基于副峰叠加的BOC导航信号捕获算法

面向二进制偏移载波(binary offset carrier,BOC)信号,设计了一种基于副峰叠加的捕获算法。通过构造辅助函数并与BOC信号相关,产生相关曲线,其仅在两个固定位置存在等高副峰,再将副峰移位叠加并与BOC自相关曲线相乘获得单峰捕获曲线,实现无模糊BOC捕获。与现有BOC捕获方法相比,该算法更具普适性,适用于任意阶的BOC信号,且单峰捕获曲线主瓣更窄,捕获概率更高。计算机仿真验证了该算法的性能优势。

We show the structural and optical properties of non-polar a-plane GaN epitaxial films modified by Si ion *** gradually raising Si fluences from 5×10^(13)cm^(-2.to 5×10^(15)cm^(-2.,the n-type dopant concentration gradually increases from 4.6×10^(18)cm^(-2.to 4.5×10^(2.)cm^(-2.,while the generated vacancy density accordingly raises from 3.7×10^(13)cm^(-2.to 3.8×10^(15)cm^(-2..Moreover,despite that the implantation enhances structural disorder,the epitaxial structure of the implanted region is still well preserved which is confirmed by rutherford backscattering channeling spectrometry *** monotonical uniaxial lattice expansion along the a direction(out-of-plane direction)is observed as a function of fluences till 1×10^(15)cm^(-2.,which ceases at the overdose of 5×10^(15)cm^(-2.due to the partial amorphization in the surface *** raising irradiation dose,a yellow emission in the as-grown sample is gradually quenched,probably due to the irradiation-induced generation of non-radiative recombination centers.

安全关键软件变得越来越复杂,这类软件的形式化验证是一个具有挑战性的问题.本文针对火箭发射控制子系统实例,提出一种组合验证方法,该方法采用组合验证与模型转换相结合的方法完成对该系统的验证与分析.首先,使用体系结构分析与设计语言AADL对火箭发射控制子系统进行层次化构造系统的体系结构模型,将系统各个层次的组件需求形式化为组件契约,然后通过组合验证确保系统体系结构的正确性;其次,提出了AADL2.ppAAL的模型转换方法,然后基于UppAAL对该模型中组件的功能行为进行验证与分析,确保组件的功能行为的正确性;最后,实现了AADL模型验证原型工具,支持基于AGrEE的体系结构模型的组合验证和支持基于UppAAL的组件功能行为验证,通过对火箭发射控制子系统案例的验证和分析表明本文所提方法的有效性与局限性.

recently, Worobey et al.(2.2.) published a report entitled ‘The Huanan Seafood Wholesale Market in Wuhan was the early epicenter of the COVID-19 pandemic’ that succinctly summarizes their study [1]. A pre-print version of this study had earlier elicited a series of highprofile media coverages [2.3]. All these reports deliver a social-political message that the Huanan market is the epicenter of COVID-19.

流行病确诊时间能够反映一个国家和地方卫生部门的综合应急水平及理疗能力。基于中国疾病预防控制中心提供的中国大陆地区早期7万余个新型冠状病毒肺炎(coronavirus disease 2.19,COVID-19)确诊和疑似病例诊疗时间记录数据,采用分区统计、空间制图、趋势模拟和显著性检验等分析手段,研究了COVID-19疫情早期在诊断时间的时空分布、空间分异和动态过程。研究结果表明:(1)COVID-19疫情早期从发病到确诊的平均确诊时间为7.35 d,其中湖北省为7.99 d,其他省份平均为5.68 d;从疑似到确诊的平均确诊时间为3.86 d,湖北省为4.08 d,其他省份为2.91 d。虽然湖北省的确诊时间要略微高于中国大陆地区平均水平,但是这种空间分异现象差异不是特别明显,各地平均确诊时间离散度仅为0.58 d。(2.COVID-19疫情早期确诊时间呈显著下降趋势(Slope=-0.78,p1,双尾),确诊时间由疫情暴发早期的2.月内快速下降至1 d左右,大大提高了COVID-19诊疗效率。(3)对出院病例的治愈时间与确诊时间进行pearson相关分析,结果表明,治愈时间和确诊时间显著相关(p1,双尾),这从侧面反映缩短确诊时间、早治早疗和及时诊疗可以有效提高治愈率。
