The Nanjing Massacre is an unmentionable World War ii memory. Haunted by such a typical traumatic memory, the victims of the Nanjing Massacre are experiencing a social identity crisis which is subtle but should by no means be overlooked. There is no shortage of "national humiliation" arguments lamenting for their misfortune and raging over their servility. Yet at the same time, there are also face-saving attempts to deliberately amplify the Chinese people's resistance during the Massacre. These are all modern representations of the social identity crisis facing the victims of the Nanjing Massacre. 2017 marked the 80 th anniversary of the Nanjing Massacre. Those who have not experienced that holocaust tend to blame the victims' lack of resistance s.irit. Fundamentally, such criticism roots.in no appropriate access to the real situation of the Nanjing Massacre and the extreme helplessness of those victims.in the face of death. The underes.imation of the power of extreme situations leads to the above fundamental attribution error. Therefore, China must construct a shared traumatic memory to secure the most extensive pos.ible social identity for the victims of the Nanjing Massacre.

Rural civilization is a pattern of human civilization that is profoundly linked with *** revitalization means the rejuvenation of rural civilization under new historical *** that end,it is necessary to adopt a holis.ically interpreting mode that transcends.individual cases,and to look through the wide-angle lens of civilization and grasp rural civilization's development trend of "prosperity-decline-rejuvenation," as well as.its constructive route of "traditional construction-modern deconstructionneo-modern reconstruction." This paper analyzes the "three-in-one" value structure concerning rural civilization's being a cultural carrier,its subjective demands,and objective production,to understand and follow the diachronic evolution of the position and function of rural civilization values "from being a subject,through being an object,to being a subject." Based on this,this paper studies the construction of a subjective rural civilization with Chinese characteris.ics.in the new era and explores a pos.ible approach to rural revitalization through the rejuvenation of rural ***,the basic idea and strategy is to boost the rejuvenation of rural civilization through innovative time-space integration; to establish rural civilization's subjective status and to always prioritize agricultural and rural development; to rediscover and redefine the principles,values and functions of the rural civilization construction in the new era; and to further advance campaigns of rural civilization constructions to integrate the development of urban civilization with that of rural civilization.

深埋输水管道检修期污染物浓度分布特性研究

地下深埋长距离输水管道内壁存在大量的藻类、壳菜类附着型水生生物,当停水检修时,这些藻类、壳菜会脱水死亡从而产生大量有害气体,给管道检修人员安全带来危害。研究输水管道内污染物浓度分布特性对于优化施工期通风设计、提高检修作业人员的安全性具有重要意义。基于实际输水管道结构及通风系统设计参数,建立了工作井机械送风工况下输水管道通风计算模型,基于流体圆管内紊流流动时速度分布规律和边界层理论并结合数值计算方法,研究了污染物浓度与风速、送风距离之间的关系。研究结果表明:污染物浓度与送风速度间存在较强的关联性,污染物浓度c与断面风速v的关系为:c∝v-1、与送风距离x的关系为:c∝x,当断面风速由0.15m/s增加到0.30m/s时,同一段面污染物浓度可减少50%。通过增加断面风速或减小送风距离,可有效降低管道内污染物浓度,从而避免污染物在输水管道内堆积。

目的探讨免疫相关蛋白GTP酶7(GiMAP7)蛋白在肺腺癌组织中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法通过癌症基因组图谱(TCGA)数据库下载539例肺腺癌患者GiMAP7转录组数据及相关临床资料,根据GiMAP7表达水平分为高表达组270例和低表达组269例,比较两组患者总生存期、无进展间隔期。回顾性收集2021年6月至2022年6月在台州市第一人民医院行手术治疗并经病理检查确诊为肺腺癌20例患者的手术组织标本进行免疫组化染色,验证其GiMAP7表达水平。利用TiMER和Es.iMATEs算法分析GiMAP7表达水平与免疫细胞浸润的关系,单基因富集分析(ssGsEA)法分析GiMAP7相关的信号通路。结果TCGA数据库转录组学分析显示GiMAP7在肺腺癌组织中呈低表达(PiMAP7低表达组患者总生存期、无进展间隔期均短于高表达组(PiMAP7在肺腺癌组织中呈低表达。GiMAP7的表达水平与CD4^(+)T细胞、CD8^(+)T细胞、B细胞、树突状细胞、巨噬细胞、中性核细胞丰度及Es.iMATEs评分均相关(均PssGsEA结果显示,GiMAP7主要参与适应性免疫、白细胞介导的免疫反应和淋巴细胞介导的免疫、核小体组装等通路。结论GiMAP7在肺腺癌中呈显著低表达,GiMAP7的表达水平与免疫细胞浸润相关,其有望成为肺腺癌免疫治疗的新型生物标志物。

The Three-Body Problem, written by Liu Cixin, won the 2015 Hugo Award for Best Novel, with over 200,000 copies.in English already sold. This gure is hundreds of times the average sales volume of Chinese novels.in the UsA. Through qualitative and quantitative analyses of overseas readers' comments on The Three-Body Problem posted on the online platforms of Goodreads and Amazon, this paper concludes that the novel's success overseas lies.in its catering to the concerns of overseas readers. The ThreeBody Problem is popular among overseas readers.ip thanks to its re ection on the ultimate existence of mankind, s.ience ction vision & imagination, literary familiarity & identi cation, ideological di erence-triggered cultural curiosity, and a good translation. This paper attempts to interpret Liu Cixin's work on the map of world literature from the perspective of overseas readers' preferences to provide references for contemporary Chinese s.ience ction creation and overseas reception.

in the context of globalization, Western values keep expanding across the globe, maintaining their dominance. Domes.ically, the development of Chinese culture lags behind its economic growth. Globally, China has yet to develop a significant power of speech. Also, China's overseas.image is not in line with its real strength. The introduction of cultural confidence, therefore, is a must move to tackle China's dilemma of international cultural communications and also an emergency measure to address a crisis of domes.ic cultural anxiety and identity. Cultural cognition, cultural communications, and cultural development are prerequisites for building and boos.ing cultural confidence. For the construction of cultural confidence, key actions.include confronting the crisis of faith, conducting a self-examination of our culture, enhancing mainstream values, improving the compatible mechanisms, integrating traditional culture, and properly approaching Western culture.

since the Reform and Opening-up, remarkable achievements.in poverty alleviation have been made in China. China's success.in mass poverty reduction can be attributed to its rapid economic growth, large-scale regional poverty alleviation and development, sound social security policies, widereaching farmer-benefiting policies and the equal land allotment system. However, with income inequality on the rise, poverty reduction effect made by the economic growth is declining: More targeted poverty alleviation policies are needed by China. Targeted poverty alleviation aims to improve the effect and efficiency of poverty alleviation through precise identification of poverty-stricken populations and comprehensive supportive measures. To tackle a variety of challenges such as the poor cultivation among povertystricken populations, the complex causes for poverty, and inflexible capital management, China should improve its poverty alleviation mechanism by innovating poverty identification methods, support approaches, capital management and performance assessment.

General secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed that we should eliminate the "island phenomenon" in technological innovation. The "island phenomenon" negatively affects the transfer and spread of technological achievements, resulting in inefficient technological innovation and transfer, and significantly impedes the implementation of innovation-driven development strategies. The emergence of the "island phenomenon" should be attributed to a failure to give full play to the "invisible hand" of the market and the overreach or absence of government's "visible hand." Local governments can play an important role in eliminating this phenomenon by leading and guiding efforts to enhance improvements.in innovation technology and transfers.
