Flexible electronics are transforming our lives by making daily activities more *** to this innovation are field-effect transistors(FETs),valued for their efficient signal processing,nanoscale fabrication,low-power consumption,fast response times,and ***,known for its exceptional mechanical properties,high electron mobility,and biocompatibility,is an ideal material for FET channels and *** combination of graphene and FETs has given rise to flexible graphene field-effect transistors(FGFETs),driving significant advances in flexible electronics and sparked a strong interest in flexible biomedical ***,we first provide a brief overview of the basic structure,operating mechanism,and evaluation parameters of FGFETs,and delve into their material selection and patterning *** ability of FGFETs to sense strains and biomolecular charges opens up diverse application *** specifically analyze the latest strategies for integrating FGFETs into wearable and implantable flexible biomedical sensors,focusing on the key aspects of constructing high-quality flexible biomedical ***,we discuss the current challenges and prospects of FGFETs and their applications in biomedical *** review will provide valuable insights and inspiration for ongoing research to improve the quality of FGFETs and broaden their application prospects in flexible biomedical sensing.

Zirconium carbide(ZrC)nanoparticles with an average size of 5.6 nm were synthesized through laser fragmentation(LF)from as-received 20-60 nm ZrC particles,and LF-ZrC nanoparticle dispersion-strengthened tungsten(LF-WZC)samples were fabricated by spark plasma sintering *** average grain size of LF-WZC is 1.91μm and most ZrC particles in LF-WZC are smaller than 10 ***-WZC exhibits finer grain size,higher yield strength and hardness but lower ductility as compared with W-ZrC samples using as-received ZrC(WZC).The results showed that finer ZrC nanoparticles dispersed in tungsten can enhance the strength by hindering the motion of dislocations,but they may also introduce stress concentra-tion and thus reduce the *** thermal shock resistance of the WZC and LF-WZC samples was investigated using an electron beam *** LF-WZC sample also exhibits a higher cracking threshold(0.33-0.44 GW·m^(−2))than WZC(0.22-0.33 GW·m^(−2))at room *** enhanced thermal shock resistance of LF-WZC could be attributed to its high yield strength.

The cermet fuels have been considered as a potential key component for the nuclear thermal propulsion,and the homogeneity of the fuel particles in the metal matrix plays a crucial role in stabilizing the structure at extremely high *** this work,liquid paraffin was used as additive to improve the distribution of yttria-stabilized zirconia(YSZ,an appropriate surrogate for UO_(2) fuel)microspheres in the tungsten(W)matrix,and the W-YSZ cermet wafers(volume ratio 1:1)with a relative density of 97.6%were fabricated by spark plasma sintering with a specifically designed *** effects of the paraffin dosage(0-5 wt.%)on the homogeneity,microstructure,mechanical properties,and the thermal conductivity of W-YSZ cermet were *** W-YSZ sample with 2 wt.%paraffin shows the highest homogeneity and exhibits the best comprehensive properties,including the ultimate tensile strength of 132.2 MPa at 600℃,the bending strength of455 MPa and thermal conductivity of 50 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)at room ***,the cermet could keep structurally sound after thermal shocked at a heat load of 20 MW·m^(-2).These results would be helpful for the design and optimization of the cermet fuels in the nuclear thermal propulsion.

Community structure of macrobenthos in coastal water off Rushan, southern Shandong Peninsula, and the relationships with environmental factors

To understand the present actuality of the marine ecosystem in the southern coastal water region of the Shandong Peninsula and the impact of the global change and the human activities to the marine ecosystem of the region, the macrobenthic community structure was researched based on data from 26 sampling stations carried out on four seasonal cruises from December 2006 to November 2007. The data was analyzed using PRIMER 6.0 and SPSS 15.0 software packages. The results showed that 236 macrobenthic species in total were collected from the research region by the field works. Most of the species belong to Polychaeta （76 species）, Mollusca （75） and Crustacea （60）. Of which, 33 species were common species by the four cruises. The dominant species were different among the four seasons, however, the polychaete species Nephtys oligobranchia and Sternaspis scutata were always dominant in the four seasons. The abundances and biomasses of the macrobenthos from the research region were variable in the four seasons. The results of CLUSTER and MDS analysis showed that the similarities of macrobenthic structures among the stations were low, most of the similarities were at about 40% of similarity values, only that of two stations were up to 60%. In accordance with the similarity values of the macrobenthic structures, the 26 stations were clustered as six groups at arbitrary similarity level of 30%. The ABC curve indicated that the marcofauna communities in the research region had not been disturbed distinctly. The results of BIOENV and BVSTEP （Spearman） analysis implied that the concentrations of organic matter in bottom water and heavy metal copper in sediment, water depth and temperature of bottom were the most significant environmental factors to affect the macrobentic community.

Grid-Connected/Islanded Switching Control Strategy for Photovoltaic Storage Hybrid Inverters Based on Modified Chimpanzee Optimization Algorithm

Uneven power distribution,transient voltage,and frequency deviations are observed in the photovoltaic storage hybrid inverter during the switching between grid-connected and island *** response to these issues,this paper proposes a grid-connected/island switching control strategy for photovoltaic storage hybrid inverters based on the modified chimpanzee optimization *** proposed strategy incorporates coupling compensation and power differentiation elements based on the traditional droop ***,it combines the angular frequency and voltage amplitude adjustments provided by the phase-locked loop-free pre-synchronization control *** pre-synchronization is achieved by regulating the virtual current to zero and aligning the photovoltaic storage hybrid inverter with the grid ***,two novel operators,learning and emotional behaviors are introduced to enhance the optimization precision of the chimpanzee *** operators ensure high-precision and high-reliability optimization of the droop control parameters for photovoltaic storage hybrid inverters.A Simulink model was constructed for simulation analysis,which validated the optimized control strategy’s ability to evenly distribute power under load *** strategy effectively mitigated transient voltage and current surges during mode ***,seamless and efficient switching between gridconnected and island modes was achieved for the photovoltaic storage hybrid *** enhanced energy utilization efficiency,in turn,offers robust technical support for grid stability.

Li-ion battery is an essential component and energy storage unit for the evolution of electric vehicles and energy storage technology in the ***,in order to cope with the temperature sensitivity of Li-ion battery and maintain Li-ion battery safe operation,it is of great necessary to adopt an appropriate battery thermal management system(BTMS).In this paper,the current main BTM strategies and research hotspots were discussed from two aspects:small-scale battery module and large-scale electrochemical energy storage power station(EESPS).The practical application situation,advantages and disadvantages,and the future development trend of each heat dissipation method(air,liquid,PCM,heat pipe,hybrid cooling) were described in *** them,the air cooling and liquid cooling were reviewed in-depth based on the engineering *** PCM,heat pipe and hybrid cooling were reviewed extensively based on the latest *** research provides a comprehensive understanding for the BTMS in all scales.

Numerical Study of Flow and Heat Transfer Characteristics of Shell-and-Tube Molten Salt Electric Heater with Circularly Perforated Baffles

Numerical simulations of the flow and heat transfer characteristics of four shell-and-tube molten salt electric heaters with different perforation rates was ***-and-tube electric heaters have the same geometry and tube arrangement,and all of them use single segmental baffles,but there exist four different baffle openings（φ）,i.e.,0%,2.52%,4.06%,and 6.31%.The results indicated that the reasonable baffle opening could significantly reduce the shell-side pressure drop,effectively decreasing the shell-side flow dead zone *** can eliminate the local high-temperature phenomenon on the surface of electric heating tubes,but the heat transfer coefficient is slightly *** perforated schemes significantly reduce shell-side pressure drop compared to the baseline solution without open *** particular,the φ=6.31% scheme exhibits the optimal performance among all the schemes,with a maximum reduction of up to 50.50% in shell-side pressure drop relative to the unopened holes *** heat transfer coefficient is the highest for φ=0%,exhibiting a range of5.26% to 5.73%,5.14% to 5.99%,and 7.31% to 8.54% higher than φ=2.52%,4.06%,and 6.31%,respectively,within the calculated *** composite index h/（Δp）1/3was higher for all open-hole solutions than that for the unopened-hole *** best overall performance was for φ=6.31%,which improved the composite index by15.29% to 17.18% over the unopened-hole solution.

Aerodynamic Optimization and Flow Mechanism for a Compressor Cascade at Low Reynolds Number

Low-Reynolds-number effect is an important factor affecting the performance of compressors and other main components of high-altitude long-endurance unmanned aerial *** improve the flow condition and reduce flow loss under the condition of high altitude and low Reynolds number(Re),this paper proposes an optimization process based on a surrogate model,which combines the class-shape transformation method(CST),the Latin hypercube sampling(LHS) method,the light gradient-boosting machine algorithm(LightGBM),and a genetic algorithm(GA) to optimize a high-subsonic compressor *** surrogate model is verified to be accurate and can be used in the optimization *** accuracy of the GA is higher than the other algorithms under common test *** optimization results are verified by numerical simulation,and the flow differences before and after optimization are compared,especially the flow within the boundary *** changing the blade shape,the optimization process adjusts the loading distribution to delay the transition of the optimized blade on the suction surface,which changes the turbulent reattachment in the laminar separation bubble(LSB) into laminar ***,the mixing loss induced by the turbulent reattachment of the LSB and the wake loss of turbulent separation at the trailing edge are significantly reduced,and the performance of the compressor profile is finally *** addition,turbulent separation of the optimized profile is delayed reducing the range of the wake region on the suction *** this optimization process,the reduction of total pressure loss coefficient at Re of 2.5×10～5,3.5×10～5,and 4.5×10～5 are 16.32%,20.76%,and 22.16%,respectively.

Nowadays,force sensors play an important role in industrial production,electronic information,medical health,and many other ***-dimensional material-based filed effect transistor(2D-FET)sensors are competitive with nano-level size,lower power consumption,and accurate ***,few of them has the capability of impulse detection which is a path function,expressing the cumulative effect of the force on the particle over a period of *** we fabricated the flexible polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)gate dielectric MoS_(2)-FET for force and impulse sensor *** systematically investigated the responses of the sensor to constant force and varying forces,and achieved the conversion factors of the drain current signals(I_(ds))to the detected impulse(I).The applied force was detected and recorded by I_(ds)with a low power consumption of~30 *** sensitivity of the device can reach~8000%and the 4×1 sensor array is able to detect and locate the normal force applied on ***,there was almost no performance loss for the device as left in the air for two months.
