京津冀公共体育服务跨域治理多主体协同关系与优化策略

公共体育服务跨域多主体协同治理作为推进京津冀公共体育服务跨域治理体系和治理能力现代化的关键环节,其各参与主体之间的有效协调、有序参与及协同治理,是提升京津冀公共体育服务跨域治理质效的重要保障。该研究运用社会网络分析方法对京津冀公共体育服务跨域治理多主体间的关系进行分析,以期为提高京津冀公共体育服务治理效能提供理论参考。结果显示:京津冀公共体育服务跨域治理多主体整体网络密度为0.043,整体网络呈现松散特征,各参与主体间仍有较大差距;政府主体节点最大,以北京市体育局、天津市体育局、河北省体育局为主,其他主体在整体网络中处于边缘状态,节点较小;多主体交互网络中心性分析显示京津冀公共体育服务各主体间分布不均,以政府为主要参与主体,各主体间呈现失衡现象。鉴于此,该研究建议通过创新京津冀公共体育服务跨域多主体协同治理模式,培育京津冀公共体育服务跨域多主体协同治理文化,搭建京津冀公共体育服务跨域多主体协同治理机制等优化策略,构建可持续健康发展的京津冀公共体育服务多主体协同发展新路径。

The tropical Pacific Ocean supports many productive commercial ***,few studies of ecosystem structure in the tropical Pacific Ocean have been carried *** this study,we analyzed the food web structure in the central and eastern tropical Pacific Ocean based on trophic relationships of 35 pelagic species collected by Chinese tuna longline observers from June to November in *** indices(node degree,D;centrality indices,BC and CC;topological importance indices,TI^1,TI^3;keystone indices,K,K_t and K_b)and Key-Player algorithms(KPP-1,KPP-2)were used to select key species and construct a simplified food web combined with body size *** Kendall rank correlation and hierarchical clustering analysis indicated that different topology indices resulted in consistent rankings of key *** key species were the same as those selected in other studies in the Pacific Ocean,such as Shortbill spearfish(Tetrapturus angustirostris),Swordfish(Xiphias gladius),Albacore tuna(Thunnus alalunga),cephalopods and *** food web would be separated into many unconnected parts(F=0.632,FD=0.795,R^D=0.957)after the removal of the five key species,indicating the key roles of these species in the food web structure and *** size was considered an influential indicator in constructing the simplified food *** study can improve our understanding of the food web structure in the tropical Pacific Ocean and provide scientific basis for further ecosystem dynamics studies.

目的探讨骨骼肌质量指数(SMI)、握力、肌肉脂肪比(SVR)与中老年住院患者动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病(ASCVD)风险的相关性。方法纳入2023年1月至2023年7月在南昌大学第一附属医院全科与老年医学科中老年患者469例。根据China-PAR风险预测模型评估10年发生ASCVD风险，分为低、中、高风险3组。测定所有受试者身体成分、握力，并收集相关血液学指标。采用Pearson或Spearman相关性分析探讨SMI、握力、SVR与ASCVD风险相关性。采用多因素Logistic回归分析高风险ASCVD的独立影响因素。结果高风险ASCVD患者更易出现低SMI、低握力和低SVR(P<0.005)。握力和SVR与ASCVD风险呈显著负相关(P<0.001)。在矫正混在因素后，SMI、握力和SVR是65岁以上老年女性人群发生高风险ASCVD的独立危险因素(OR=0.109,95%CI=0.038～0.317,P<0.001;OR=0.899, 95%CI=0.824～0.981,P=0.017;OR=0.042, 95%CI=0.013～0.140,P<0.001),而握力是65岁以上男性的独立危险因素(OR=0.910, 95%CI=0.845～0.980,P=0.013)。结论中老年人群低SMI、低握力和低SVR显著增加10年ASCVD风险，宜早期进行预防和干预。

The size-spectrum model has been considered a useful tool for understanding the structures of marine ecosystems and examining management implications for *** on Chinese tuna longline observer data from the central and eastern tropical Pacific Ocean and published data,we developed and calibrated a multispecies size-spectrum model of twenty common and commercially important species in this *** then use the model to project the status of the species from 2016 to 2050 under five constant-fishing-mortality management scenarios:(1)F=0;(2)F=F_(recent),the average fishing mortality from 2013 to 2015;(3)F=0.5F_(recent);(4)F=2F_(recent) and(5)F=3F_(recent).Several ecological indicators were used to track the dynamics of the community structure under different levels of fishing,including the mean body weight,slope of community size spectra(Slope),and total *** validation demonstrated that size-at-age data of nine main catch species between our model predictions and those empirical data from assessments by the Western and Central Pacific Fisheries Commission matched well,with the R^(2)>*** direct effect of fishing was the decreasing abundance of large-sized *** mean body weight in the community decreased by~1500 g(21%)by 2050 when F doubled from F_(recent) to 2F_(recent).The higher the fishing mortality,the steeper the Slope *** projection also indicated that fishing impacts reflected by the total biomass did not increase proportionally with the increasing fishing *** biomass of the main target tuna species was still abundant over the projection period under the recent fishing mortality,except Albacore tuna(Thunnus alalunga).For sharks and billfishes,their biomass remained at relatively higher levels only under the F=0 *** results can serve as a scientific reference for alternative management strategies in the tropical Pacific Ocean.

Effects of stem structure andcell wall components on bending strength in wheat

Morphological traits, anatomical features, chemical components and bending stress in the stems of three genotypes of wheat (Triticum aestivum L.), namely Xiaoyan54, 8602 and Xiaoyan81, were ex- amined by means of light microscopy coupled with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). No- ticeable changes in morphological and anatomical traits were observed, including outer radius of stem, the ratio of stem outer radius to stem wall thickness, various tissue proportions and variations among dif- ferent types of vascular bundles. The results of chemical analysis revealed that Xiaoyan81 had the highest cellulose content in comparison with Xiao- yan54 and 8602, whereas lignin level in Xiaoyan81 was lower than that in 8602 but higher that that in Xiaoyan54. Bending stress analysis demonstrated that Xiaoyan81 may be the main target for identifica- tion, for it had the highest bending stress among the stems of three genotypes. Associated with bending stress, all the results presented here suggested that the ratio of stem wall thickness to its outer radius, schlerenchyma tissue proportion, the average num- ber of big VB per unit and the cellulose content are four important factors affecting the mechanical strength of Xiaoyan81 wheat stems, which can be considered as the key parameters for selecting varie- ties with bending stress. Therefore, it was suggested that in the selection of lodging resistant cultivars one should consider those characterized with large ratio of outer radius of stem to stem wall thickness, great-erschlerenchyma tissue proportion, high average number of big VB per unit with high cellulose content in their stems.

Despite the synergy of immune checkpoint blockade(ICB) therapy and photodynamic therapy(PDT) holds great promise as countermeasures against breast cancer, exploring long-term or flexible short-time therapeutic strategies in “cold” tumors remains a great challenge. Here, we present a polyunsaturated fatty acid-doped liposomal hydrogel Lp(DHA)@CP Gel loaded with photosensitizer chlorin e6(Ce6) and programmed death-ligand 1 antibody(αPD-L1) for flexible local photoimmunotherapy with merely singledosed administration. The presence of polyunsaturated fatty acid(docosahexaenoic acid, DHA) doped in particle membrane endows liposomes with flexibly reactive oxygen species(ROS)-responsive release capability, which was attributed to the presence of abundant unsaturated groups. The αPD-L1 was repeatedly induced to in situ release in response to the PDT under photo-exposure. The immunogenic cell death(ICD) effect of PDT evoked “cold” breast tumor to “hot” one, and then assisted the cascade releasedαPD-L1 to synergistically boost the immunotherapy. After a single dose of peritumoral administration of Lp(DHA)@CP Gel, the on-demand treatment can maximize patient compliance and safety by adjusting therapeutic behaviors via a photo on-off switch. This work presents a flexible medication platform,showing promise in improving the objective response rate of ICB therapy and minimizing its systemic toxicity.
