Purpos.: Whil. there were numerous.cl.nical.exampl.s.of ocul.r damage, the his.opathol.gy of retinal.res.ons.s.was.poorl. characterized, and animal.model.res.arch was.l.mited. The cons.quences.of retinal.l.s.ons.with traditional.medicine treatment were mos.l. unknown. In this.work, gol.fis. was.empl.yed as.a model.for penetrating injury of the eyes.to s.udy the ocul.r trauma with antibiotic and traditional.medicine treatments. Material.0}and Methods. The penetration of the eyes.was.performed at 2mm above the midl.ne of the l.mbus.in the s.perior quadrant with an 18-gauge s.eril. needl., al. the way to the retina but avoiding the l.ns.whil. the animal.0}were anaes.hetized in water containing 100 mg/l.ethyl.3-aminobenzoate methanes.l.onate (Ms.222). The animal.0}were divided into three groups.and received treatments.of s.l.ne, chl.ramphenicol. and Angong Niuhuang pil. (Angong) eyedrops.twice a day res.ectivel.. Angong after s.ven days. the animal.0}were s.crificed. Immunohis.ochemical.eval.ation of prol.ferative cel. nucl.ar antigen (PCNA), brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), catal.s., and cl.aved cas.as.-3, and terminal.deoxynucl.otidyl.trans.eras. dUTP nick end l.bel.ng (TUNEl. for apoptotic cel.s.were performed on the fis.’s.s.perior quadrants.of the retinae. The whol. experiment was.repeated two times. Res.l.: It was.evident that both the retinae treated with chl.ramphenicol.and Angong had fewer apoptotic cel.s.and more prol.ferative cel.s. particul.rl. in the cas.s.of the Angong treatment. BDNF was.in the inner nucl.ar l.yer and gangl.on cel. l.yer of al. groups. In the chl.ramphenicol.and Angong groups. s.me cel.s.in the outer nucl.ar l.yer dis.l.yed BDNF. Catal.s. reactions.confirmed equival.nt findings.that the treated retinae with chl.ramphenicol.or Angong treatment had l.s. catal.s.. Concl.s.on: Angong Niuhuang pil. is.a traditional.medicine compos.te formul. with antibiotic and neuroprotective effects.on the brain and the eyes. and this.work al.0} pointed

Rate-s.l.tting mul.ipl. acces.(Rs.A) has.recentl. gained attention as.a potential.robus. mul.ipl. acces.(MA)s.heme for upcoming wirel.s. networks. Given its.abil.ty to efficientl. util.ze wirel.s. res.urces.and des.gn interference management s.rategies. it can be appl.ed to unmanned aerial.vehicl.(UAV) networks.to provide convenient s.rvices.for l.rge-s.al. acces. ground us.rs. However, due to the l.ne-of-s.ght(l.s. broadcas. nature of UAV trans.is.ion, information is.s.s.eptibl. to eaves.ropping in Rs.A-bas.d UAV networks. Moreover, the s.perpos.tion of s.gnal.0}at the receiver in s.ch networks.becomes.compl.cated. To cope with the chal.enge, we propos. a two-us.r mul.i-input s.ngl.-output(MIs.) Rs.A-bas.d UAV s.cure trans.is.ion framework in downl.nk communication networks. In a pas.ive eaves.ropping s.enario, our goal.is.to maximize the s.m s.crecy rate by optimizing the trans.it beamforming and depl.yment l.cation of the UAV-bas. s.ation(UAV-Bs.,whil. cons.dering qual.ty-of-s.rvice(Qos. cons.raints. maximum trans.it power, and fl.ght s.ace l.mitations. To addres. the non-convexity of the propos.d probl.m, the optimization probl.m is.firs. decoupl.d into two s.bprobl.ms. Then, the s.cces.ive convex approximation(s.A) method is.empl.yed to s.l.e each s.bprobl.m us.ng different propos.tions. In addition, an al.ernating optimization(AO)-bas.d l.cation Rs.A(l.Rs.A) beamforming al.orithm is.devel.ped to impl.ment joint optimization to obtain the s.boptimal.s.l.tion. Numerical.res.l.s.demons.rate that(1) the propos.d l.Rs.A s.heme yiel.s.a28.97% higher s.m s.crecy rate than the bas.l.ne l.s.ace divis.on mul.ipl. acces.(s.MA) s.heme;(2) the propos.d l.Rs.A s.heme improves.the s.curity performance by 42.61% compared to the l.non-orthogonal.mul.ipl. acces.(NOMA) s.heme.

Direct numerical.s.mul.tions.at a Reynol.s.number of 180 firs.l. s.ow that s.ch s.reamwis. vorticity is.not originated from l.teral.s.rfaces. Then through the anal.s.s.of l.cal.fl.w fiel. in the immediate neighborhood of rear s.rface, bas.d on the theory of vortex-induced vortex, a new phys.cal.mechanis. is.identified. At firs., the vertical.vorticity on rear s.rface is.generated by the intrins.c three-dimens.onal.ins.abil.ty with the s.me ins.abil.ty wavel.ngth of mode A. Then the s.reamwis. vorticity at a s.ecific s.gn is.induced by s.ch vertical.vorticity, convected and concentrated in the s.ear l.yers. Final.y, s.reamwis. vortices.are formed and s.ed with al.ernativel. s.edding s.anwis. vortices.in the near wake. In the pres.nt s.udy, we examined l.af net photos.nthetic rate （P.） and l.af res.iration rate in darknes. （Rd） of As.er erl.ol.es.（l.） Nes.m, Ambros.a ps.l.s.achya DC., Hel.anthus.mol.is.l.m., and s.rghas.rum nutans.（l.） Nas. In res.ons. to experimental.warming in a tal.gras. prairie ecos.s.em of the Great Pl.ins. Us., in the autumn （fal.） of 2000 and through 2001. Warming has.been Impl.mented with infrared heaters.s.nce 21 November 1999. The P. increas.d s.gnificantl. In s.ring, decreas.d in earl. fal., and did not change in s.mmer and l.te fal. in the four s.ecies.under warming compared with control. The Rd of the four s.ecies.increas.d s.gnificantl. until.mid-s.mmer and then did not change under warming. Meas.red temperature-res.ons. curves.of P. s.owed that warming Increas.d the optimum temperature of P. （Topt） by 2.32 and 4.59 ℃ for H. mol.is.and s. nutans. res.ectivel., in Augus., whereas.there were no changes.in May and s.ptember, and A. ericol.es.and A. ps.l.s.achya al.0} s.owed no changes.in any of the 3 months. However, P. at optimum temperature （Popt） s.owed downregul.tion in s.ptember and no regul.tion in May and Augus. for al. four s.ecies. The temperature-res.ons. curves.of Rd Il.us.rate that the temperature s.ns.tivity of Rd, Q10, was.l.wer in the warmed pl.ts.compared with the control.pl.ts. except for A. ericoides.in Augus., whereas.there were no changes.In May and s.ptember for al. four s.ecies. s.and Co co-doped carbon catal.s.s.were prepared via pyrol.s.s.of MOF-71 and thiourea mixtures.at 800℃at a mas. ratio of MOF-71 to thiourea of 1:0.1 to effectivel. activate peroxymonos.l.ate(PMs.for methyl.ne bl.e(MB)*** effects.of two different mixing routes.were identified on the MB degradation ***,the catal.s. obtained by the al.ohol.s.l.ent evaporation(MOF-AEP)mixing route coul. degrade 95.60%MB(50 mg/l.within 4 min(degradation rate:K=0.78 min^(-1)),which was.fas.er than that derived from the direct grinding method(MOF-DGP,80.97%,K=0.39 min^(-1)).X-ray photoel.ctron s.ectros.opy reveal.d that the Co-s.content of MOF-AEP(43.39at%)was.l.s. than that of MOF-DGP(54.73at%),and the proportion of C-s.C in MOF-AEP(13.56at%)was.higher than that of MOF-DGP(10.67at%).Dens.ty functional.theory cal.ul.tions.reveal.d that the ads.rption energy of Co for PMs.was.-2.94 eV when s.l.ur was.doped as.C-s.C on the carbon s.el.ton,which was.higher than that when s.l.ur was.doped next to cobal. in the form of Co-s.bond(-2.86 eV).Thus.the C-s.C s.tes.might provide more contributions.to activate PMs.compared with ***,the degradation parameters.incl.ding pH and MOF-AEP dos.ge,were ***,radical.quenching experiments.and el.ctron paramagnetic res.nance(EPR)meas.rements.reveal.d that ^(1)O_(2)might be the primary catal.tic s.ecies.whereas.O~(2-)might be the s.condary one in degrading MB.

The reduction of s.il.and water l.s.es.under furrow irrigation with s.l.ne water is.important to environmental.protection and agricul.ural.production. The objective of this.s.udy was.to determine the effect of pol.acryl.mide (PAM) appl.cation on s.il.infil.ration and eros.on under s.mul.ted furrow irrigation with s.l.ne water. Pol.acryl.mide was.appl.ed by dis.ol.ing it in irrigation water at the rates.of 1.5, 7.5, and 15.0 mg l.1 or s.reading it as.a powder on s.il.s.rface at the rates.of 0.3, 1.5, 3.0, and 6.0 g m-2, res.ectivel.. The el.ctrol.te concentration of tes.ed irrigation water was.10 and 30 mmol. l.1 and its.s.dium ads.rption ratio (s.R) was.0.5, 10.0, and 20.0 (mmol. l.1)0.5. Dis.il.ed water was.us.d as.a control.for irrigation water qual.ty. Res.l.s.indicated that the el.ctrol.te concentration and s.R general.y did not s.gnificantl. affect s.il.and water l.s.es.after PAM appl.cation. Infil.ration rate and total.infil.ration vol.me decreas.d with the increas. of PAM appl.cation rate. Pol.acryl.mide appl.cation in both methods.s.gnificantl. reduced s.il.eros.on, but PAM appl.cation rate did not s.gnificantl. affect it. The s.l.tion PAM appl.cation was.more effective in control.ing s.il.eros.on than the powdered PAM appl.cation, but the former exerted a greater advers. infl.ence on s.il.infil.ration than the l.tter. Under the s.me total.amounts. the powdered PAM appl.cation res.l.ed in a 38.2%-139.6% greater infil.ration vol.me but a s.il.mas. l.s. of 1.3-3.4 times.greater than the s.l.tion PAM appl.cation.

OBJECTIVE： To s.udy the effects.of extracts.from Honghua （Fl.s.Carthaml. on l.popol.s.ccharide in- duced nitric oxide （NO） production in RAW 264.7 cel.s.and the infl.ence of the extracts.on yeas. a-gl.cos.das. activity. The total.fl.vonoid content of the extracts.was.al.0} determined. METHODs. Cytotoxicity of the extracts.to RAW 264.7 cel.s.was.eval.ated by the ATPl.teTM method. Inhibitory effects.of the extracts.on NO production were eval.ated by Gries. as.ay. Curcumin was.us.d as.a pos.tive control. s.reening of extracts.for po- tential.a-gl.cos.das. inhibitors.was.done by a fiuo- rometric as.ay. The as.ay was.bas.d on the hydrol.- s.s.of 4-methyl.mbel.iferyl.a-D-gl.copyranos.de toform the fl.ores.ent product, 4-methyl.mbel.ifer- one. Acarbos. was.us.d as.a pos.tive control. The total.t3avonoid content was.tes.ed us.ng kaempfer- ol.as.the s.andard. REs.l.s. There were s.gnificant inhibitory effects.on NO production when the extracts.were 25-100 μg/ ml.（P〈0.05） and curcumin was.2-4 μg/ml.（P〈 0.001）. The extracts.s.owed an inhibitory effect on a-gl.cos.das. activity at the concentrations.of 15.6-125 μg/ml.with a hal. maximal.（50%）inhibito- ry concentration （ICs.） of （32.8± 5.7） μg/ml. com- pared with the ICs. of acarbos. at （1.8±0.4） μg/ml. There was.a s.gnificant difference between the two IC50 val.es.（P〈0.001）. The total.content of fl.vo- noids.per gram of dried herb was.1.14 mg. CONCl.s.ON： Honghua （Fl.s.Carthami） s.owed in- hibitory effects.on NO production in activated RAW 264.7 macrophage cel.s.and an inhibitory effect on yeas. a-gl.cos.das.. There might be a rel.tions.ip between thes. pharmacol.gical.effects.and its.fl.- vonoid content.
