On April 23,2022,an international flight KQ880 from Nairobi,Kenya arrived at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport,Guangzhou City,Guangdong Province.All passengers were transferred to the quarantine hotel for routine 14-day medical observation and regularly tested of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)nucleic acid.One of the patients,a 27-year-old Chinese male,reported positive SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid on April 27,2022.The patient had a history of full coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)vaccination and denied exposure to other COVID-19 cases in the past 14 days.After diagnosis,he was transferred to Guangzhou Eighth People’s Hospital for treatment.

On April 29,2022,a flight arrived at Baiyun International Airport,Guangzhou City,Guangdong Province,and departed from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport,Netherlands.After the first test of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)nucleic acid at the Baiyun International Airport,all passengers were admitted to a quarantine hotel for a routine 14-day medical observation.On April 30,one of the passengers(a 20-year-old Chinese female)was reported positive for coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),and then a nasopharyngeal swab sample was immediately retested on May 1 and reported positive.

A case of avian influenza H9N2 was detected in a human in Zhuhai City,Guangdong Province through routine influenza surveillance on March 30,2020.The patient was a 3-year-old child who developed fever and cough on March 22.A pharyngeal swab was collected on March 23,and the novel coronavirus nucleic acid test was negative.On March 26,the pharyngeal swab was sent to Zhuhai CDC for influenza virus tests and was found to be H9 influenza A positive,and on March 30,Guangdong Provincial CDC reexamined the pharyngeal swabs as positive for influenza A(H9N2).

Underground subway platforms are among the world’s busiest public transportation systems,but the airborne transmission mechanism of respiratory infections on these platforms has been rarely studied.Here,computational fluid dynamics(CFD)modeling is used to investigate the airflow patterns and infection risks in an island platform under two common ventilation modes:Mode 1-both sides have air inlets and outlets;Mode 2-air inlets are present at the two sides and outlets are present in the middle.Under the investigated scenario,airflow structure is characterized by the ventilation jet and human thermal plumes.Their interaction with the infector’s breathing jet imposes the front passenger under the highest exposure risk by short-range airborne route,with intake fractions up to 2.57%(oral breathing)or 0.63%(nasal breathing)under Mode 1;oral breathing of the infector may impose higher risks for the front passenger compared with nasal breathing.Pathogen are efficiently diluted as they travel further,in particular to adjacent crowds.The maximum and median value of intake fractions of passengers in adjacent crowds are respectively 0.093%and 0.016%(oral breathing),and 0.073%and 0.014%(nasal breathing)under Mode 1.Compared with Mode 1,the 2nd mode minimizes the interaction of ventilation jet and breathing jet,where the maximum intake fraction is only 0.34%,and the median value in the same crowd and other crowds are reduced by 23–63%.Combining published quanta generation rate data of COVID-19 and influenza infectors,the predicted maximum and median infection risks for passengers in the same crowds are respectively 1.46%–40.23%and 0.038%–1.67%during the 3–10 min waiting period,which are more sensitive to ventilation rate and exposure time compared with return air.This study can provide practical guidance for the prevention of respiratory infections in subway platforms.

目的:提出一种基于光电容积脉搏波(PPG)的极简特征回归树血压估计模型。方法:从单路PPG信号中提取15个特征参数,利用斯皮尔曼相关系数筛选与血压相关性最高的4个参数,构建极简特征回归树血压模型。结果:极简特征回归树血压模型收缩压和舒张压的估计误差分别达到(-0.02±3.63)mmHg和(-0.04±2.10)mmHg。结论:提出的极简特征回归树血压模型结构简洁、准确率较高,这一发现对于在可穿戴设备中使用单路PPG信号进行血压估计具有重要意义。

目的基于高分辨率结构MRI技术探讨帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease,PD)伴疼痛患者大脑皮层厚度(cortical thickness,CT)的异常改变及其与疼痛评分的相关性,揭示PD疼痛的神经解剖基础。材料与方法本研究于2020年9月至2022年3月招募了经苏州大学附属第二医院神经内科确诊的82例PD患者及附近社区的29例无痛正常对照(normal control,NC)志愿者。采集所有受试者的人口学、临床资料以及结构MRI图像。采用非运动症状问卷和视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analog Scale,VAS)对PD患者分别进行疼痛筛查和疼痛程度评估。依据VAS评分将PD患者分为PD伴疼痛(PD patients with pain,PDP)组41例和PD不伴疼痛(PD patients without pain,nPDP)组41例。CT分析步骤如下:采用计算解剖学工具箱12(Computational Anatomy Toolbox 12,CAT12)软件包对结构像进行预处理获得全部被试者的全脑CT图;统计分析采用one-way ANOVA及post-hoc事后检验。统计结果采用无阈值聚类增强(threshold-free cluster enhancement,TFCE)及错误发现率(false discovery rate,FDR)进行多重比较校正,阈值设为P<0.05。最后,提取PDP组差异脑区的CT值与VAS评分进行偏相关性分析。结果One-way ANOVA分析发现PDP组、nPDP组及NC组间CT值存在差异的脑区包括右侧额上回、右侧额中回下部及右侧额下回三角部。Post-hoc事后分析显示,与nPDP组相比,PDP组的右侧额中回下部及右侧额下回三角部CT值减低(P=0.033、0.007)。与NC组相比,PDP组的右侧额上回、右侧额中回下部及右侧额下回三角部CT值均减低(P<0.001)。偏相关分析未发现PDP组的右侧额中回下部及右侧额下回三角部CT值与VAS评分存在显著相关(P=0.088)。结论右侧前额叶区域(额中回及额下回)的CT减低可能是PD伴疼痛患者的神经解剖基础,该区域可能通过调节疼痛感知以及与疼痛相关的情绪/情感、认知加工等方面参与了PD疼痛的发生。

The interaction between electrode materials and charge carriers is one of the central issues dominating underlying energy storage mechanisms.To address the notoriously significant volume changes accompanying intercalation or formation of alloy/compounds,we aim to introduce and utilize a weak,reversible Fe-N interaction during the(de)intercalation of ammonium ions(NH_(4)^(+))within iron(Ⅲ)hexacyanoferrate(FeHCF),inspired by manipulating the electrostatic adsorption between N and Fe in the early stages of ammonia synthesis(Bosch-Harber Process,Chemical Engineering)and steel nitriding processes(Metal Industry).Such strategy of switching well-balanced Fe-N interaction is confirmed in between the nitrogen of ammonium ions and highspin Fe in FeHCF,as observed by using X-ray absorption spectroscopy.The resulting material provided an extremely stable energy storage(58 mAh g^(-1) after 10000 cycles at current density of 1 A g^(-1))as well as high-rate performance(23.6 mAh g^(-1) at current density of 10 A g^(-1)).
