A ring-shaped focus, such as a focused vortex beam, has played an important role in microfabrication and optical *** shape and diameter of the ring-shaped focus can be easily adjusted by the topological charge of the vortex. However,the flow energy is also related to the topological charge, making the individual control of diameter and flow energy of the vortex beam impossible. Meanwhile, the shape of the focus of the vortex beam remains in the hollow ring. Expanding the shape of focus of structural light broadens the applications of the vortex beam in the field of microfabrication. Here, we proposed a ring-shaped focus with controllable gaps by multiplexing the vortex beam and annular beam. The multiplexed beam has several advantages, such as the diameter and flow energy of the focal point can be individually controlled and are not affected by the zero-order beam, and the gap size and position are controllable.

Background:Gleason score grading is a cornerstone of risk stratification and management of patients with prostate cancer(P In this work,we derive and validate a nomogram that uses prostate multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging(MP-MRI)and clinical patient characteristics to predict biopsy Gleason scores(bGS).Materials and methods:A predictive nomogram was derived from 143 men who underwent MP-MRI prior to any prostate biopsy and then validated on an independent cohort of 235 men from a different institution who underwent MP-MRI for PCa *** positive lesions were defined as lesions positive on T2W and DWI sequences on *** specific antigen(PSA)density,number of screen positive lesions,and MRI suspicion were associated with PCa Gleason score on biopsy and were used to generate a predictive *** independent cohort was tested on the nomogram and the most likely bGS was noted.Results:The mean PSA in the validation cohort was 9.25 ng/mL versus 6.8 ng/mL in the original cohort(p=0.001).The distribution of Gleason scores between the 2 cohorts were not significantly different(p=0.7).In the original cohort of men,the most probable nomogram generated Gleason score agreed with actual pathologic bGS findings in 61%of the *** the validation cohort,the most likely nomogram predicted bGS agreed with actual pathologic bGS 51%of the *** nomogram correctly identified any PCa versus non-PCa 63%of the time and clinically significant(Gleason score≥7)PCa 69%of the *** negative predictive value for clinically significant PCa using this prebiopsy nomogram was 74%in the validation group.Conclusions:A preintervention nomogram based on PSA and MRI findings can help narrow down the likely pathologic finding on *** of the nomogram demonstrated a significant ability to correctly identify the most likely *** feasibility study demonstrates the potential of a prebiopsy prediction of bGS and based on the high negative predictive va

本文采用我国31个省际2011~2020年有关数据,分别运用熵值法、SBM模型计算了各省域的数字经济、技术创新与经济高质量发展的指数水平,并且建立了数字经济、技术创新与经济高质量发展的三者耦合协调模型,然后运用Dagum基尼系数法分析了东、中和西部地区耦合度差异的来源。实证结果表明:东部地区的数字经济指数、技术创新指数与经济高质量发展指数均遥遥领先于西部和中部地区;全国数字经济、技术创新与经济高质量发展的三系统耦合协调度近似呈现U型变化趋势,属于中等耦合协调,但波动不大,东部地区三系统处于高度耦合的状态,中部和西部地区处于低度耦合的状态;“数字经济与经济高质量发展”耦合和“技术创新与经济高质量发展”的耦合对三系统的耦合起到支持作用;全国的三系统耦合度基尼系数最高,接下来是东、西和中部,东、中与西部三系统耦合度的差异主要来源于区域间的差异。最后提出继续提高数字经济和技术创新的良性互动水平,大力促进经济高质量发展,尽快实现各个区域间三者高度耦合协调持续发展的建议。

针对现有遥感船舶数据集均为裁剪后的图像,用数据集训练的检测算法直接运用于卫星图像原始尺度时检测效果较差的问题,建立了可见光和近红外4个波段的多光谱卫星船舶数据集MMShip,数据集同时包含卫星图像的原始尺度数据和切割后的小尺度船舶数据。本数据集引入多波段信息,弥补现有数据集多为可见光图像,而可见光容易受到光照条件等影响的缺点。在全球海域内下载云量低于3的Sentinel-2卫星图像,进行大气校正后只选取10 m分辨率的红绿蓝和近红外4个波段,以景为单位筛选出包含有船舶的图像。把筛选后的图像按无重叠的方式切分为512×512,剔除其中不包含船舶目标的图像。然后,使用LabelImage软件对小尺度数据进行了水平框标注,再将标注数据反推至原始尺度得到原始尺度下的标注信息。最后,利用几种典型的检测算法在切割后的MMShip小尺度数据集上进行了可见光、近红外、多光谱对比实验。构建了一个涵盖不同场景的多光谱卫星船舶目标数据集,包含497景原始尺度标注数据和裁剪后的5 016组船舶目标图像。对比实验验证了近红外波段信息的补充有助于提高船舶目标检测算法的精度。多光谱船舶数据集MMShip可用于卫星图像尺度和普通图像尺度的多光谱船舶目标检测算法研究。

本文采用2011~2020年我国31个省际的相关数据,从互联网普及率、信息产业相关从业情况、数字产业相关产出情况等5个方面选取指标。测算出31个省(区、市)的数字经济水平。同时,从灰色关联度、耦合协调度和空间关联网络,实证研究我国数字经济与实体经济的变化关系。结果表明:我国数字经济的发展形式整体呈现东高西低的现象,区域差异明显;数字经济发展较快的省(区、市)更能体现数字经济的正向促进作用,与实体经济的耦合协调程度较高;数字经济发展较快,且与实体经济的耦合协调度较高的省(区、市)对周边地区的空间外部溢出效应更加显著。最后提出政府应该加速推进数字经济发展,充分发挥数字经济的优势效应助力实体经济的发展,加强监管引导的建议。

建立了同时快速检测牛奶中14种除草剂残留的气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)分析方法。样品采用乙腈提取,无水硫酸镁和无水乙酸钠净化,过0.22μm有机相滤膜后,目标物采用气相色谱-串联质谱(EI离子源)、多反应监测模式(MRM)检测。结果表明:在0.005~1 mg/L范围内,14种目标除草剂的质量浓度与其相应峰面积间呈良好的线性关系,决定系数(R^(2))均大于0.9902。在0.01、0.05和0.5 mg/kg 3个添加水平下,14种除草剂的平均回收率为76%~113%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.2%~8.6%(n=6)。14种除草剂在牛奶中的定量限(LOQ)均为0.01 mg/kg。该方法准确、灵敏、操作步骤简单,适用于同时快速测定牛奶中14种除草剂的残留量。
