Ischemic stroke resulting from atherosclerosis(particularly in the carotid artery)is one of the major subtypes of stroke and has a high incidence of *** lipid homeostasis,lipid deposition,local macrophage infiltration,smooth muscle cell proliferation,and plaque rupture are the main pathological processes of atherosclerotic ischemic ***,macrophages,endothelial cells and vascular smooth muscle cells are the main cell types participating in these *** inhibiting the expression of the target genes in these cells,microRNAs play a key role in regulating lipid disorders and atherosclerotic ischemic *** this article,we listed the microRNAs implicated in the pathology of atherosclerotic ischemic stroke and aimed to explain their pro-or antiatherosclerotic *** article provides an update on the potential diagnostic use of miRNAs for detecting growing plaques and impending clinical ***,we provide a perspective on the therapeutic use of local microRNA delivery and discuss the challenges for this potential therapy.

The swimming performance of rod-shaped microswimmers in a channel was numerically investigated using the two-dimensional lattice Boltzmann method(LBM).We considered variable-length squirmer rods,assembled from circular squirmer models with self-propulsion mechanisms,and analyzed the effects of the Reynolds number(Re),aspect ratio(ε),squirmer-type factor(β)and blockage ratio(κ)on swimming efficiency(η)and power expenditure(P).The results show no significant difference in power expenditure between pushers(microswimmers propelled from the tail)and pullers(microswimmers propelled from the head)at the low Reynolds numbers adopted in this ***,the swimming efficiency of pushers surpasses that of ***,as the degree of channel blockage increases(i.e.,κincreases),the squirmer rod consumes more energy while swimming,and its swimming efficiency also increases,which is clearly reflected whenε≤***,squirmer rods with a larger aspect ratioεand aβvalue approaching 0 can achieve high swimming efficiency with lower power *** advantages of self-propelled microswimmers are manifested whenε>4 andβ=±1,where the squirmer rod consumes less energy than a passive rod driven by an external *** findings underscore the potential for designing more efficient microswimmers by carefully considering the interactions between the microswimmer geometry,propulsion mechanism and fluid dynamic environment.

The design of an excellent active catalyst to improve the sluggish kinetic and thermodynamic properties of magnesium hydride(MgH_(2))remains a great challenge to achieve its practical *** this study,a novel Ni-Nb/rGO nanocomposite catalyst was successfully prepared by one-spot hydrothermal and sub-sequent calcination *** novel Ni-Nb/rGO nanocomposite exhibits an exceptional catalytic effect on improving MgH_(2) sorption ***,the onset desorption temperature of MgH_(2)+10 wt%Ni-Nb/rGO composite is reduced to 198℃,much lower than that of undoped MgH_(2)(330℃).In-terestingly,the composite can release 5.0,5.9,and 6.0 wt%H_(2) within 10 min at 245,260,and 275℃,***,the dehydrogenated MgH_(2)+10 wt%Ni-Nb/rGO composite starts to absorb hydrogen even at room temperature with approximate 2.75 wt%H_(2) uptake at 75℃under 3 MPa H_(2) pressure within 30 min and exhibits excellent stability by maintaining 6.0 wt%hydrogen content after 20 cycles at 300℃.Chou’s model suggests that the de/hydrogenation kinetics of Ni-Nb/rGO-modified MgH_(2) switches from surface penetration model to diffusion model at lower ***,the ac-tivation energies(E a)for the de/hydrogenation of MgH_(2)+10 wt%Ni-Nb/rGO are reduced to 57.8 kJ/mol and 33.9 kJ/mol,which are significantly lower than those of undoped MgH_(2).The work demonstrates that the addition of a novel ternary Ni-Nb/rGO catalyst is an effective strategy to not only boost the sorption kinetics of MgH_(2) but also maintain its cycling property.

Determination of the controlled landing trajectory of Chang’E-1 satellite and the coordinate analysis of the landing point on the Moon

Based on the tracking observations of radio ranges and VLBI delays of Chang’E-1 (CE-1) satellite during the controlled landing on the Moon on March 1, 2009, the landing trajectory and the coordinates of the landing point are determined by positioning analysis. It is shown that the landing epoch (the emission epoch of the last signal) of CE-1 satellite on the Moon was at UTC8h13m6.51s. The lunar longitude, latitude and surface height of the landing point in the lunar primary axes frame are respectively 52.2732°, 1.6440° and –3.56 km (the reference lunar radius is 1738 km). The uncertainties are 0.0040°, 0.0168° and 0.18 km. The corresponding uncertainty in the tangential direction of the lunar surface is 0.52 km and the three-dimensional (3D) positioning uncertainty is 0.55 km. It is accordingly deduced that even with the present technical specifications of the radio ranges and VLBI delays, the 1 km 3D positioning precision could be guaranteed for the lander in the second stage of China’s Lunar Explora- tion Project. Concerning the trace determination of the rover on the lunar surface, because only telemetry signal will be emitted, VLBI would be the sole tracking technique from the Earth. The application of the constraint of geocentric distance is shown to be helpful to improving the positioning precision. It is worthy to pay close attention to the applications of the same beam VLBI technique, the lunar topographic model and the on-board observations of the lander and rover to the position/trace determination of the rover.

Performance of Flexible Warp Knitting Metal Mesh with Notch

Three different kinds of notch involving single edge notch （ SEN）, double edge notch （ DEN ） and central notch （ CEN ） were preset in flexible warp knitting metal mesh, and the tensile properties of notch samples were tested. Three kinds of notch samples＇ sensitivity were investigated through different notch lengths. Then failure process and tensile properties were contrasted and analyzed between intact and notch samples. Experiment and analysis results showed that positive Poisson＇s ratio effect gave rise to obvious waist binding and special inverted triangle loading area. All samples were sensitive to three kinds of notches. And notch sensitivity was closely related to notch form and notch length. The notch procession obviously deteriorated the mechanical properties of flexible warp knitting metal mesh. Sample with different notch lengths and breakage locations determined different tensile strengths that sample could bear. The fitting function of waist binding track satisfied the parabolic equation.

High-performance electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding materials with flexibility,excellent mechanical property,and thermal conductivity are highly desired for fifth-generation communications *** exhibits tremendous potential due to its high electrical conductivity and unique lamellar ***,the construction of densified graphene structure in polymer matrix is still ***,we develop a graphene/waterborne polyurethane(G/WPU)flexible film with densified and ordered layer-structure for using as an EMI shielding *** virtue of the polyvinylpyrrolidone modified strategy and facile liquid phase ball-milling treatment,the graphene nanosheets can be efficiently dispersed into the WPU substrate and tightly connected between each other via internal *** from the relatively low defects and densified structure of graphene,the resultant G/WPU film yields a high electrical conductivity of 1,004.5 S/m,and a tensile strength of around 48.5 *** a consequence,it achieves an average EMI shielding effectiveness of over 30 dB in the X-band with a thickness of merely 0.15 mm and the value is further enhanced to 73.4 dB at 0.9 mm with a low density of 1.4 g/cm^(3),offering over 99.99999%shielding of incident electromagnetic *** importantly,this G/WPU film also exhibits a high cross-plane thermal conductivity of about 1.13 W/(m·K).Thus,this work develops a high-performance EMI shielding material with both good capacity of heat transmission,but also provides a facile strategy for designing next-generation advanced,lightweight,flexible,and multifunction shielding materials.

AIM To assess the incidence of hepatitis B virus(HBV) reactivation in patients receiving direct-acting antiviral agent(DAA)-based therapy or interferon(IFN)-based therapy for hepatitis C and the effectiveness of preemptive antiHBV therapy for preventing HBV *** The Pub Med, MEDliNE and EMBASE databases were searched, and 39 studies that reported HBV reactivation in HBV/hepatitis C virus coinfected patients receiving DAAbased therapy or IFN-based therapy were included. The primary outcome was the rate of HBV reactivation. The secondary outcomes included HBV reactivation-related hepatitis and the effectiveness of preemptive anti-HBV treatment with nucleos(t)ide analogues. The pooled effects were assessed using a random effects model. RESULTS The rate of HBV reactivation was 21.1% in hepatitis Bsurface antigen(HBs Ag)-positive patients receiving DAAbased therapy and 11.9% in those receiving IFN-based therapy. The incidence of hepatitis was lower in HBs Agpositive patients with undetectable HBV DNA compared to patients with detectable HBV DNA receiving DAA therapy(RR = 0.20, 95%CI: 0.06-0.64, P = 0.007). The pooled HBV reactivation rate in patients with previous HBV infection was 0.6% for those receiving DAA-based therapy and 0 for those receiving IFN-based therapy, and none of the patients experienced a hepatitis flare related to HBV reactivation. Preemptive anti-HBV treatment significantly reduced the potential risk of HBV reactivation in HBs Agpositive patients undergoing DAA-based therapy(RR = 0.31, 95%CI: 0.1-0.96, P = 0.042).CONCLUSION The rate of HBV reactivation and hepatitis flare occurrence is higher in HBs Ag-positive patients receiving DAA-based therapy than in those receiving IFN-based therapy, but these events occur less frequently in patients with previous HBV infection. Preemptive anti-HBV treatment is effective in preventing HBV reactivation.

Bioprinting is emerging as an advanced tool in tissue ***,there is still a lack of bioinks able to form hydrogels with desirable bioactivities that support positive cell *** this study,modified plasma proteins capable of forming hydrogels with multiple biological functions are developed as bioinks for digital light processing(DLP)*** Plasma-MA(BM)was synthesized via a one-pot method through the reaction between the fresh frozen plasma and methacrylic *** methacry-lated levels were observed to influence the physical properties of BM hydrogels including mechanical properties,swelling,and *** photo-crosslinked BM hydrogels can sustainedly release vascu-lar endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and exhibit positive biological effects on cell adhesion and prolifer-ation,and cell functionality such as tube formation of human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs),and neurite elongation of rat pheochromocytoma cells(PC12).Meanwhile,BM hydrogels can also induce cell infiltration,modulate immune response,and promote angiogenesis in ***,the plasma bioinks can be used to fabricate customized scaffolds with complex structures through a DLP printing *** findings implicate that the modified plasma with growth factor release is a promising candidate for bioprinting in autologous and personalized tissue engineering.
