Based on the research on the basic status quo of the construction of public employment and entrepreneurship service system in Daqing, this paper analyzes the problems existing in Daqing’s establishment of a national public employment and entrepreneurship service demonstration city, and gives countermeasures and suggestions from three levels: optimizing the public employment and entrepreneurship service system, innovating the public employment and entrepreneurship service mode, and improving the entrepreneurship driven employment support system.

With the rapid development of satellite technology, mega satellite constellations have become a research hotspot. A large number of related techniques have been developed on orbit topology, network routing, energy balance and resource control. However, it is difficult to accurately compare the performance of similar studies due to differences in the means of validation. Especially for invulnerability studies in many military applications, a unified evaluation system is essential. This paper proposes a network evaluation system for mega satellite constellations. Evaluation parameters include orbit topology, communication network, energy balance and invulnerability. Different application algorithms and traffic models were used to validate the specific system. .

随着现代社会生活水平的提高，消费者对食品包装的需求不再限于存储食品，也更加重视包装的情感化设计。这就要求设计师在包装设计时，从视觉到功能上都要满足消费者的需求，注重包装设计的人文关怀，表达大众情感，因此情感化设计成为产品和消费者之间的连接枢纽，在包装设计中具有重要作用。文章阐释了情感化设计的概念，以“三只松鼠”的包装设计为例，从情感化设计的三个层次，即本能层次、行为层次和反思层次对食品包装应用进行研究，并分析未来食品包装中情感化设计的发展趋势。

目的探讨心脏多普勒超声参数对高血压性心脏病(HHD)患者预后的预测价值。方法选取我院心内科2019年8月至2020年8月收治的106例HHD患者作为研究对象,根据预后情况将106例HHD患者分为存活组、死亡组,比较2组一般资料、心脏多普勒超声参数、生化指标,筛选影响HHD患者预后的危险因素,绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线判断发生死亡时,心脏多普勒超声参数最佳截断值,分析心脏多普勒超声参数对HHD患者预后的预测价值。结果死亡组年龄、心功能Ⅲ级占比、收缩压水平、左心房内径(LAD)水平高于存活组,左心室射血分数(LVEF)水平低于存活组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logistic多因素回归分析显示,年龄、心功能分级、收缩压、LAD、LVEF水平均为HHD患者死亡危险因素(P<0.05);ROC曲线显示,LAD、LVEF及二者联合预测HHD患者预后情况的曲线下面积分别为0.842、0.883、0.902,灵敏度为83.2%、93.8%、96.8%,特异度为57.6%、51.9%、61.2%。结论心脏多普勒超声参数对HHD患者的预后情况有一定预测价值,可作为评估HHD患者预后情况的重要依据。

在国家天然气产业“X+1+X”政策下，针对直面市场竞争的销售环节，天然气价格对下游客户市场的开发至关重要。针对天然气销售公司与下游客户签订的阶梯气价结算合同在制定过程未充分考虑客户购气能力的不足，本文通过分析客户量价关系对阶梯价格的影响，结合天然气供应链结构，建立了天然气量价耦合非线性优化模型。该模型以天然气销售公司总利润最大为目标函数，以天然气供应链各环节气量、供销气量以及客户各阶梯气价为决策变量，考虑各环节气量上下限约束、各客户调价空间约束、节点流量平衡约束、客户量价关系约束、阶梯价格约束、客户类型约束等，调用GUROBI求解器中的空间分支定界算法对该混合整数二次规划模型进行求解。将模型及算法应用于某省网大型多气源多客户(含10个气源和121个客户)的供销系统中，计算时间不超过5秒，算法求解效率高。与阶梯价格方案固定的销售情况相比，所得各客户销量及气价方案使得总效益最高提升17.2%，具有较好的优化效果。本文构建的模型及算法应用于不同客户类型的案例中，同时兼顾了客户和天然气销售公司的利益。可用于天然气销售公司与下游客户进行价格复议时推荐调价方案，并为天然气销售公司制定阶梯气价销售方案提供依据。

【目的】甲醇作为一种可再生、绿色的燃料,具有广阔的应用前景,但甲醇长距离管道输送技术在实际应用中还较为少见。【方法】对甲醇管道长距离输送技术的可行性及其面临的挑战开展了相关调研,收集了国内外甲醇输送管道的案例,梳理了甲醇长距离输送的工艺和设备要求,分析了甲醇输送过程中可能存在的安全风险,总结了工业甲醇管道规范标准建设的现状,厘清了甲醇长输管道目前存在的问题,并展望了其未来的发展方向。【结果】甲醇作为一种绿色燃料,在长距离管道输送方面展现出显著的应用前景。然而,实际技术实施过程中面临多项挑战,包括甲醇的物理化学特性对系统设计的特殊要求,如输送流速控制、设备选型等。同时,需要重点关注腐蚀、溶胀、泄漏及爆炸等安全风险。当前关于甲醇输送的实践案例有限,其整体技术的标准化和规范化水平有待提高。【结论】要实现甲醇管道输送技术的商业化和规模化应用,需系统性地解决技术和安全方面的各项挑战,包括提高甲醇纯度、优化输送工艺、选择适宜的耐腐蚀与抗溶胀材料,同时制定全面的安全标准和紧急响应策略。未来应加强基础科学研究和技术创新,建立完善的管理体制、政策支持框架,以确保甲醇管道输送的安全运行、经济效益及环境可持续性。

A self-developed sewer health assessment system using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analytical hierarchy process was applied to give a comprehensive health condition evaluation on part of the local sewers in a southern Chinese city based on the sewer video data collected by a sewer inspection closed circuit television （CCTV） robot. Aside from the overall condition evaluation, the structure, function, and stability status of the sewer were also analyzed using the method. A comprehensive index H was proposed to give the overall health condition of pipes with different defects, and Ht, Hs, and If were used to quantify the defects affecting the tightness, stability, and function of the pipe, respectively. Results show that 48% of the inspected pipes were in good condition （0〈H〈0.25）, and about 33% of the sewer pipes analyzed were categorized to be at severe or urgent condition levels （H 〉 0.5）, although most of the pipes were installed only within five years. Frequent sedimentation affects the function of the sewer, and deformation and joint damage affect the structure of the sewer.

Bitter melon fruit is susceptible to yellowing,softening,and rotting under room-temperature storage conditions,resulting in reduced commercial value.Nitric oxide(NO)is an important signaling molecule and plays a crucial role in regulating the fruit postharvest quality.In this study,we investigated the effects of NO treatment on changes in sensory and firmness of bitter melon fruit during postharvest storage.Moreover,transcriptomic,metabolomic,and proteomic analyses were performed to elucidate the regulatory mechanisms through which No treatment delays the ripening and senescence of bitter melon fruit.Our results show that differentially expressed genes(DEGs)were involved in fruit texture(CSLE,β-Gal,and PME),plant hormone signal transduction(ACS,JAR4,and AUX28),and fruit flavor and aroma(SUS2,LOX,and GDH2).In addition,proteins differentially abundant were associated with fruit texture(PLY,PME,and PGA)and plant hormone signal transduction(PBL15,JAR1,and PYL9).Moreover,No significantly increased the abundance of key enzymes involved in the phenylpropanoid biosynthetic pathway,thus enhancing the disease resistance and alleviating softening of bitter melon fruit.Finally,differential metabolites mainly included phenolic acids,terpenoids,and flavonoids.These results provide a theoretical basis for further studies on the physiological changes associated with postharvest ripening and senescence of bitter melon fruit.
