In this paper, we study the existence of solutions for Kirchhoff equation■ with mass constraint condition■ where a, b, c > 0, μ ∈ R, 2 0 when(p, q) belongs to a certain domain in R2. We prove the existence of normalized solutions by using constraint minimization, concentration compactness principle and Minimax methods. We partially extend the results which have been studied.

原木在干燥过程中端面会出现开裂,影响原木质量。为了自动、准确、高效地检测原木的端面裂纹信息,本文提出了一种基于深度学习的原木端面裂纹定量检测方法。分别使用FCN、U-Net、U-Net++三种语义分割网络对原木端面中的裂纹区域及端面区域进行分割。通过识别不同的开裂类型,将分割出的整体裂纹划分成单独裂纹,并利用Hough变换圆检测算法检测出轮裂。通过分割出的裂纹图像和端面图像定义开裂占比、开裂区域面积、端面区域面积,通过裂纹的骨架线长度和裂纹轮廓内的最大内接圆直径描述裂纹的长度和最大宽度。最后分别对裂纹划分前和裂纹划分后进行计算并输出可视化图片。结果表明:U-Net++模型对裂纹的检测效果更优,研究结果可为原木质量评估提供数据支持。

为了研究内源生物炭溶解性有机物(BDOM)对四环素类抗生素污染生物效应的影响,分别在水溶液和土壤介质中研究盐酸四环素(TC)对小白菜种子的萌发效应,在此基础上探讨BDOM输入后TC对小白菜种子发芽率和根伸长、芽伸长的影响.结果表明:同一污染水平下,小白菜的根伸长抑制率和芽伸长抑制率与TC质量浓度存在剂量-效应关系,TC在水溶液中对小白菜根伸长和芽伸长抑制效应高于土壤中,根伸长抑制率是评价TC生态毒性最佳指标;无论在水溶液还是土壤介质中,BDOM协同TC均对小白菜种子萌发起到一定程度的促进作用;在水溶液中,BDOM能够有效缓解TC的胁迫,促进芽的伸长,而对根伸长则起抑制效应.在土壤介质中,TC胁迫下BDOM对小白菜根伸长产生低浓度促进高浓度抑制的效应,对芽伸长作用表现为促进效应.

Fertility is the most crucial step in the development process,which is controlled by many fertility-related proteins,including spermatogenesis-,oogenesis-and embryogenesis-related *** identification of fertility-related proteins can provide important clues for studying the role of these proteins in ***,in this study,we constructed a two-layer classifier to identify fertility-related *** this classifier,we first used the composition of amino acids(AA)and their physical and chemical properties to code these three fertility-related ***,the feature set is optimized by analysis of variance(ANOVA)and incremental feature selection(IFS)to obtain the optimal feature *** five-fold cross-validation(CV)and independent data tests,the performance of models constructed by different machine learning(ML)methods is evaluated and ***,based on support vector machine(SVM),we obtained a two-layer model to classify three fertility-related *** the independent test data set,the accuracy(ACC)and the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC)of the first layer classifier are 81.95%and 0.89,respectively,and them of the second layer classifier are 84.74%and 0.90,*** results show that the proposed model has stable performance and satisfactory prediction accuracy,and can become a powerful model to identify more fertility related proteins.

The clinical efficacy of implanted biomaterials is often compromised by host immune recognition and subsequent foreign body responses(FBRs).During the implantation,biomaterials inevitably come into direct contact with the blood,absorbing blood protein and forming blood *** studies have been carried out to regulate protein adsorption,thus manipulating ***,the role of clot surface fibrin films formed by clotting shrinkage in host reactions and FBR is often *** of the principle of fibrin film formation being relevant to fibrinogen or clotting factor absorption,it is feasible to manipulate the fibrin film formation via tuning the absorption of fibrinogen and clotting *** biological hydroxyapatite reserved bone architecture and microporous structure,the smaller particle size may expose more microporous structures and adsorb more fibrinogen or clotting ***,we set up 3 sizes(small,ling pathway of cell adhesion-cytoskeleton-autophagy,leading to the stronger *** group adsorbed lesser clotting factors,forming the thickest and densest fibrin films,easing inflammation and profibrosis of macrophages,and finally mitigating ***,this study deepens the understanding of the role of fibrin films in host recognition and FBR and demonstrates the feasibility of a strategy to regulate FBR by modulating fibrin films via tuning the absorption of blood proteins.

Nitrosamines are a class of carcinogens which have been detected widely in food,water,some pharmaceuticals as well as *** objectives of this paper include reviewing the basic information on tobacco consumption and nitrosamine contents,and assessing the health risks of tobacco nitrosamines exposure to Chinese *** searched the publications in English from“Web of Science”and those in Chinese from the“China National Knowledge Infrastructure”in 2022 and collected 151 literatures with valid *** content of main nitrosamines in tobacco,including 4-(methylnitrosoamino)-1-(3-pyridyl)-1-butanone(NNK),N-nitrosonornicotine(NNN),N-nitrosoanatabine(NAT),N-nitrosoanabasine(NAB),total tobacco-specific nitrosamines(TSNA),and N-nitrosodimethylamine(NDMA)were *** information of daily tobacco consumption of smokers in 30 provinces of China was also ***,the intakes of NNN,NNK,NAT,NAB,TSNAs,and NDMA via tobacco smoke were estimated as 1534ng/day,591 ng/day,685 ng/day,81 ng/day,2543 ng/day,and 484 ng/day by adult smokers in30 provinces,*** cancer risk(CR)values for NNN and NNK inhalation intake were further calculated as 1.44×10^(-5)and 1.95×10^(-4).The CR value for NDMA intake via tobacco smoke(inhalation:1.66×10^(-4))indicates that NDMA is similarly dangerous in tobacco smoke when compared with the *** China,the CR values caused by average nitrosamines intake via various exposures and their order can be estimated as the following:smoke(3.75×10^(-4))>food(1.74×10^(-4))>drinking water(1.38×10^(-5)).Smokers in China averagely suffer 200%of extra cancer risk caused by nitrosamines in tobacco when compared with non-smokers.

Unstructured and irregular graph data causes strong randomness and poor locality of data accesses in graph *** paper optimizes the depth-branch-resorting algorithm(DBR),and proposes a branch-alternation-resorting algorithm(BAR).In order to make the algorithm run in parallel and improve the efficiency of algorithm operation,the BAR algorithm is mapped onto the reconfigurable array processor(APR-16)to achieve vertex reordering,effectively improving the locality of graph *** paper validates the BAR algorithm on the GraphBIG framework,by utilizing the reordered dataset with BAR on breadth-first search(BFS),single source shortest paht(SSSP)and betweenness centrality(BC)algorithms for *** results show that compared with DBR and Corder algorithms,BAR can reduce execution time by up to 33.00%,and 51.00%*** terms of data movement,the BAR algorithm has a maximum reduction of 39.00%compared with the DBR algorithm and 29.66%compared with Corder *** terms of computational complexity,the BAR algorithm has a maximum reduction of 32.56%compared with DBR algorithm and53.05%compared with Corder algorithm.
