=0.021)and Glut1 expression was decreased(p=0.016)in CD8^(+)T lymphocytes from the HBV-ACLF *** vitro,glycogen uptake and functions of ACLF CD8^(+)T lymphocytes were significantly lower than that in HCs(p=0.017;all p<0.001).When PD-1/PD-L1 was activated,the glycogen uptake rate and expression levels of Glut1,HK2,and PKM2 showed a decreasing trend(ACLF+PD-1 group compared to ACLF group,all p<0.05).The functions of CD8^(+)T lymphocytes in the ACLF+PD-1 group[using biomarkers of Ki67,CD69,IL-2,interferon-gamma,and tumor necrosis factor-alpha-were lower than in the ACLF group(all p<0.05).Conclusions:CD8^(+)T lymphocyte dysfunction is observed in patients with ***-1-induced T lymphocyte dysfunction mig

Nanopaper has attracted considerable interest in the fields of films and paper ***,the challenge of integrating the many advantages of nanopaper still ***,we developed a facile strategy to fabricate multifunctional nanocomposite paper(NGCP)composed of wood-derived nanofibrillated cellulose(NFC)and graphene as building *** suspension was consisted of long and entangled NFCs(10–30 nm in width)and their *** NGCP formation,NFC was chemically modified with a silane coupling agent to ensure that it could interact strongly with graphene in *** resulting NGCP samples were flexible and could be bent repeatedly without any structural *** the NGCP samples,the high aspect ratio of NFC made a major contribution to its high mechanical strength,whereas the sheet-like graphene endowed the NGCP with electrical resistance and electrochemical *** mechanical strength of the NGCP samples decreased as their graphene content ***,the electrical resistance and electrochemical activity of the NGCP samples both rose with increasing content of *** NGCPs still kept advantageous mechanical properties even at high temperatures around 300℃ because of the high thermal stability of NFCs and their strong entangled web-like *** view of its sustainable building blocks and multifunctional characteristics,the NGCP developed in this work is promising as low-cost and high-performance nanopaper.
