Phospholipase C zeta(PLC)is a key sperm-borne oocyte-activating factor that triggers Ca^(2+)oscillations and the subsequent block to polyspermy following gamete *** in PLCZ1,the gene encoding PLCζ,cause male infertility and intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI)fertilization failure;and PLCζ expression and localization patterns are significantly correlated with ICSI fertilization rate(FR).However,in conventional in vitro fertilization(cIVF),whether and how sperm PLCζ affects fertilization remain ***,we identified one previously reported and two novel PLCZ1 mutations associated with polyspermy in vitro that are characterized by excessive sperm-zona binding and a delay in pronuclei(PN)*** staining and oocyte activation testing revealed that virtually all spermatozoa from patients lacked functional PLCζ and were thus unable to evoke Ca^(2+) *** with an artificial oocyte activation treatment successfully rescued the polyspermic phenotype and resulted in a live ***,we analyzed PLCζ in an additional 58 males after cIVF treatment in the Reproductive and Genetic Hospital of CiTiC-Xiangya(Changsha,China)between February 2019 and January *** found that the proportion of spermatozoa that expressed PLCζ was positively correlated with both 2PN rate and total *** optimal cutoff value below which males were likely to experience low FR(total FR≤30%)after clVF was 56.7%for the proportion of spermatozoa expressing *** study expands the mutation and the phenotypic spectrum of PLCZ1 and further suggests that PLCζ constitutes a promising biomarker for identifying low FRs cases in cIVF due to sperm-related oocyte activation deficiency and that sperm PLCζ analysis may benefit the widermale population and not onlymen with IcsI failure.

The Advanced Geosynchronous Radiation Imager(AGRI)is a mission-critical instrument for the Fengyun series of *** acquires full-disk images every 15 min and views East Asia every 5 min through 14 spectral bands,enabling the detection of highly variable aerosol optical depth(AOD).Quantitative retrieval of AOD has hitherto been challenging,especially over *** this study,an AOD retrieval algorithm is proposed that combines deep learning and transfer *** algorithm uses core concepts from both the Dark Target(DT)and Deep Blue(DB)algorithms to select features for the machinelearning(ML)algorithm,allowing for AOD retrieval at 550 nm over both dark and bright *** algorithm consists of two steps:①A baseline deep neural network(DNN)with skip connections is developed using 10 min Advanced Himawari Imager(AHI)AODs as the target variable,and②sunphotometer AODs from 89 ground-based stations are used to fine-tune the DNN ***-of-station validation shows that the retrieved AOD attains high accuracy,characterized by a coefficient of determination(R2)of 0.70,a mean bias error(MBE)of 0.03,and a percentage of data within the expected error(EE)of 70.7%.A sensitivity study reveals that the top-of-atmosphere reflectance at 650 and 470 nm,as well as the surface reflectance at 650 nm,are the two largest sources of uncertainty impacting the *** a case study of monitoring an extreme aerosol event,the AGRI AOD is found to be able to capture the detailed temporal evolution of the *** work demonstrates the superiority of the transfer-learning technique in satellite AOD retrievals and the applicability of the retrieved AGRI AOD in monitoring extreme pollution events.

Due to the rapid advancements in network technology,blockchain is being employed for distributed data *** the Internet of Things(IoT)scenario,different participants manage multiple blockchains located in different trust domains,which has resulted in the extensive development of cross-domain authentication ***,the emergence of many attackers equipped with quantum computers has the potential to launch quantum computing attacks against cross-domain authentication schemes based on traditional cryptography,posing a significant security *** response to the aforementioned challenges,our paper demonstrates a post-quantum cross-domain identity authentication scheme to negotiate the session key used in the cross-chain asset exchange ***,our paper designs the hiding and recovery process of user identity index based on lattice cryptography and introduces the identity-based signature from lattice to construct a post-quantum cross-domain authentication ***,our paper utilizes the hashed time-locked contract to achieves the cross-chain asset exchange of blockchain nodes in different trust ***,the security analysis reduces the security of the identity index and signature to Learning With Errors(LWE)and Short Integer Solution(SIS)assumption,respectively,indicating that our scheme has post-quantum *** but not least,through comparison analysis,we display that our scheme is efficient compared with the cross-domain authentication scheme based on traditional cryptography.

A novel indicator called price-citation was *** on the company integrated patent database of China listed companies of common stocks(A-shares)with the stock price and the stock return rate data,more than two thousand of A-shares from 2017 to 2020 were *** effect of the traditional patent forward citation and the price-citation for discriminating the stock return rate was thoroughly analyzed via *** A-shares of forward citation counts above the average showed higher stock return rate means than the A-shares having patents but receiving no forward *** price-citation,combining both the financial and patent attributes,defined as the multiplication of the current stock price and the currently receiving forward citation count,showed its excellence in discriminating the stock return *** A-shares of higher price-citation showed significantly higher stock return rate means while the A-shares of lower price-citation showed significantly lowest stock return rate *** price-citation effect had not been changed by COVID-19 though COVID-19 affected the social and economic environment to a considerable extent in 2020.

挥发性有机物(VOCs)是重要的臭氧前体物,实现VOCs浓度预测可为区域大气污染预警与精准管控提供支撑。基于2022年上海市某典型工业区的区域观测VOCs小时体积分数、同期中尺度天气模型(WRF)分层气象因子预报数据、重点企业用电量数据,利用长短期记忆网络(LSTM)算法构建了区域VOCs预测模型,对2023年1-4月区域VOCs小时体积分数进行预测,预报时效为24 h。基于区域污染溯源结果,构建了正常排放情景数据集,将预测值、观测值、正常排放情景数据集进行比较和分析,评估了预测值的准确性。结果表明:①区域VOCs体积分数预测值变化趋势与观测值基本一致,总体略低于观测值,在小时及日均两个级别均具有良好的线性相关关系。VOCs小时体积分数预测值的均方根误差(RMSE)为23.71×10^(-9),标准化平均偏差(NMB)为-10.4%,相关系数(r)为0.53,平均绝对误差(MAE)为12.73×10^(-9),两倍因子百分比(FAC2)为86.9%,VOCs日均体积分数预测值的RMSE、r、MAE、FAC2分别为11.33×10^(-9)、0.81、7.06×10^(-9)、96.7%。②模型可准确预测正常排放情景下的区域VOCs体积分数变化,突发异常排放导致的短时VOCs高值是VOCs小时体积分数预测值误差的主要来源,且贡献率一般超过30%。不同气象条件下异常排放对区域VOCs体积分数的影响程度不同,扩散条件愈不利,异常排放对区域VOCs浓度的影响愈大。③预测模型误差的来源分析表明,更多种类高分辨率活动量表征数据及更精细的气象预测数据有助于进一步提升预测模型的准确性。研究显示,LSTM算法可实现工业区环境空气VOCs浓度预测,进而识别气象条件及异常排放对区域VOCs浓度的影响。

Ordered mesoporous materials have received great attention due to their well-defined pore structures and potential applications in catalysis, adsorption, separation, drug delivery, etc. Although various compositions of mesoporous solids have been successfully prepared, the preparation of crystalline non-metallic oxyacid salts with ordered mesoporosity remains a major challenge. Herein, we report the synthesis of a mesoporous solid acid crystalline boron phosphate（BPO4） catalyst with a bicontinuous shifted double diamond（SDD） hyperbolic surface structure. The BPO4scaffold was obtained by synergistic selfassembly in a mixed solvent of water and tetrahydrofuran using the diblock copolymer poly（ethylene oxide）-block-polystyrene as template and phosphoric acid and orthoboric acid as inorganic sources. The structure consists of two sets of diamond networks adjacent to each other with a mesostructural scale tetragonal symmetry（space group I41/amd） with unit cell parameters of a =80 nm and c = 113 nm, which affords the scaffold a specific surface area of 44 m2/g. As a solid acid catalytic material, the SDD BPO4scaffold exhibited excellent catalytic activity at room temperature with a conversion of furfural to 2-（dimethoxymethyl）furan over 70% and can be reused after recovery without serious loss of activity. In the propane oxidative dehydrogenation reaction, SDD BPO4demonstrated high olefin productivity and selectivity while maintaining high reaction rate. This study provides ideas for the preparation of ordered mesoporous crystalline catalytic materials and demonstrates their potential for practical applications.

Inbreeding depression refers to the reduced performance arising from increased homozygosity,a phenomenon that is the reverse of heterosis and exists among plants and *** a natural self-pollinated crop with strong heterosis,the mechanism of inbreeding depression in rice is largely *** understand the genetic basis of inbreeding depression,we constructed a successive inbreeding population from the F_(2)to F_(4)generation and observed inbreeding depression of all heterotic traits in the progeny along with the decay of heterozygosity in each *** expected depression effect was largely explained by 13 QTLs showing dominant effects for spikelets per panicle,11 for primary branches,and 12 for secondary branches,and these loci constitute the main correlation between heterosis and inbreeding ***,the genetic basis of inbreeding depression is also distinct from that of heterosis,such that a biased transmission ratio of alleles for QTLs with either dominant or additive effects in four segregation distortion regions would result in minor effects in expected ***,two-locus interactions may change the extent and direction of the depression effects of the target loci,and overall interactions would promote inbreeding depression among *** an F_(2:3)variation population,the actual performance of the loci showing expected depression was evaluated considering the heterozygosity decay in the background after *** found inconsistent or various degrees of background depression from the F_(2)to F_(3)generation assuming different genotypes of the target locus,which may affect the actual depression effect of the locus due to *** results suggest that the genetic architecture of inbreeding depression and heterosis is closely linked but also differs in their intrinsic mechanisms,which expand our understanding of the whole-genome architecture of inbreeding depression.
