Although many studies have been carried out on plant-animal mutualistic assemblages,the roles of functional traits and taxonomy in determining both whether interactions involve mutualisms or predation and the structure of such assemblages are *** used semi-natural enclosures to quantitatively assess the interaction strengths between seeds of 8 sympatric tree species and 4 rodent species in a tropical forest in Xishuangbanna,Yunnan,Southwest *** found 2 clusters of species in the seed-rodent network represented by 2 genera in the Fagaceae(Castanopsis,Lithocarpus).Compared to seeds of 3 Castanopsis species,seeds with heavy weight,hard coat or caloric content(including 3 Lithocarpus species)were eaten less and more frequently hoarded by *** turn,hoarded seeds showed less predation and more mutualism with *** results suggest that seed traits significantly affected the hoarding behavior of rodents,and,consequently,the occurrence of mutualisms and predation as well as assemblage structure in the plant-animal seed dispersal ***nomically-related species with similar seed traits as functional groups belong to the same substructures in the *** results indicate that both seed traits and taxonomic relationships may simplify thinking about seed dispersal systems by helping to elucidate whether interactions are likely to be dominated by predation or mutualism.

The seed predator satiation hypothesis states that high seed abundance can satiate seed predators or seed dispersers,thus promoting seed ***,for rapidly germinating seeds in tropical forests,high seed abundance may limit dispersal as the seeds usually remain under parent trees for long periods,which may lead to high mortality due to rodent predation or fungal *** tracking 2 species of rapidly germinating seeds(Pittosporopsis kerrii,family Icacinaceae;Camellia kissi,family Theaceae),which depend on dispersal by scatter-hoarding rodents,we investigated the effects of seed abundance at the community level on predation and seed dispersal in the tropical forest of Xishuangbanna Prefecture,Southwest *** found that high seed abundance at the community level was associated with delayed and reduced seed removal,decreased dispersal distance and increased pre-dispersal seed survival for both plant *** seed abundance was also associated with reduced seed caching of ***,but it showed little effect on seed caching of ***,post-dispersal seed survival for the 2 plant species followed the reverse *** seed abundance in the community was associated with higher post-dispersal survival of *** seeds,but with lower post-dispersal survival of *** *** results suggest that different plant species derive benefit from fluctuations in seed production in different ways.

Portela and Dirzo(2020)recently reported a very interesting discovery,showing that forest fragmentation and defaunation resulted in a medium-sized monkey population outbreak,occurring in a predator-free forest fragment,which in turn led to the decline of a dominant plant Euterpe edulis(“palmito”).The scenario for this story is the infamously fragmented Brazilian Atlantic Forest *** researchers found that a native capuchin monkey(Sapajus nigritus)population has grown rapidly in recent decades,becoming hyper-abundant in fragments,concurrent with the local extinction of its predators,including Harpy eagle(Harpia harpyja).

A theoretical framework of nonlinear flight control for a flexible air-breathing hypersonic vehicle(FAHV)is proposed in this *** order to suppress the system uncertainty and external disturbance,an uncertainty and disturbance estimator(UDE)based back-stepping control strategy is designed for a dynamic state-feedback controller to provide stable velocity and altitude ***,the longitudinal dynamics of FAHV is simplified into a closure loop form with lumped uncertainty and *** the UDE is applied to estimate the lumped uncertainty and disturbance for the purpose of control input *** a nonlinear tracking differentiator is introduced to solve the problem of“explosion of term”in the back-stepping *** stability of the UDE-based control strategy is proved by using Lyapunov stability ***,simulation results are presented to demonstrate the capacity of the proposed control strategy.

A comparative study is conducted to compare the theory and application effect of two accident causation models, the human factors analysis and classification system（HFACS） and the accident causation ＂2-4＂ model（24 Model）, as well as to provide a reference for safety researchers and accident investigators to select an appropriate accident analysis method. The two models are compared in terms of their theoretical foundations, cause classifications, accident analysis processes, application ranges, and accident prevention strategies. A coal and gas outburst accident is then analyzed using both models, and the application results are compared. This study shows that both the 24 Model and HFACS have strong theoretical foundations, and they can each be applied in various domains. In addition, the cause classification in HFACS is more practical, and its accident analysis process is more convenient. On the other hand, the 24 Model includes external factors, which makes the cause analysis more systematic and comprehensive. Moreover, the 24 Model puts forward more corresponding measures to prevent accidents.

政府公共关系是指政府机关展示其具备良好的“关系”管理能力的各项行政行为。政府危机公关则是政府在危机事件背景下各部门“关系”维护、改良的能力表现。公共危机情境下政府作为单一信息传播者的垄断地位受到严峻挑战且政府信息传播往往滞后于媒体,尤其是互联网技术的发展使信息传播产生出一个全新的危机传播领域。政府危机公关的策略既要从“稳定压倒一切”转变到“以人为本”,又要重视沟通文化;其危机管理的突破点应是积极掌控新媒体、把互联网打造成为危机公关策略实施的主要平台、设立各级政府媒介独立的危机之窗以搭建政府主导的危机沟通渠道。

Light detection and ranging(LiDAR)has contributed immensely to forest mapping and 3D tree *** the perspective of data acquisition,the integration of LiDAR data from different platforms would enrich forest information at the tree and plot *** research develops a general framework to integrate ground-based and UAV-LiDAR(ULS)data to better estimate tree parameters based on quantitative structure modelling(QSM).This is accomplished in three sequential ***,the ground-based/ULS LiDAR data were co-registered based on the local density peaks of the clustered ***,redundancy and noise were removed for the ground-based/ULS LiDAR data ***,tree modeling and biophysical parameter retrieval were based on *** were performed for Backpack/Handheld/UAV-based multi-platform mobile LiDAR data of a subtropical forest,including poplar and dawn redwood ***,ground-based/ULS LiDAR data fusion outperforms ground-based LiDAR with respect to tree parameter estimation compared to field *** fusion-derived tree height,tree volume,and crown volume significantly improved by up to 9.01%,5.28%,and 18.61%,respectively,in terms of *** contrast,the diameter at breast height(DBH)is the parameter that has the least benefits from fusion,and rRMSE remains approximately the same,because stems are already well sampled from ground ***,particularly for dense forests,the fusion-derived tree parameters were improved compared to those derived from ground-based ***-based LiDAR can potentially be used to estimate tree parameters in low-stand-density forests,whereby the improvement owing to fusion is not significant.

旨在研究植物乳杆菌及其后生元对育成期母貂生长性能、免疫功能及肠道健康的影响。试验采用2×2试验设计,选取40只12周龄的灰色母貂分成4组,每组10个重复。4组分别为对照组、0.1%植物乳杆菌(活菌数>10^(6) CFU·mL^(-1))添加组、0.3%植物乳杆菌后生元添加组、0.1%植物乳杆菌+0.3%植物乳杆菌后生元添加组。预试期1周,正试期8周。试验期间记录体重和采食量用于测定生长性能,试验结束时采集血液、空肠组织和内容物检测血清免疫、黏膜免疫和肠道菌群等指标,结果发现:1)植物乳杆菌显著增加了水貂4周和8周的体重(P0.05)。在属水平上,植物乳杆菌组的Sporosarcina、Aminobacter、Agathobacter的相对丰度显著低于未添加植物乳杆菌组(P<0.05),Fastidiosipila的相对丰度显著高于未添加植物乳杆菌组(P<0.05);植物乳杆菌后生元组Kocuria、Plesiomonas、unclassified_f_Lachnospiraceae、Sanguibacter、Microbacterium、Glutamicibacter和Paracoccus的相对丰度显著低于未添加后生元组(P<0.05),Staphylococcus、Weissella、Brevibacterium、Dietzia、Brachybacterium、Carnobacterium、Aerococcus和Sphingomonas的相对丰度显著高于未添加后生元组(P<0.05)。4)植物乳杆菌益生菌及后生元对育成期母貂血清中IgA、IgM含量和黏膜中IL-2、IL-10、IL-8、TNF-α含量影响互作效应显著(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加植物乳杆菌益生菌可提高母貂的生长性能。植物乳杆菌益生菌及后生元均能够改善水貂的免疫功能,提高肠道有益菌属的相对丰度。

Subunit Characteristics of Pig Pancreas Ferritin Revealed by MALDI-TOF MS and RP-HPLC

Pig pancreas ferritin（PPF） was purified by ultra-centrifugation, ion-exchange chromatography, and native gradient polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis（PAGENG）. Sodium dodecyl sulfate（SDS）-PAGE indicates that PPF consists of two subunit types, namely, H（21000） and L（19000） subunits, and its core shows an average element composition of 1698 Fe3＋ and 179 phosphate molecules within the hollow shell, giving a 9.5：1 ratio of Fe3＋ to phosphate. An off line approach combining reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography（RP-HPLC） with matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometry（MALDI-TOF MS） made the decomposition of PPF shell into H and L subunits for the analysis of mass spectrometry（MS）, giving molecular weights of both H（21014.4） and L（18319.9） subunits. Both subunit types were further identified by an approach combining peptide mass fingerprint（PMF） with database search. A ratio of 1H to 2L subunits in PPF was determined by SDS-PAGE, RP-HPLC, and MALDI-TOF MS, respectively. It is well known that the non-covalent interaction of L-L or H-L subunits is stronger than that of H-H subunits in PPF, which may be further used to explain the unclear physiological function between H and L subunits in PPF.

In order to research the dynamic characteristics of circuit breaker(CB) in opening process,taking a 12kV vacuum circuit breaker(VCB) with permanent magnetic actuator as the example,a dynamic model of the VCB is established based on the virtual prototype technology,and dynamic equations of the model are *** and experiment are carried out on the VCB of both opening and closing *** simulative opening time and closing time are 39.5ms and 54.6ms *** factors of opening bouncing and their effect principles are analyzed through dynamic simulations of opening bouncing *** results indicate that the increase in the stiffness coefficient of contact spring limits the opening bouncing;meanwhile increases in the preload of contact spring and the mass of shaft can enlarge the opening bouncing.
