Background:Immune checkpoint inhibitors play an important role in the treatment of solid tumors,but the currently used immune checkpoint inhibitors targeting programmed cell death-1(PD-1),programmed cell death ligand-1(PD-L1),and cytotoxic T-lymphocyte antigen-4(CTLA-4)show limited clinical efficacy in many breast cancers.B7H3 has been widely reported as an immunosuppressive molecule,but its immunological function in breast cancer patients remains ***:We analyzed the expression of B7H3 in breast cancer samples using data from the Cancer Genome Atlas Program(TCGA)and the Gene Expression Omnibus(GEO)*** were selected using the TarBase,miRTarBase,and miRBase *** regulatory role of the microRNA hsa-miR-214-3p on B7H3 was investigated through dual-luciferase reporter assays,which identified the specific action sites of *** expression levels of B7H3 and hsa-miR-214-3p in human breast cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues were quantified using Western blotting and quantitative PCR(qPCR).In vitro experiments were performed to observe the effects of modulating the expression of B7H3 or hsa-miR-214-3p on breast cancer cell proliferation and ***,the regulatory impact of hsa-miR-214-3p on B7H3 was ***-linked immunosorbent assays(ELISA)and flow cytometry were employed to assess the effects of co-cultured breast cancer cells and normal human peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs)on immune cells and associated ***:In breast cancer tissues,the expression level of B7H3 is inversely correlated with that of hsa-miR-214-3p,as well as with the regulatory effects on breast cancercell ***-miR-214-3p was found to inhibit breast cancer cell growth by downregulating ***,our research identified,for the first time,two binding sites for hsa-miR-214-3p on the 3’UTR of B7H3,both of which exert similar effects ***-culture experiments revealed that hsamiR-214-3p

The study of nano- and submicron Brownian particle-laden turbulent flow has wide industrial applicability and hence has received much attention. The purpose of the present paper is to provide and review some researches in this field. The topics are related to the universality, particularity, complexity and importance of nano- and submicron Brownian particle-laden turbulent flow, the models of particle general dynamical equation, the collision behavior of particles. Finally, several open research issues are identified.

Aqueous Zn-ion batteries(ZIBs)featuring safety,affordability and high energy density may provide a promising solution to the demand for better energy storage *** with high electrochemical performances rely on a stable and reversible Zn metal negative *** side reactions such as the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)at the anode-electrolyte interface are responsible for the low reversibility,and uneven Zn deposition/dissolution gives rise to the instability of Zn ***,a facile and scalable method of regulating electrolytes has been proposed by Chao and his co-works through adding a lowcost,safe and environmentally-friendly electrolyte additive:*** calculations and experimental studies reveal that the glucose not only suppresses side reactions by modulating the solvated shell of Zn^(2+)but also homogenizes Zn deposition/dissolution through forming a special local absorption *** bi-functional electrolyte additive endows the Zn anode with both high reversibility and stability,which efficiently improves the performances of *** work explores a promising electrolyte strategy for realizing the large-scale application of ZIBs.

Michael addition-based cyclization strategy in the total synthesis of Lycopodium alkaloids

Lycopodium alkaloids, a unique family of biologically important natural products isolated and characterized from various species of Lycopodium(sensu lato), have attracted extensive attention from chemists and pharmacists in the past three decades. Michael addition-based cyclization has been successfully employed as an elegant and efficient ring-construction protocol of constructing key cyclohexanone intermediates in the total synthesis of Lycopodium alkaloids. This mini-review chooses and summarizes several representative total syntheses of various Lycopodium alkaloids in which intramolecular Michael addition severed as the key methodology.

The free-parameter perturbation method is applied to solve the problems of nonlinear stability of spherical shallow shells under uniform load. As a modified perturbation method, the free-parameter perturbation method enables researchers to obtain all characteristic relations without choosing the certain perturbation parameter. Some examples were discussed to study the variety regulations of deflections and stress of shells in the process of buckling, and the results were compared with those of other researchers.

Sequential maneuvering decisions based on multi-stage influence diagram in air combat

A multi-stage influence diagram is used to model the pilot＇s sequential decision making in one on one air combat. The model based on the multi-stage influence diagram graphically describes the elements of decision process, and contains a point-mass model for the dynamics of an aircraft and takes into account the decision maker＇s preferences under uncertain conditions. Considering an active opponent, the opponent＇s maneuvers can be modeled stochastically. The solution of multistage influence diagram can be obtained by converting the multistage influence diagram into a two-level optimization problem. The simulation results show the model is effective.

A non-stretchable fiber rotation in planar flows has been solved. The fiber will rotate periodically or run to the asymptotical direction decided by a discriminant defined in the paper involving the fiber aspect ratio and the flow characteristics. Subsequently the fiber orientation distribution is derived directly without the bother of solving the Fokker-Planck equation. The research clearly indicates the overall configuration of a fiber rotation movement in planar flows.
