An effective method was used to Ioidal suspensions of highly reduced graphene produce stable and homogeneous coloxide （RGO） in N,N-dimethylformamide （DMF） without the assistance of dispersing agents. According to the results of general characterization, relatively pure graphene sheets with the morphology of single layer or few-layer structure were obtained. Then nanocomposite powders of RGO and poly （vinylidene fluoride）（PVDF） were prepared by vacuum filtration of the mixed dispersions of both components. The nanocomposites exhibit a high-frequency capacitative response with small equivalent series resistance （ESR） at 0.4Q, a nearly rectangular cyclic voltammogram and possess a rapid current response as electrodes for supercapacitor in 5mol/L KOH electrolyte. Furthermore, after 600 galvanostatic charge/ discharge cycles, the supercapacitor still performs a very high stability and efficiency of capacitance.

The crystallization modification of poly（vinylidene fluoride）（PVDF） was investigated for the blend films of PVDF and poiy（methyl methacrylate）（PMMA）. The mass crystallinity （Xc） and further, the β-phase content （F（β）） of PVDF, were studied for the asprepared blend films with different mass ratios. In addition, the variations of Xc and F（β） were systematically probed once the PMMA component was removed from the related blend systems. DSC, FTIR and XRD measurements all indicated that 1）Xc, F（β） and even the content of a-phase （F（a）） decreased with the addition of PMMA; 2） with the extraction of PMMA, both Xc and F（β） increased while F（a） decreased. It is worth noting that the increase of Xc and F（β） depended on the relative amount of extracted PMMA （EpMMA）, i.e., the more PMMA was removed, the more Xc and F（β） increased. These results reveal the hindrance effect from the PMMA constituent to the crystallization of PVDF, and consequently, this restriction would be released when the PMMA was extracted.

Solvent played an important role in the formation of calcium phosphate phase of the chitosan/calcium phosphate composites. In this investigation, ethanolacetic acid mixtures were employed as solvents, and various calcium phosphate phases, such as brushite, amorphous calcium phosphate, and hydroxyapatite, were introduced into the chitosan/calcium phosphate composites by using in-situ preparation process. The results showed that the structures of composite were influenced remarkably by the morphology and the distribution of calcium phosphate phase. In addition, the bioactivity of composites was governed mainly by the characters of calcium phosphate phases in composites, since calcium phosphate phases could induce the growth of hydroxyapatite coating on the surfaces of composites. On the surface of chitosan/brushite composite, the formed hydroxyapatite coating consisted of oriented plate crystallites, which self- assembled into spherical-like crystals. When other calcium phosphate phase was introduced into composites, the polymorphs of hydroxyapatite layer would change greatly. The oriented plate crystallites became bigger, and meanwhile, the self-assembled aggregates became less and smaller. In addition, with the shift of the prior nucleating point, the growth orientation of plate crystallites was transformed.

Zirconium-based metal-organic cages(Zr-MOCs)typically exhibit high stability,but their structural and application reports are scarce due to stringent crystallization *** have successfully fluorinated the classical Zr-MOCs(ZrT-3)for the first time,obtaining the fluorinated MOCs(ZrT-3-F).Notably,ZrT-3-F not only inherits the high stability of its parent structure,but also acts as a catalyst for the effective oxidation of benzyl thioether for the first *** reaction can reach a conversion rate of 99%in 6 h,and the selectivity reaches 95%,which far exceeds the non-fluorinated *** work proves that the specific functionalization of the classical Zr-MOCs can further expand their application potential,such as catalysis.

This paper delves into the problem of optimal placement conditions for a group of agents collaboratively localizing a target using range-only or bearing-only measurements. The challenge in this study stems from the uncertainty associated with the positions of the agents, which may experience drift or disturbances during the target localization process. Initially, we derive the Cramer-Rao lower bound (CRLB) of the target position as the primary analytical metric. Subsequently, we establish the necessary and sufficient conditions for the optimal placement of agents. Based on these conditions, we analyze the maximal allowable agent position error for an expected mean squared error (MSE), providing valuable guidance for the selection of agent positioning sensors. The analytical findings are further validated through simulation experiments.

Coal direct liquefaction technology is a crucial contemporary coal chemical technology for efficient and clean use of coal resources. The development of direct coal liquefaction technology and the promotion of alternative energy sources are important measures to guarantee energy security and economic security. However, several challenges need to be addressed, including low conversion rate, inadequate oil yield, significant coking, demanding reaction conditions, and high energy consumption. Extensive research has been conducted on these issues, but further exploration is required in certain aspects such as pyrolysis of macromolecules during the liquefaction process, hydrogen activation, catalysts' performance and stability, solvent hydrogenation, as well as interactions between free radicals to understand their mechanisms better. This paper presents a comprehensive analysis of the design strategy for efficient catalysts in coal liquefaction, encompassing the mechanism of coal liquefaction, catalyst construction,and enhancement of catalytic conversion efficiency. It serves as a comprehensive guide for further research endeavors. Firstly, it systematically summarizes the conversion mechanism of direct coal liquefaction, provides detailed descriptions of various catalyst design strategies, and especially outlines the catalytic mechanism. Furthermore, it addresses the challenges and prospects associated with constructing efficient catalysts for direct coal liquefaction based on an understanding of their action mechanisms.

In this study,a novel Ni-W-Co-Mo medium heavy alloy(MHA)was designed to improve its mechanical strength via Mo *** the Ni-42W-10Co-x Mo alloy series,where x represents the weight percent of Mo and varies between 0,1,2,5,and 10,the microstructure transitions from a dendritic structure to a hypo-eutectic structure as the Mo content increases from 0 to 5wt.%.Moreover,as the Mo content increases from 0 to 10wt.%,the distribution of theμ-phase shifts from being individually dispersed to forming aggregates,and its volume fraction rises from 0.5%to 7.9%.Notably,theμ-phase evolves into an eutectic microstructure,which helps in minimizing the segregation of *** change is accompanied by a substantial enhancement in mechanical properties;specifically,the compressive yield strength at room temperature increases from 350 MPa to 646 MPa,indicating a significant 85%***,the microhardness increases from 230 HV to 304 *** dynamics simulations further reveal that the strengthening mechanism of Ni-42W-10Co-x Mo alloys is Mo-induced solid solution strengthening and precipitation strengthening.

Tumor suppressor p53-mediated cell cycle arrest and DNA damage repair may exert cytoprotective effects against cancer therapies,including WEE1 *** that p53 activation can also lead to multiple types of cell death,the role of this tumor suppressor in WEE1 inhibitor-based therapies remains *** this study,we reported that nucleolar stress-mediated p53 activation enhanced the WEE1 inhibitor AZD1775-induced ferroptosis to suppress lung cancer *** findings showed that AZD1775 promoted ferroptosis by blocking cystine uptake,an action similar to that of ***,inhibition of WEE1 by the WEE1 inhibitors or siRNAs induced compensatory upregulation of SLC7A11,which conferred resistance to ***,AZD1775 prevented the enrichment of H3K9me3,a histone marker of transcriptional repression,on the SLC7A11 promoter by repressing the expression of the histone methyltransferase SETDB1,thereby enhancing NRF2-mediated SLC7A11 *** finding was also validated using the H3K9me3 inhibitor ***,we found that the nucleolar stress-inducing agent Actinomycin D(Act.D)inhibited SLC7A11 expression by activating p53,thus augmenting AZD1775-induced ***,the combination of AZD1775 and Act.D synergistically suppressed wild-type p53-harboring lung cancer cell growth both in vitro and in ***,our study demonstrates that AZD1775 promotes ferroptosis by targeting cystine uptake but also mediates the adaptive activation of SLC7A11 through the WEE1-SETDB1 cascade and NRF2-induced transcription,and inhibition of SLC7A11 by Act.D boosts the anti-tumor efficacy of AZD1775 by enhancing ferroptosis in cancers with wild-type p53.

In recent years,the obstetrics department has advocated vaginal delivery to reduce the rate of cesarean ***,in clinical practice,pregnant women are prone to anxiety before childbirth,making it difficult to perform a vaginal trial delivery *** combined approach of ADIET communication and delivery rehearsal for vaginal trial delivery can provide a reference for reducing prenatal anxiety,shortening labor duration,facilitating a smooth delivery,and ensuring the safety of both mothers and *** To analyze the effect of AIDET communication combined with labor rehearsal on vaginal trial *** A study conducted between January 2023 and December 2023 included 200 vaginal *** were randomly assigned to an observation group(100 women),which received ADIET communication plus delivery intervention,and a control group(100 women),which received routine communication plus delivery *** study aimed to compare antenatal anxiety status as measured using the Maternal Anxiety Scale,labor duration,delivery efficacy as assessed using the simplified Chinese version of the Childbirth Self-Efficacy Inventory,and delivery *** After the intervention,the observation group had a lower Maternal Anxiety Scale score and higher Childbirth Self-Efficacy Inventory score(Phe control group(Phereas the observation group had higher natural delivery,cesarean delivery,vaginal delivery,and neonatal asphyxia rates(Phearsal can relieve prenatal anxiety,enhance delivery efficiency,shorten labor duration,and somewhat improve delivery outcomes.
