MXene possesses great potential in enriching the functionalities of hydrogels due to its unique metallic conductivity,high aspect ratio,near-infrared light(nIR light)responsiveness,and wide tunability,however,the poor compatibility of MXene with hydrogels limits further *** this work,we report a uniformly dispersed MXene-functionalized poly-n-isopropylacrylamide(PnIPAM)/poly-2-acrylamido-2-methyl-1-propanesulfonic acid(PAMPS)double network hydrogel(M–Dn hydrogel)that can achieve switchable friction regulation by using the nIR *** dispersity of MXene in hydrogels was significantly improved by incorporating the chitosan(CS)*** M–Dn hydrogel showed much low coefficient of friction(COF)at 25℃ due to the presence of hydration layer on hydrogel *** illuminating with the nIR light,M–Dn hydrogel with good photothermal effect rapidly raised the temperature to above the lower critical solution temperature(LCST),which led to an obvious increase of surface COF owing to the destruction of the hydration *** addition,M–Dn friction control hydrogel showed good recyclability and controllability by tuning“on-off”of the nIR *** work highlights the construction of functional MXene hydrogels for intelligent lubrication,which provides insight for interface sensing,controlled transmission,and flexible robotic arms.

Given the depletion of high-quality magnesite deposits and the rising demand for high-end magnesium materials,the separation and utilization of high-calcium magnesite ores have become ***,the similar surface properties and solubility of semi-soluble salt-type minerals,pose significant challenges for the utilization of dolomite-rich magnesite *** this study,1-hydroxypropane-1,1-di phosphonic acid(HPDP)was identified for the first time as a high-performance depressant for *** tests,including contact angle measurements,ζ potential analysis,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,and atomic force microscopy,were conducted to elucidate the interfacial interaction mechanisms of HPDP on the surfaces of the two minerals at different ***,molecular modeling calculations were used to detail the spatial matching relationship between HPDP and the crystal faces of the two *** was emphasized that HPDP specifically adsorbed onto the dolomite surface by forming calcium phosphonate,ensuring that the dolomite surface remained hydrophilic and ***,it was found that the adsorption strength of HPDP on the mineral surfaces depended on the activity of the metal sites and their spatial *** findings provide a theoretical foundation for the molecular design of flotation reagents for high-calcium magnesite ores.

Electrocatalytic nO reduction reaction offers a sustainable route to achieving environmental protection and nH3 production targets as *** this work,a class of dealloyed Ti_(60)Cu_(33)Mn_(7)ribbons with enough nanoparticles for the high-efficient nO reduction reaction to nH_(3)is fabricated,reaching an excellent Faradaic efficiency of 93.2%at–0.5 V vs reversible hydrogen electrode and a high nH3 synthesis rate of 717.4μmol·h^(-1)·mgcat.-1 at–0.6 V vs reversible hydrogen *** formed nanoparticles on the surface of the catalyst could facilitate the exposure of active sites and the transportation of various reactive ions and ***,the Mn content in the TiCuMn ribbons modulates the chemical and physical properties of its surface,such as modifying the electronic structure of the Cu species,optimizing the adsorption energy of n^(*)atoms,decreasing the strength of the nO adsorption,and eliminating the thermodynamic energy barrier,thus improving the nO reduction reaction catalytic ***,a Zn-nO battery was fabricated using the catalyst and Zn plates,generating an nH3 yield of 129.1µmol·h^(-1)·cm^(-2)while offering a peak power density of 1.45 mW·cm^(-2).

BACKGROUnD AnD OBJECTIVE Previous studies have demonstrated that intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) is more severe, and associated with worse functional outcomes, than ischemic stroke. This Chinese study compared the effects of very early rehabilitation (VER) to that of standard care for patients with *** Patients presenting within 48 hours of first-time ICH were randomized to receive VER plus standard care or standard care alone. In China, standard rehabilitation care involves exercises, stretching, neuromuscular electrical stimulation and functional training, beginning one week after stroke *** Of the 243 patients studied, patients receiving standard treatment were less likely to be alive at six months after stroke than those in the early intervention group (hazard ratio, 4.25). While no statistically significant differences were found between groups in secondary outcome measures at three months, at six months a significant difference was found between groups on all outcome measures, favoring the intervention group. The average length of hospital stay was 10 days less in the treatment group (PnCLUSIOn This Chinese study of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage found that early mobilization, within 48 hours, is superior to standard care in reducing deaths and improving outcomes at six months.

Specific recognition of cancer biomarkers is a key for cancer diagnosis and therapy, for which antibodies have been the wor khorses while other biomolec ules such a s aptamers, peptides and lectins have been used a s alternatives sometimes. However, these biomolec ules suffer fr om apparent disadvantages. For instance, antibodies and lectins are hard to prepare, poor in storage stability and susceptible to protease degradation, while aptamers and peptides are associated with relatively poor specific ity and risk of degradation. Therefore, novel alternatives that can overcome these disadvantages are highly important. Molecularly imprinted polymers（MIPs） are chemically synthetic receptors with antibody-like recognition properties or enzyme-like catalytic activities. As compared with biomolecules particularly antibodies, MIPs are easy to prepare, cost-efficient a nd more stable. Although MIPs have found important applications in many areas such as chemical sensing, separation, catalysis, and disea se diagnost ics, MIPs that are applicable for cancer diagnosis have been still limited. We have recently developed two general and facile boronate affinity-based molecular imprinting approaches for the preparation of glycoprotein-spec ific MIPs.[1-3] The prepared MIPs exhibited highly desirable binding properties including high affinity, high specificity and superb resistance to interference. These features enabled the detection of cancer biomarkers in human ser um.[1,3,4,5] We further developed molecularly imprinted nanoprobes for fluorescent and Raman imaging of cancer cells, which permitted the recognition of cancer cells from normal cells. M oreover, we developed a molecularly imprinted microprobe-based single cell assay that can specifically extract and detect cancer biomarkers within single cells. These progress opened up new avenues for cancer diagnosis.

随机采集北京地区200辆满足第5阶段排放标准在用车的车载诊断系统(OBD)的IUPR(OBD监测频率)数据,测试了4种典型车系的在用车在实际道路行驶工况下IUPR各监测项的特征分布,并和nEDC工况下的实验结果进行对比.结果表明:采集数据车辆的OBD系统均能实现对催化器和氧传感器的监控,对EGR和次级氧传感器的监控也可分别达到74%和91%;在用车平均点火循环3.9次才能满足一次目前IUPR的监测条件;各监测项IUPR均值均远大于国五标准限值0.10,但各IUPR监测值分布存在差异,催化转化器和氧传感器的达标率均为92%;实验室nEDC模拟工况基本能实现对各车系机动车尾气排放控制的监测,但4条实际道路测试结果则表明不同车系IUPR监测项分子+1的差异较大;拥堵路况的低速工况下OBD系统难以实现对车辆尾气排放控制系统各监测项的有效监测.因此,需结合北京实际路况进一步完善在用车辆OBD系统的监测条件,实现对北京在用车尾气排放控制系统的有效监控.
