Traditional Chinese herbal medicines not only cure human diseases,but also play an important role as insecticides.Compared with conventional chemical agents,traditional Chinese herbal medicines are characterized by low toxicity,low residues,and being eco-friendly,and they have become a research hotspot.Traditional Chinese herbal medicines have tremendous flexibility and indefinite potential.Therefore,this paper reviewed the types of insecticides belonging to traditional Chinese herbal medicines in Inner Mongolia,China,including their traditional uses,secondary metabolites,biological activities,action mechanisms,application methods,and development status.In addition,the most relevant issues involved in the development of traditional Chinese herbal medicines was discussed.We believe that traditional Chinese herbal medicines can be better implemented and developed;such that its other advantages,such as an insect repellent,can be promoted.Moreover,this study lays a solid foundation for further research on traditional Chinese herbal medicines in Inner Mongolia,China.

Graphitic carbon nitride(g‐C_(3)N_(4))is a highly recognized two‐dimensional semiconductor material known for its exceptional chemical and physical stability,environmental friendliness,and pollution‐free advantages.These remarkable properties have sparked extensive research in the field of energy storage.This review paper presents the latest advances in the utilization of g‐C_(3)N_(4)in various energy storage technologies,including lithium‐ion batteries,lithium‐sulfur batteries,sodium‐ion batteries,potassium‐ion batteries,and supercapacitors.One of the key strengths of g‐C_(3)N_(4)lies in its simple preparation process along with the ease of optimizing its material structure.It possesses abundant amino and Lewis basic groups,as well as a high density of nitrogen,enabling efficient charge transfer and electrolyte solution penetration.Moreover,the graphite‐like layered structure and the presence of largeπbonds in g‐C_(3)N_(4)contribute to its versatility in preparing multifunctional materials with different dimensions,element and group doping,and conjugated systems.These characteristics open up possibilities for expanding its application in energy storage devices.This article comprehensively reviews the research progress on g‐C_(3)N_(4)in energy storage and highlights its potential for future applications in this field.By exploring the advantages and unique features of g‐C_(3)N_(4),this paper provides valuable insights into harnessing the full potential of this material for energy storage applications.

Levofloxacin(LVFX)as a representative drug of quinolone antibiotics is widely used in clinical,and its residues enriched in water bodies and sideline products seriously damage human health.It is imperative to develop a real-time/on-site sensing method for monitoring residual antibiotics.Here,we report a portable sensing platform by utilizing a composite fluorescent nanoprobe constructed by the cerium ions(Ce^(3+))coordination functionalized Cd Te quantum dots(QDs)for the visual and quantitative detection of LVFX residues.This fluorescent probe provides a distinct color variation from red to green,which shows a good linear relationship to LVFX residues concentrations in the range of 0-6.0μmol/L with a sensitive limit of detection(LOD)of 16.3 nmol/L.The smartphone platform with Color Analyzer App installed,which could accomplish quantified detection of LVFX in water,milk,and raw pork with a LOD of 27.9nmol/L.The facile sensing method we proposed realizes rapid visualization of antibiotics residual in the environment and provides a practical application pathway in food safety and human health.

通过优化硒化白及多糖的制备工艺,探究是否获得较高抗氧化活性的硒化白及多糖。以白及多糖(Bletilla striata polysaccharide,BSP)为原料,亚硒酸钠(Na_(2)SeO_(3))为硒化剂,冰乙酸为催化剂对白及多糖进行硒化修饰制备硒化白及多糖(Selenized Bletilla striata polysaccharide,BSP-Se)。以硒含量为指标,利用单因素实验和响应面法对制备工艺进行优化。通过傅里叶红外光谱(Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,FT-IR)确定白及多糖是否硒化成功,并通过测定DPPH自由基、ABTS^(+)自由基以及羟基自由基的清除能力综合评价硒化白及多糖的体外抗氧化活性。结果显示,在最佳工艺条件为Na_(2)SeO_(3)与BSP的质量比1.5、冰乙酸与BSP用量比3、反应时间6 h、反应温度80℃的条件下制备的BSP-Se硒含量最高,可达到7.831 mg/g。FT-IR分析显示硒与多糖通过Se-O-C和O-Se-O结合,表明白及多糖已被成功硒化;自由基清除能力分析显示BSP-Se对DPPH、ABTS^(+)和·OH自由基的IC_(50)值分别为2.875、4.431和0.314 mg/mL,显著低于BSP的IC_(50)值5.828、8.475和0.833 mg/mL(P<0.05),表明硒化修饰提高了BSP的抗氧化能力。因此,通过硒化修饰可以提高BSP的抗氧化能力,为进一步研究硒多糖作为新型抗氧化剂在食药领域、保健品领域、日化领域的应用提供一定的理论基础。

1.Introduction A considerable proportion(30%–90%)of consumed antibiotics are excreted from organisms after intake,and wastewater treatment facilities lack sufficient capacity to remove antibiotics in water[1].Thus,the issue of antibiotics contamination in drinking water is raising increasing attention.Adverse consequences of antibiotics in drinking water include potential human health risks(e.g.,they may be carcinogenic or provoke allergic reactions)and risks to the aquatic ecology due to the promotion of bacterialresistant genes[2,3].

Background:Our previous work suggested that microtubule associated protein 4(MAP4)phosphorylation led to mitochondrial dysfunction in MAP4 phosphorylation mutant mice with cardiomyopathy,but the detailed mechanism was still unknown.Thus,the aim of this study was to investigate the potential mechanism involved in mitochondrial dysfunction responsible for cardiomyopathy.Methods:The present study was conducted to explore the potential mechanism underlying the mitochondrial dysfunction driven by MAP4 phosphorylation.Strain of mouse that mimicked constant MAP4 phosphorylation(S737 and S760)was generated.The isobaric tag for relative and absolute quantitation(iTRAQ)analysis was applied to the heart tissue.Gene Ontology(GO),Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG),and protein-protein interaction(PPI)were all analyzed on the basis of differential expressed proteins(DEPs).Results:Among the 72 cardiac DEPs detected between the two genotypes of mice,12 were upregulated and 60 were downregulated.GO analysis showed the biological process,molecular function,and cellular component of DEPs,and KEGG enrichment analysis linked DEPs to 96 different biochemical pathways.In addition,the PPI network was also extended on the basis of DEPs as the seed proteins.Three proteins,including mitochondrial ubiquitin ligase activator of NF-κB 1,reduced form of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NADH)-ubiquinone oxidoreductase 75 kDa subunit,mitochondrial and growth arrest,and DNA-damage-inducible proteins-interacting protein 1,which play an important role in the regulation of mitochondrial function,may correlate with MAP4 phosphorylationinduced mitochondrial dysfunction.Western blot was used to validate the expression of the three proteins,which was consistent with iTRAQ experiments.Conclusions:These findings revealed that the DEPs caused by MAP4 phosphorylation in heart tissue using iTRAQ technique and may provide clues to uncover the potential mechanism of MAP4 phosphorylation-induced mitochondrial dysfunction.

热力耦合情况下的导弹导引头多尺度并行拓扑优化设计方法

针对导弹导引头在高温高负载下的结构设计问题,引入多尺度拓扑优化设计方法对导弹导引头进行优化设计,提出了一种在稳态热源情况下热力耦合连续体结构多尺度并行化拓扑优化方法。该方法在宏观尺度上,将热源引入的等效热载荷耦合至力载荷当中,获得符合热力耦合载荷的宏观构型分布;在微观尺度上,通过聚类方法划分微结构类型,提升微结构计算效率和解决宏微观结构尺度分离问题。以结构柔度作为目标函数,材料的体分比为约束,建立了基于固体各向同性材料惩罚模型的多尺度并行拓扑优化模型;采用直接法对热力耦合情况下的灵敏度进行分析计算,运用OC准则法对设计变量进行优化,从而获得有效的热力耦合情况下的宏微观并行拓扑优化模型。利用悬臂梁结构对所提方法进行了验证,结果表明所设计的结构既具有热力耦合工况下的承载能力,也具有一定的热防护的能力。应用该方法对导弹引导头进行结构一体化优化设计,获得了较好的既具有承载性能,又具有隔热性能的引导头结构。两个案例展示了在保证质量减少50%的情况下,依然都获得了理想的优化结构,从而验证了所提方法的正确性与有效性。也为类似热力耦合工况下的结构一体化设计提供了可行方法,具有一定的工程应用意义。

高速飞行器无论作为武器还是运载器都具备巨大潜力,掌握高速飞行技术意味着占领了航空航天领域的制高点。针对高速飞行器气动设计过程展开讨论,其主要流程为设计基准外形、外形参数化、气动特性计算以及迭代优化。介绍了目前高速飞行器的常见气动外形以及一些新型气动外形设想,在参数化方法方面分析了样条方法、型函数法、CST法及自由变形算法的原理及优缺点,对目前获取气动特性的方法作了简要说明,介绍了气动优化过程中的优化算法。目前来看,高速飞行器的设计过程仍具有缺乏系统性、迭代周期长的缺点,但随着计算机不断发展,理论不断进化,面向工程的高速飞行器气动外形设计方法将会越来越完善。
