Lithium sulfur(Li-S)battery is a kind of burgeoning energy storage system with high energy density.However,the electrolyte-soluble intermediate lithium polysulfides(Li PSs)undergo notorious shuttle effect,which seriously hinders the commercialization of Li-S batteries.Herein,a unique VSe_(2)/V_(2)C heterostructure with local built-in electric field was rationally engineered from V_(2)C parent via a facile thermal selenization process.It exquisitely synergizes the strong affinity of V_(2)C with the effective electrocatalytic activity of VSe_(2).More importantly,the local built-in electric field at the heterointerface can sufficiently promote the electron/ion transport ability and eventually boost the conversion kinetics of sulfur species.The Li-S battery equipped with VSe_(2)/V_(2)C-CNTs-PP separator achieved an outstanding initial specific capacity of 1439.1 m A h g^(-1)with a high capacity retention of 73%after 100 cycles at0.1 C.More impressively,a wonderful capacity of 571.6 mA h g^(-1)was effectively maintained after 600cycles at 2 C with a capacity decay rate of 0.07%.Even under a sulfur loading of 4.8 mg cm^(-2),areal capacity still can be up to 5.6 m A h cm^(-2).In-situ Raman tests explicitly illustrate the effectiveness of VSe_(2)/V_(2)C-CNTs modifier in restricting Li PSs shuttle.Combined with density functional theory calculations,the underlying mechanism of VSe_(2)/V_(2)C heterostructure for remedying Li PSs shuttling and conversion kinetics was deciphered.The strategy of constructing VSe_(2)/V_(2)C heterocatalyst in this work proposes a universal protocol to design metal selenide-based separator modifier for Li-S battery.Besides,it opens an efficient avenue for the separator engineering of Li-S batteries.

Liaofu Luo is a senior Professor of Physics at the Inner Mongolia University,China.He was born in Shanghai in September 1935.Following his graduation with honors from the Department of Physics of Peking University,in 1958,Professor Luo developed his career at the Inner Mongolia University,where he has been working in theoretical physics and interdisciplinary sciences for more than 60 years.Prof.Luo has been the author of more than 400 scientific articles in particle physics and biophysics and initiated a research group focused on bioinformatics research.Today,at the age of 85,Luo is still active at the forefront of the scientific research of his country.He says that there is nothing he would rather do.

The Hessian fly(HF,Mayetiola destructor)is one of the destructive pests of wheat(Triticum aestivum L.)worldwide.Resistant cultivars can effectively minimize wheat damage due to this insect pest.To identify new quantitative trait loci(QTL)for HF resistance,a population of recombinant inbred lines(RILs)was developed from a cross between the HF-resistant wheat cultivar‘Chokwang’and susceptible wheat‘Ning 7840’,and phenotyped for responses to HF attack.A linkage map was constructed using 1147 single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)markers generated from genotyping-by-sequencing(GBS).One major QTL,QHf.hwwg-6 BS,for HF-resistance was identified on chromosome arm 6 BS,which explained up to84.0%of the phenotypic variation and was contributed by Chokwang.Two RILs showed recombination in the candidate interval of QHf.hwwg-6 BS,which delimited QHf.hwwg-6 BS to a 4.75 Mb physical interval between 6,028,601 bp and 10,779,424 bp on chromosome arm 6 BS of IWGSC Chinese Spring reference genome Ref Seq v2.0.Seven GBS-SNPs in the candidate interval were converted into Kompetitive allele specific polymerase chain reaction(KASP)markers.Two of them,KASP-6 B112698 and KASP-6 B7901215,were validated in a U.S.winter wheat panel.KASP-6 B112698 was nearly diagnostic,thus can be used to screen QHf.hwwg-6 BS and pyramid it with other resistance genes in breeding programs.

Occurrence of No.12 lymph node micrometastasis in gastric cancer and its effect on clinicopathological parameters and prognosis

Objective This study aimed to investigate the occurrence of No.12 lymph node micrometastasis in patients with gastric cancer and its relationship with clinicopathological parameters and prognosis.Methods A cohort of 160 gastric cancer patients who underwent gastrectomy and lymph node dissection were selected as the research subjects.The immunohistochemical method was used to detect the micrometastasis of No.12 lymph node sections with negative routine pathological detection.At the same time,the clinical data of patients were collected and followed up to analyze the clinical significance of No.12 lymph node micrometastasis.Results A total of 370 No.12 lymph nodes were detected in 160 surgical specimens.Among 160 patients,27 patients were found to be positive for No.12 lymph nodes during routine pathological examination,with a positive rate of 16.8%.A total of 308 lymph nodes from 133 patients with negative routine pathological examinations were stained by immunohistochemistry.A total of 17 lymph nodes from 10 patients were found to be positive.The results showed that 37 of the 160 patients had No.12 lymph node metastasis,and the positive rate was 23.1%,which was 6.3%higher than that of routine pathological examination.Logistic multivariate analyses showed that the depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis in other groups,and clinical stage were independent risk factors for No.12 lymph node metastasis.The average follow-up time was 79.3 months,and the overall median survival time was 47.9 months.The survival time of the No.12 lymph node-negative group was 67.3±2.5Âmonths,the median survival time was 73.2 months;the survival time of the No.12 lymph node-positive group was(28.4±5.4)months,and the median survival time was 31.3 months.The survival time of the No.12 lymph node-negative group was significantly longer than that of the positive group(χ^(2)=12.75,P=0.000).Conclusion No.12 lymph node micrometastasis is a signal affecting the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer.Standardized dissection of No.12 lymph nodes

Modularly designed peptide-based nanomedicine inhibits angiogenesis to enhance chemotherapy for post-surgical recurrence of esophageal squamous cell carcinomas

Traditional surgical treatment is difficult to thoroughly remove esophageal squamous cell carcinomas(ESCC),postoperative recurrence caused by residual tumor cells is a critical factor in the poor prognosis.Since surgical resection promotes the local angiogenesis at the tumor site,further exacerbating the proliferation and invasion of residual tumor cells,it is urgent to inhibit angiogenesis after surgery.Here,a functional peptide-based nanomedicine was obtained from peptide–drug conjugates,which are composed of a hydrophilic targeting motif(vascular endothelial growth factor family and their receptors(VEGFR)targeting peptide for anti-angiogenesis),an ester-linked hydrophobic oridonin(ORI).The nanomedicine exhibits esterase-catalyzed disassembly and drug release,significantly enhanced the anti-tumor efficacy of chemotherapeutics in a postoperative tumor recurrence model through synergistic anti-angiogenic strategies.This study provides an integrated solution for anti-angiogenesisaugmented chemotherapy and demonstrates the encouraging potential for postoperative treatment.

女性绝经后骨质疏松发病率较高,绝经后可引起机体雌激素、胰岛素样生长因子1(insulin-like growth factor 1,IGF-1)、鸢尾素、骨钙素(osteocalcin, OCN)、骨保护素(osteoprotegerin, OPG)、脂联素、瘦素水平变化,进一步加重患者骨质疏松。骨细胞分泌的多种骨源性因子和骨骼肌细胞分泌的鸢尾素可穿过血脑屏障,与脑组织中特异性受体结合可有效改善认知障碍。运动可以从多方面有效改善骨质疏松患者认知障碍,首先,运动可以通过促进鸢尾素和骨源性因子分泌,保护神经元、抑制炎症、改善氧化应激;其次,运动亦可以有效改善下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴对雌激素和卵泡刺激素的调控;运动后脂联素、瘦素水平升高可以促进脑神经元生长分化和神经发生;运动后胰岛素样生长因子1水平显著升高,可有效促进骨、骨骼肌及脑神经的生长发育。综上,笔者通过对绝经后骨质疏松引起认知障碍,及运动改善绝经后骨质疏松引起的认知障碍相关机制进行梳理,旨在为该疾病的治疗提供理论依据。

A Political Economics Analysis of Data Participation in Capitalism

Nowadays,as the development of science and technology promotes the continuous change of the force of production,data is becoming an increasingly important production factor that is deeply involved in the process of production,circulation,distribution and consumption in capitalist society.This study aims to explore the application of data in capitalist production and its implications.We analyzes the data from the labor process and the process of producing surplus value,from which it is concluded that the application of data in the general production process does not deviate from the category of the“Labor Theory of Value”.In addition,we distinguish the performance of data in the four links of surplus value production,realization,distribution and redistribution,thereby illustrating the positive role of data in the capitalist economy.We also identify changes in the value composition caused by data.

重症医学科耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的基因型和同源性分析

目的:了解贵州省从江县人民医院重症医学科下呼吸道感染患者金黄色葡萄球菌耐药变迁情况,掌握耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的主要耐药基因和耐消毒剂基因,并对部分菌株作同源性分析。方法:回顾性分析贵州省从江县人民医院重症医学科下呼吸道感染患者2018~2021年金黄色葡萄球菌耐药情况变迁情况,以相关性分析(pearson)统计学方法探讨细菌耐药性与抗菌药物用药频度(defined daily dose system,DDDs)二者的关系。以四年间重症医学科下呼吸道感染患者送检标本分离获得的40株耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌为研究对象,采用仪器法对试验菌株作鉴定及药敏,通过PCR技术作耐药基因(mecA、SCCmec、femB)和耐消毒剂基因(qacA/B)检测。应用多位点序列分型(MLST)法分析40株试验菌的同源性。结果:金黄色葡萄球菌每年的平均耐药率显示青霉素耐药率一直高于92%以上。四环素、克林霉素、复方新诺明耐药率在2019年有所下降后却又再次持续升高。红霉素、苯唑西林、左氧氟沙星、奎奴普丁/达福普丁的耐药率呈现逐年增长趋势。未发现对利奈唑胺、万古霉素和替加环素的耐药菌株。相关性分析提示青霉素耐药率与苯唑西林DDDs存在明显正相关(r=0.99,P<0.05),苯唑西林耐药率与红霉素DDDs存在明显负相关等,其他抗菌药物耐药率与各药物DDDs相关性无统计学意义。基因检测发现40株耐MRSA中mecA检出率为97.5%,SCCmec和femB基因未检出,qacA/B基因检出率为15%。MLST分型结果显示共分为7个序列型,其中以ST59型占比最高,为优势型别,占比42.5%,其次为ST45型,占25%,ST239型、ST28型、ST188型、ST1型和ST630型分别占12.5%、7.5%和5%、5%、2.5%。结论:重症医学科下呼吸道感染金黄色葡萄球菌耐药率逐年增加,可选择的抗生素有限。细菌耐药性的产生与药物使用频率有一定关系,携带mecA和qacA/B基因是耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌产生耐药的主要原因。MLST结果表明ICU病房存在科内克隆菌株。

金属阳离子和硝基芳香族爆炸物的大量排放对环境和人体健康造成了严重威胁,对它们的高效检测具有重要的研究意义和挑战性,金属-有机骨架(MOFs)是一类新型的荧光传感检测材料.本文采用溶剂热法合成了一例具有fcu拓扑结构的Eu-MOF材料,[(CH_(3))_(2)NH_(2)]_(2)[Eu_(6)(μ_(3)-OH)_(8)(EDDC)_(6)]·8DMA·3MeOH·6H_(2)O[JLUMOF128,H_(2)EDDC=(E)-4,4′-(乙烯-1,2-取代基)二苯甲酸],并通过单晶X射线衍射、粉末X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱、红外光谱、元素分析和热重分析对其结构及组成进行了表征.结果表明,由于荧光配体H_(2)EDDC的引入,JLU-MOF128表现出显著的荧光性能,在DMF溶液中对Fe^(3+)、2,4,6-三硝基苯酚(TNP)和2,4-二硝基苯酚(2,4-DNP)具有较好的检测效果,Ksv值分别为2.09×10^(4),8.49×10^(4)和5.75×10^(4)L/mol,检测限分别为5.99,1.51和1.93μmol/L.在金属阳离子和硝基芳香族爆炸物的检测方面,JLU-MOF128是一种理想的多感应荧光传感材料.

This paper presents a new compensation pixe] circuit suitable for active-matrix organic light-emitting diode （AMOLED） stereoscopic three dimensional （3D~ displays with shutter glasses. The simultaneous emissio~ method was used to solve the crosstalk problem, in which the periods of initialization and threshold voltage detectio11 occur for each pixel of whole panel simultaneously. Furthermore, there was no need of the periods of initialization and threshold voltage detection from the second frame beginning by one-time detection method. employing threshold voltage The non-uniformity of the proposed pixel circuit was considerably low with an average value of 8.6% measured from 20 discrete proposed pixel circuits integrated by In-Zn-O thin film transistors （IZO TFTs）. It was shown that the OLED current almost remains constant for the number of frames up to 70 even the threshold voltage detection period only exists in the first frame.
