Background The causes and mechanisms of chronic diarrhea are *** study aimed to explore the relationship between chronic diarrhea with normal colonoscopy findings and terminal ileum *** All cases were collected from January 2009 to June *** 40 patients in the patient group had chronic diarrhea with normal colonoscopy *** who had hyperthyroidism,diabetes,chronic pancreatitis,cirrhosis,atrophic gastritis,short bowel syndrome and connective tissue diseases had been *** control group contained 40 healthy individuals without *** of the terminal ileum was applied in both groups,with the endoscope inserted into terminal ileum for more than 20 *** patients diagnosed of chronic diarrhea with terminal ileum lesions were treated with metronidazole and probiotics for 10-14 *** Before treatment there were significant differences in endoscopy findings of the terminal ileum between the two groups （P 〈0.05）.In the patient group,endoscopy showed congestion,edema,erosion and ulcers in 29 cases,hyperplasia and enlargement of lymphoid follicles in 10 cases with a maximal diameter of 7-8 mm,and 1 case showed normal endoscopy *** treatment,35 patients recovered from diarrhea,and terminal ileum lesions disappeared in 30 cases as determined by *** the control group,endoscopy showed scattered hyperplasia of lymphoid follicles in 5 cases,and the follicles were small with the maximal diameter being 3 *** was no hyperemia,edema,erosion or *** Chronic diarrhea patients with normal colonoscopy findings may have lesions in the terminal ileum that can be detected by endoscopy; including hyperemia,erosion,ulcers and lymphoid follicle *** effect is good with metronidazole and probiotics.

We studied the records of elemental carbon (EC) of the last 21 ka in the Weinan loess section, Shanxi Province. The variations of EC abundance and δ13CEC value along with depth (or age) were presented. There are four large peaks of EC abundance around the following years: 20.16 ka, 17.76 ka, 11.97 ka and 4.49 ka. Climatic situation was changed rapidly during these periods. The peaks around 11.97 ka and 20.16 ka are particularly sharp, occurring over intervals of tens to hundreds of years, which could represent short-duration intense events. δ13CEc values in the upper 4 m of the Weinan loess section vary between -11.71‰ and -21.34‰, which suggests that the vegetation pattern of the last 21 ka on the Loess Plateau is G4-dominated grasses.

后量子密码是用于抵御量子计算机攻击的新一代密码技术,被视为传统密码系统的可靠替代,国际上相关标准也正在逐步形成。综述了后量子密码的发展历程,分析了当前算法研究的最新进展、数学原理及属性特点。从算法、硬件实现架构及具体电路实现3个层次展开分析,提出了未来研究所需要攻克的高效硬件实现、动态可重构、侧信道攻击防御及安全SoC集成等关键技术。通过对低功耗后量子密码芯片、高性能后量子密码芯片及芯片中的哈希散列、随机采样、运算加速和逻辑处理等核心模块进行了综述,总结了当前芯片实现在核心算子高效IP设计、多场景应用兼容、多元防御机制和信息基础设施融合等重点领域的应用现状与研究价值,以及产业化与多元化方面的未来发展趋势。

DNA modified nanoparticles(Au NPs) are an established and widely used type of nucleotide sensor. We sought to improve the design by applying short rigid DNA duplexes near the surface of the Au NPs forming a so called double-anchored Au NP sensor, and compared it with other conventional DNA modified Au NPs. The improved design exhibited higher assembly efficiency, and consequently increased its sensitivity to target DNA.

Dear Editor,A disulfide bond that formed between the thiol groups of two spatially close cysteine residues is essential for protein folding, stability, and function （Creighton et al., 1995）（Fass, 2012）. Driven by conformational entropy, native disulfide bonds stabilize the conformation of protein molecules （Dill, 1990）, while removal of native disulfides usually causes reduced stability of the target protein （liu and Cowburn, 2016）.

Sonic hedgehog elevates N-myc gene expression in neural stem cells

Proliferation of neural stem cells is regulated by the secreted signaling molecule sonic hedgehog. In this study, neural stem cells were infected with recombinant adeno-associated virus expressing sonic hedgehog-N-enhanced green fluorescent protein. The results showed that overexpression of sonic hedgehog in neural stem cells induced the increased expression of Gill and N-myc, a target gene of sonic hedgehog. These findings suggest that N-myc is a direct downstream target of the sonic hedgehog signal pathway in neural stem cells. Sonic hedgehog and N-myc are important mediators of sonic hedgehog-induced proliferation of neural stem cells.

The sediments in core YS01 recovered from the South Yellow Sea mud deposit zone contain abundant benthic foraminifera,particularly shallow continental shelf species,but rare of planktonic *** benthic foraminifera are dominated by stenohaline cold shallow-water species and euryhaline brackish-water *** this paper,the palaeoenvironmental changes were discussed based on the grain-size compositions and benthic foraminiferal *** different benthic foraminiferal assemblages were discriminated by species analysis from the foraminiferal *** to AMS14C dating data in core YS01,we identified four main stages of marine environmental changes since the last deglaciation:a near-shore depositional stage(13.1–9.5 kyr B.P.),a transitional stage from near-shore deposition to shallow-sea deposition(9.5–5.6 kyr B.P.),a high sea level stage with shallow-sea deposition(5.6–2.9 kyr B.P.),and a stable shallow-sea depositional stage(2.9 kyr *** the present).

目的:观察原发性肝细胞癌(HCC)三结构域蛋白21(TRIM21)蛋白表达,分析其对腹腔镜根治术术后复发的影响。方法:选取2020年6月—2022年6月某院行腹腔镜根治术的HCC患者138例,术中切取癌组织和癌旁组织。比较癌组织与癌旁组织、不同临床病理特征HCC患者癌组织TRIM21蛋白阳性表达率。随访1年,观察复发情况,比较复发组与未复发组一般资料和癌组织TRIM21蛋白表达阳性率,COX回归模型分析HCC腹腔镜根治术术后复发的影响因素。结果:癌组织TRIM21蛋白阳性表达率低于癌旁组织,TNM分期为Ⅲ期、肿瘤多发、组织分化程度为未/低分化、有微血管侵犯的HCC患者TRIM21蛋白阳性表达率低于TNM分期为Ⅰ/Ⅱ期、肿瘤单发、组织分化程度为中/高分化、无血管侵犯患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。138例患者随访期间14例失访,69例复发,复发率55.65%;COX风险回归分析显示,Child-Pugh分级B级、TNM分期Ⅲ期、微血管侵犯、TRIM21蛋白表达阴性是HCC腹腔镜根治术术后复发的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:TRIM21蛋白在HCC组织中呈低表达,其表达与TNM分期、肿瘤数量、组织分化程度及微血管侵犯密切相关,是HCC腹腔镜根治术术后复发的影响因素。
