Quality model is regarded as a well-accepted approach for assessing, managing and improving software product quality. There are three categories of quality models for software products, i.e., definition model, assessment model, and prediction model. Quality assessment model(QAM) is a metric-based approach to assess the software quality. It is typically regarded as of high importance for its clear method on how to assess a system. However, the current state-of-the-art in QAM research is under limited *** address this gap, the paper provides an organized and synthesized summary of the current QAMs. In detail, we conduct a systematic mapping study(SMS) for structuring the relevant articles. We obtain a total of 716 papers from the five databases, and 31 papers are selected as relevant studies at last. In summary, our work focuses on QAMs from the following aspects: software metrics, quality factors, aggregation methods,evaluation methods and tool support. According to the analysis results, our work discovers five needs that researchers in this area should continue to address:(1) new method and criteria to tailor a quality framework(i.e., structure of software metrics and quality factors) according to different specifics,(2) systematic investigations on the effectiveness, strength and weakness of different aggregation methods to guide the method selection in different context,(3) more investigations on evaluating QAMs in the context of industrial cases,(4) further investigations or real-world case studies on the QAMs related tools, and(5) building a public and diverse software benchmark which can be adopted in different application context.

Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the factors influencing pathological complete response(pCR)rate in early breast cancer patients receiving neoadjuvant dual-target [trastuzumab(H) + pertuzumab(P)] therapy combined with chemotherapy. Additionally, the consistency of the Miller-Payne and residual cancer burden(RCB)systems in evaluating the efficacy of neoadjuvant therapy for early human epidermal growth factor receptor-2(HER2)+ breast cancer was ***: The clinicopathological data of female patients with early-stage HER2+ breast cancer who received dual-target neoadjuvant therapy at 26 hospitals of the Chinese Society of Breast Surgery(CSBrS) from March 2019 to December 2021 were collected. Patients were allocated to four groups: the HER2 immunohistochemistry(IHC)3+/hormone receptor(HR)-, IHC3+/HR+, IHC2+ in situ hybridization(ISH)+/HR-and IHC2+ ISH+/HR+groups. The overall pCR rate for patients, the pCR rate in each group and the factors affecting the pCR rate were analyzed. The consistency between the Miller-Payne and RCB systems in assessing the efficacy of neoadjuvant therapy was ***: From March 1, 2019, to December 31, 2021, 77,376 female patients with early-stage breast cancer were treated at 26 hospitals;18,853(24.4%) of these patients were HER2+. After exclusion of unqualified patients, 2,395 patients who received neoadjuvant dual-target(H+P) therapy combined with chemotherapy were included in this study. The overall pCR rate was 53.0%, and the patients' HR statuses and different HER2+ statuses were significantly correlated with the pCR rate(P<0.05). The consistency of the pathological efficacy assessed by the Miller-Payne and RCB systems was 88.0%(κ=0.717, P<0.001).Conclusions: Different HER2 expression statuses and HR expression statuses are correlated with the pCR rate after dual-target neoadjuvant therapy in HER2+ breast cancer patients. ACSL3 regulates breast cancer progression via lipid metabolism reprogramming and the YES1/YAP axis

Objective:Mitochondrial fatty acid oxidation is a metabolic pathway whose dysregulation is recognized as a critical factor in various cancers,because it sustains cancer cell survival,proliferation,and *** acyl-Co A synthetase long-chain(ACSL)family is known to activate long-chain fatty acids,yet the specific role of ACSL3 in breast cancer has not been ***:We assessed the prognostic value of ACSL3 in breast cancer by using data from tumor ***-of-function and lossof-function assays were also conducted to determine the roles and downstream regulatory mechanisms of ACSL3 in vitro and in ***:ACSL3 expression was notably downregulated in breast cancer tissues compared with normal tissues,and this phenotype correlated with improved survival *** experiments revealed that ACSL3 knockdown in breast cancer cells promoted cell proliferation,migration,and epithelial±mesenchymal ***,ACSL3 was found to inhibitβ-oxidation and the formation of associated byproducts,thereby suppressing malignant behavior in breast ***,ACSL3 was found to interact with YES proto-oncogene 1,a member of the Src family of tyrosine kinases,and to suppress its activation through phosphorylation at *** decrease in activated YES1 consequently inhibited YAP1 nuclear colocalization and transcriptional complex formation,and the expression of its downstream genes in breast cancer cell ***:ACSL3 suppresses breast cancer progression by impeding lipid metabolism reprogramming,and inhibiting malignant behaviors through phospho-YES1 mediated inhibition of YAP1 and its downstream *** findings suggest that ACSL3 may serve as a potential biomarker and target for comprehensive therapeutic strategies for breast cancer.

Performance of a recursive algorithm for polynomial predistorter design

In this article, based on least square estimation, a recursive algorithm for indirect learning structure predistorter is introduced. Simulation results show that of all polynomial predistorter nonlinear terms, higher-order （higher than 7th-order） nonlinear terms are so minor that they can be omitted in practical predistorter design. So, it is unnecessary to construct predistorter with higher-order polynomials, and the algorithm will always be stable. Further results show that even when 15th-order polynomial model is used, the algorithm is convergent after 10 iterations, and it can improve out-band spectrum of 20 MHz bandwidth signal by 64 dB, with a 1.2×10^11 matrix condition number.

In this work, the effects of Pr content on the structure and intrinsic magnetic properties of Sml-xPrxCO5 （x = 0-0.6） compounds prepared by induction melting were systematically investigated by scanning electron microscopy （SEM）, X-ray diffraction （XRD）, and magnetic measurements. Microstructural observation and chemical composition analysis show that Sml xPrxCos compounds are composed of （Sin, Pr）Co （1：5） phase and （Sm, Pr）-rich grain boundary phase. XRD results show that all the Sml-xPrxCO5 compounds have a （Sm, Pr）lCo main phase with the hexagonal CaCus-type crystal structure and the （Sm, Pr）2 Co7 impurity phase. In addition, the detailed research shows that the lattice constants （a, c） and unit volume （V） are all enlarged with the increases in Pr con- tent. According to the magnetic measurements, as the Pr content increases to larger than 0.4, both the Curie tem- perature （Tc） and the anisotropy field （HA） of all the Pr- doped compounds decrease rapidly. Meanwhile, the mag- netization of Sml_***5 compounds at applied field of 14 T （MI4 T） are observably improved with Pr doping content of x 〉 0.3. Among them, Smo.6Pro.4Co5 compound exhibits slightly lower HA and Tc, but much higher M14 T than those of the binary SmCos, indicating that doping of proper Pr content into SmCo5 compound can optimize the intrinsic magnetic properties. As a result, the optimal intrinsic magnetic properties of HA = 29.11 T,Tc = 989 K, and M14 T = 102.31 mA.m2.g-1 are obtained in Smo.6Pro.4C05 compound.
