Next generation power system needs dielectrics with increased dielectric energy ***,the low energy density of dielectrics limits their ***,an asymmetric trilayered nanocomposite,with a transition layer(TL),an insulation layer(IL),and a polarization layer(PL),is designed based on poly(vinylidene fluoride)-polymethyl methacrylate(PVDF-PMMA)matrix using KNbO_(3)(KN)and TiO_(2)(TO)as the *** morphology and defect control of the two-dimensional nano KN and nano TO fillers are realized via a hydrothermal method to increase the composite breakdown strength(E_(b))and the composite energy density(U_(e)).The asymmetric trilayered structure leads to a gradient electric field distribution,and the KN and TO nanosheets block charges transfer along z *** a result,the development path of the electrical trees is greatly curved,and E_(b) is effectively *** the Ue value of the nanocomposites reaches 17.79 J·cm^(-3) at 523 MV·m^(-1).On the basis,the composite Ue is further improved by defect control in TO *** nanocomposite KN/TO/PVDF-PMMA containing TO with less oxygen vacancy concentration(calcined at oxygen atmosphere)acquires a high Ue of 21.61 J·cm^(-3) at 548 MV·m^(-1).This study provides an idea for improving the energy storage performance by combining the design of the composite dielectric structure and the control of nanofillers’defect and morphology.

Genome-Wide Identification and Expression Analysis of the GSK3 Gene Family in Sunflower under Various Abiotic Stresses

Genes in the glycogen synthase kinase 3(GSK3)family are essential in regulating plant response to stressful *** study employed bioinformatics to uncover the GSK3 gene family from the sunflower genome *** expressions of GSK3 genes in different tissues and stress treatments,such as salt,drought,and cold,were assessed using transcriptome sequencing and quantitative real-time PCR(qRT-PCR).The study results revealed that the 12 GSK3 genes of sunflower,belonging to four classes(Classes I–IV),contained the GSK3 kinase domain and 11–13 *** majority of GSK3 genes were highly expressed in the leaf axil and flower,while their expression levels were relatively lower in the *** a result of salt stress,six of the GSK3 genes(HaSK11,HaSK22,HaSK23,HaSK32,HaSK33,and HaSK41)displayed a notable increase in expression,while HaSK14 and HaSK21 experienced a significant *** regard to drought stress,five of the GSK3 genes(HaSK11,HaSK13,HaSK21,HaSK22,and HaSK33)experienced a remarkable rise in *** exposed to cold stress,seven of the GSK3 genes(HaSK11,HaSK12,HaSK13,HaSK32,HaSK33,HaSK41,and HaSK42)showed a substantial increase,whereas HaSK21 and HaSK23 had a sharp *** research is of great importance in understanding the abiotic resistance mechanism of sunflowers and developing new varieties with improved stress resistance.

Fish are important food sources for humans,and the availability of appropriate amount of trace elements(TEs)plays a crucial role in fish ***,due to large volumes of sewage discharge,high levels of certain elements are present in aquatic environments,and these elements accumulate in fish and potentially affect human *** this study,the distribution and bioaccumulation capacity of trace elements in six dominant fish species from Chaohu Lake(China)were *** results showed that the bioaccumulation capacity of fish for Zn was greater than other *** the source of the TEs in the fish were explored along with the concentration of the TEs in the aquatic environment,which indicated that TEs in fish were mainly obtained through ingestion and indirectly affected by the industrial activities in the ***,stable carbon and nitrogen isotopes were used to classify the trophic levels and explore the biological magnification of TEs of the *** was found that Sb and Sr showed biomagnification with the increase of trophic level of *** on the above analyses,the environmental biogeochemical cycle model of TEs in the lake was distinguished and established,which can offer valuable insights for sustainable fishery management in the downstream Yangtze River Delta ecosystem.

Influence of Human Activity Intensity on Habitat Quality in Hainan Tropical Rainforest National Park,China

Due to long-term human activity interference,the Hainan Tropical Rainforest National Park(HTRNP)of China has experienced ecological problems such as habitat fragmentation and biodiversity loss,and with the expanding scope and intensity of human activity impact,the regional ecological security is facing serious challenges.A scientific assessment of the interrelationship between human activity intensity and habitat quality in the HTRNP is a prerequisite for achieving effective management of ecological disturbances caused by human activities and can also provide scientific strategies for the sustainable development of the *** on the land use change data in 2000,2010,and 2020,the spatial and temporal variations and the relationship between habitat quality(HQ)and human activity intensity(HAI)in the HTRNP were explored using the integrated valuation of ecosystem services and trade-offs(InVEST)*** dynamics and land use simulation models were also combined to conduct multi-scenario simulations of their *** results showed that during 2000–2020,the habitat quality of the HTRNP improved,the intensity of human activities decreased each year,and there was a negative correlation between the ***,the system dynamic model could be well coupled with the land use simulation model by combining socio-economic and natural *** simulation scenarios of the coupling model showed that the harmonious development(HD)scenario is effective in curbing the increasing trend of human activity intensity and decreasing trend of habitat quality,with a weaker trade-off between the two compared with the baseline development(BD)and investment priority oriented(IPO)*** maintain the authenticity and integrity of the HTRNP,effective measures such as ecological corridor construction,ecological restoration,and the implementation of ecological compensation policies need to be strengthened.

Deoxynivalenol(DON)is a mycotoxin that is produced by various species of Fusarium and is ubiquitous in food and *** low concentrations,it can cause metabolic disorders in animals and humans and,at high concentrations,it can lead to pathological changes in the *** impact of DON on human/animal health and animal productivity has thus attracted a great deal of attention around the *** causes severe damage to the intestine,including compromised intestinal barrier,mucosal damage,weakened immune function,and alterations in gut microbiota *** effects exacerbate intestinal infections and inflammation in livestock and poultry,posing adverse effects on overall ***,research into biological methods for DON detoxification is a crucial avenue for future *** includes the utilization of adsorption,enzymatic degradation,and other biological approaches to mitigate DON's impact,offering new strategies for prevention and treatment of DON-induced *** research will focus on identifying highly efficient detoxifying microorganisms or enzymes to reduce DON levels in food and feed,thereby mitigating its risks to both animals and human health.

Pancreatic cancer stands out as a recognized intractable tumor due to its high malignancy and mortality rates,which are largely attributed to the insensitivity of current clinical chemotherapies or *** chemo and gene therapy that integrates different therapeutic targets,may increase the chemosensitivity of pancreatic cancer and synergistically enhance the antitumor ***,conventional co-delivery of gene and chemo drugs is intensively dependent on complex nanoparticle delivery systems,thus would be limited by unstable drug packaging,nonspecific biodistribution,and biosafety ***,we rationally designed an epidermal growth factor-receptor(EGFR)-targeted and gemcitabine-incorporated oligonucleotide(termed as chemogene)with anti-Bcl-2 sequence,which achieves simple and precise integration of gemcitabine into a gene regulative agent,as well as the EGFR-targeted delivery for pancreatic cancer *** solid-phase synthesis,gemcitabine,as the first-line chemodrug for pancreatic cancer,is introduced to the antisense oligonucleotide to replace all cytosine nucleosides to obtain the gemcitabine-integrated chemogene(Ge-ASO^(Bcl-2)).Thereafter,Ge-ASO^(Bcl-2)is covalently coupled with EGFR nanobody to construct the final targeted chemogene without any exogenous ***,this nanobody-conjugated chemogene exhibits remarkable tumor targeting capability and antitumor effects both in vitro and in vivo,which initiates a first step toward the application of combinatorial chemo and gene therapy for future pancreatic cancer treatment.

Creep-Resistant Covalent Adaptable Networks with Excellent SelfHealing and Reprocessing Performance via Phase-Locked Dynamic Covalent Benzopyrazole-Urea Bonds

Covalent adaptive networks(CANs)are capable of undergoing segment rearrangement after being heated,which endows the materials with excellent self-healing and reprocessing performance,providing an efficient solution to the environment pollution caused by the plastic *** main challenge remains in developing CANs with both excellent reprocessing performance and creep-resistance *** this study,a series of CANs containing dynamic covalent benzopyrazole-urea bonds were developed based on the addition reaction between benzopyrazole and isocyanate *** calculation confirmed that relatively low dissociation energy is obtained through undergoing a five-member ring transition state,confirming excellent dynamic property of the benzopyrazole-urea *** verified by the FTIR results,this nice dynamic property can be well maintained after incorporating the benzopyrazole-urea bonds into polymer *** self-healing and reprocessing performance is observed by the 3-ABP/PDMS elastomers owing to the dynamic benzopyrazole-urea *** separation induced by the aggregation of the hard segments locked the benzopyrazole-urea bonds,which also makes the elastomers display excellent creep-resistance *** hard phase locking strategy provides an efficient approach to design CANs materials with both excellent reprocessing and creep-resistance performance.

Mitigating set-stuck failure in 3D phase change memory: substituting square pulses with surge pulses

In the devices that integrate phase change memory(PCM) and ovonic threshold switching(OTS),the OTS threshold voltage often surpasses the RESET operation voltage of PCM. The conventional application of square pulses hinders the successful completion of the SET operation in these integrated devices. To address this challenge, a novel pulse called the surge pulse is introduced, which comprises a high amplitude pulse for OTS activation and a low amplitude pulse for PCM operation. By employing COMSOL simulation,the operational effectiveness of both square pulses and surge pulses is validated. Test results reveal that using a square pulse to operate the integrated device accelerates the occurrence of SET-stuck failure(SSF).In contrast, the surge pulse enables the integrated device to operate for at least 1000 cycles while preserving the essential cyclic characteristics. Additionally, an investigation into the overshoot component of the surge pulse is conducted, revealing that an increase in overshoot amplitude and pulse width also accelerates the emergence of SSF. By applying the theory of ion migration induced by the electric field, the root cause of SSF in integrated devices is explained, and the accuracy of the theory is validated through the application of a reverse pulse. In summary, this study elucidates the rationality of replacing the square pulse with a surge pulse, presenting a superior approach for operating PCM and OTS integrated devices.
