Because of the low price and abundant reserves of sodium compared with lithium,the research of sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)in the field of large-scale energy storage has returned to the research *** oxides distinguish themselves from the mains cathode materials of SIBs owing to their advantages such as high specific capacity,simple synthesis route,and environmental ***,the commercial development of the layered oxides is limited by sluggish kinetics,complex phase transition and poor air *** on the research ideas from macro-to micro-scale,this review systematically summarizes the current optimization strategies of sodium-ion layered oxide cathodes(SLOC)from different dimensions:microstructure design,local chemistry regulation and structural unit *** the dimension of microstructure design,the various structures such as the microspheres,nanoplates,nanowires and exposed active facets are prepared to improve the slow kinetics and electrochemical ***,from the view of local chemistry regulation by chemical element substitution,the intrinsic electron/ion properties of SLOC have been enhanced to strengthen the structural ***,the optimization idea of endeavors to regulate the physical and chemical properties of cathode materials essentially is put forward from the dimension of structural unit *** opinions and strategies proposed in this review will provide some inspirations for the design of new SLOC in the future.

Recent studies have mostly focused on engraftment of cells at the lesioned spinal cord,with the expectation that differentiated neurons facilitate *** a few studies have attempted to use transplanted cells and/or biomaterials as major modulators of the spinal cord injury ***,we aimed to investigate the role of microenvironment modulation by cell graft on functional recovery after spinal cord *** neural stem cells reprogrammed from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells,and/or thrombin plus fibrinogen,were transplanted into the lesion site of an immunosuppressed rat spinal cord injury ***,Beattie and Bresnahan score,electrophysiological function,and immunofluorescence/histological analyses showed that transplantation facilitates motor and electrophysiological function,reduces lesion volume,and promotes axonal neurofilament expression at the lesion *** of the graft and niche components revealed that although the graft only survived for a relatively short period(up to 15 days),it still had a crucial impact on the ***,induced neural stem cells and human fibrin reduced the number of infiltrated immune cells,biased microglia towards a regenerative M2 phenotype,and changed the cytokine expression profile at the lesion ***-induced changes of the microenvironment during the acute and subacute stages might have disrupted the inflammatory cascade chain reactions,which may have exerted a long-term impact on the functional recovery of spinal cord injury rats.

Background Fenvalerate （FEN） has been demonstrated to be a reproductive toxicant in humans and rodents. However,little is known about whether short-term exposure to low-dose FEN produces reproductive *** We administered FEN （0.009 375, 0.1875, 3.750, or 45.00 mg·kg-1d-1 by gavage for 30 days） to male ICR mice and compared reproductive toxicity parameters between groups receiving different concentrations of *** toxicity was evaluated by computer-assisted semen quality analysis （CASA）, chlortetracycline （CTC） assay,and *** The sperm morphology and testis histology of FEN-exposed mice （all doses） were similar to that in controlling mice. Exposure to FEN at a concentration of 0.1875 mg·kg-1d-1 decreased sperm path straightness （STR） and linearity （liN）（both P〈 0.05）, but had no significant impact on average path velocity （VAP）, straight line velocity （VSL）, curvilinear velocity （VCL）, lateral amplitude （ALH）, beat cross frequency （BCF）, or progressive motility （MOT）. Commutation failure(CF)is one of the most common issues in line-commuted converter-based high voltage direct current systems(LCC-HVDC),leading to critical power system security and stability *** and rapid identification of CF is crucial to prevent subsequent CF in HVDC ***,the existing CF identi-fication methods are lack of the required accuracy and *** relationship between bridge arm current,commutation voltage,and trigger pulse based on the commutation progress mechanism after the AC fault is analysed in this paper.A novel CF identification method is presented,which utilises the CF identification factor,enabling fast and high-accurate identification without relying on the value of the extinction *** pro-posed method offers a simpler and more efficient implementation in engineering ***,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified in both the standard In-ternational Council on Large Electric systems HVDC model and the Hardware in Loop test using practical project *** results demonstrate that the proposed method can accurately and fast identify CF.

The island-based energy storage is of urgent need for the grid construction combined with renewable energy for offshore *** direct use of seawater as a substitute of deionized water shows its great promise for aqueous zinc-ion batteries in such a specific ***,the metal corrosion,dendrite growth,and hydrogen evolution stand out in the harsh seawater *** address these challenges,we proposed a corrosion inhibitor that was effective in the field of metal anti-corrosion,2-phosphonobutane-1,2,4-tricarboxylic acid(PBTCA),to inhibit anode corrosion caused by Cl-and active H_(2)O molecules by forming a stable solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)film in the seawater-based ***,PBTCA can chelate with other cations present in seawater,such as Ca^(2+)and Mg^(2+),thereby preventing the aggregation and precipitation of sparingly soluble *** a current density of5 mA cm^(-2),the seawater-based zinc-ion battery exhibited an exceptional cycle life exceeding 2000 h and maintained a Coulombic efficiency of over 99.6%after 2000 ***,the performance of the Zn||ZVO full battery was significantly enhanced with the addition of *** study provides a simple,low-cost,and efficient approach for making the seawater-based zinc-ion batteries useable.

On-line chemical characterization of atmospheric particulate matter(PM)with soft ionization technique and ultrahigh-resolution Mass Spectrometry(UHRMS)provides molecular information of organic constituents in real *** we describe the development and application of an automatic measurement system that incorporates PM_(2.5)sampling,thermal desorption,atmospheric pressure photoionization,and UHRMS *** formulas of detected organic compounds were deducted from the accurate(±10 ppm)molecular weights obtained at a mass resolution of 100,000,allowing the identification of small organic compounds in PM_(2.5).Detection efficiencies of 28 standard compounds were determined and we found a high sensitivity and selectivity towards organic amines with limits of detection below 10 *** a proof of principle,PM_(2.5)samples collected off-line in winter in the urban area of Beijing were analyzed using the Ionization Module and HRMS of the *** automatic system was then applied to conduct on-line measurements during the summer time at a time resolution of 2 *** detected organic compounds comprised mainly CHON and CHN compounds below 350 m/*** seasonal variations in elemental composition were observed with shorter carbon backbones and higher O/C ratios in summer than that in *** result is consistent with stronger photochemical reactions and thus a higher oxidation state of organics in *** variation in signal intensity of each formula provides crucial information to reveal its source and formation *** summary,the automatic measurement system serves as an important tool for the on-line characterization and identification of organic species in PM_(2.5).
