This paper describes a new separated structure for the analysis and synthesis of a class of discrete time-delay *** a wide range of problems such as robust analysis and synthesis for real polytopic uncertainty,multiobjective control and multichannel control problems,the separated structure between Lyapunov matrix and controller matrix leads to potentially less conservative *** comes from the fact that it can rule out the technical restriction of using a single Lyapunov function to some *** the robust H∞controller is designed for discrete systems with time-delay and polytopic *** the conditions are delay-dependent and given in terms of LMIs.A numerical example is included to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed representations.

This paper investigates average consensus problem in networks of continuous-time agents with delayed information and jointly-connected topologies.A lemma is derived by extending the Barbalat’s Lemma to piecewise continuous functions,which provides a new analysis approach for switched *** based on this lemma,a sufficient condition in terms of linear matrix inequalities（LMIs）is given for average consensus of the system by employing a Lyapunov approach,where the communication structures vary over time and the corresponding graphs may not be ***,simulation results are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of our theoretical results.

Electrochemical CO_(2.conversion into value-added chemicals is a promising technology to solve the greenhouse effect and recycle chemical ***,the electrochemical CO_(2.reduction reaction(e-CO_(2.rr)is seriously compromised by weak CO_(2.adsorption and a rough CO_(2.activation process based on the chemical inertness of the CO_(2.molecule and the formed fragile metal–C/O *** this paper,we designed and fabricated Au particles embedded in ZrO_(2..The configuration of Au particles being of positive charge and ZrO_(2.with negative charge is induced and generated by metal–support interactions(MSIs).As a result,Au/ZrO_(2.@C presents a big difference in the CO_(2.conversion compared with the known work,affording a formate yield of 112.5μmol·cm^(−2.·h^(−1)at−1.1 V *** hydrogen electrode(rHE),and a max formate Faradaic efficiency of up to 94.1%at−0.9 V *** superior performance was attributed to the activated Au–ZrO_(2.interface to form the Au^(δ+)*** insitu Fourier transform infrared(FTIr)spectroscopy and theoretical calculations show that the MSIs configuration can be inclined to the*OCO intermediate generation on Au^(δ+)species activating CO_(2.molecules and then accelerate the formation of the*OCHO intermediate in e-CO_(2.rr,thereby favoring the CO_(2.conversion to formate.

Owing to the outstanding properties provided by nontrivial band topology,topological phases of matter are considered as a promising platform towards low-dissipation electronics,efficient spin-charge conversion,and topological quantum *** ferroelectricity in topological materials enables the non-volatile {2. of the quantum states,which could greatly facilitate topological electronic ***,ferroelectricity is generally incompatible with systems featuring metallicity due to the screening effect of free *** this study,we report the observation of memristive switching based on the ferroelectric surface state of a topological semimetal(TaSe_(4))*** find that the surface state of(TaSe_(4))2. presents out-of-plane ferroelectric polarization due to surface *** the combination of ferroelectric surface and charge-density-wave-gapped bulk states,an electric-switchable barrier height can be achieved in(TaSe_(4))2.-metal *** employing a multi-terminal-grounding design,we manage to construct a prototype ferroelectric memristor based on(TaSe_(4))2. with on/off ratio up to 103,endurance over 103 cycles,and good retention *** origin of the ferroelectric surface state is further investigated by first-principles calculations,which reveal an interplay between ferroelectricity and band *** emergence of ferroelectricity in(TaSe_(4))2. not only demonstrates it as a rare but essential case of ferroelectric topological materials,but also opens new routes towards the implementation of topological materials in functional electronic devices.

Achieving spatiotemporal control of light at high speeds presents immense possibilities for various applications in communication,computation,metrology,and *** integration of subwavelength metasurfaces and optical waveguides offers a promising approach to manipulate light across multiple degrees of freedom at high speed in compact photonic integrated circuit(pIC)***,we demonstrate a gigahertz-rate-switchable wavefront shaping by integrating metasurface,lithium niobate on insulator photonic waveguides,and electrodes within a pIC *** proofs of concept,we showcase the generation of a focus beam with reconfigurable arbitrary polarizations,switchable focusing with lateral focal positions and focal length,orbital angular momentum light beams as well as Bessel *** measurements indicate modulation speeds of up to the gigahertz *** integrated platform offers a versatile and efficient means of control{2.g the light field at high speed within a compact system,paving the way for potential applications in optical communication,computation,sensing,and imaging.

The piezotronics effect utilizes a piezopotential to modulate and control current in *** materials,as a type of piezoelectric materials,possess piezoelectric coefficients that are significantly larger than those found in conventional piezoelectric ***,we propose a strain modulated ferroelectric field-effect transistor(St-FeFET)utilizing external strain instead of gate voltage to achieve ferroelectric modulation,which eliminates the need for gate *** applying a very small strain(0.01%),the St-FeFET can achieve a maximum on-off current ratio of 12.0%and realizes a gauge factor(GF)of 1.19×10^(6),which is much higher than that of conventional strain *** work proposes a new method for realizing highly sensitive strain sensors and presents innovative approaches to the operation methods of ferroelectric field-effect transistors as well as potential applications for coupling of strain sensors and various devices across different fields.
