SEL1L-mediated endoplasmic reticulum-associated degradation(ERAD)plays critical roles in controlling protein homeostasis by degrading misfolded or terminal unfolded ***,it remains unclear how SEL1L regulates peripheral T-cell survival and ***,we found that SEL1L deficiency led to a greatly reduced frequency and number of mature T cells,which was further validated by adoptive transfer experiments or bone marrow chimera experiments,accompanied by the induction of multiple forms of cell ***,SEL1L deficiency selectively disrupted naïve CD8+T-cell homeostasis,as indicated by the severe loss of the naïve T-cell subset but an increase in the memory T-cell *** also found that SEL1L deficiency fueled mTORC1/c-MYC activation and induced a metabolic shift,which was largely attributable to enhanced expression of the IL-15 receptorαandβ***,single-cell transcriptomic profiling and biochemical analyses further revealed that Sel1l−/−CD8+T cells harbored excessive ER stress,particularly aberrant activation of the PERK-ATF4-CHOP-Bim pathway,which was alleviated by supplementing IL-7 or ***,PERK inhibition greatly resolved the survival defects of Sel1l−/−CD8+T *** addition,IRE1αdeficiency decreased mTORC1 signaling in Sel1l−/−naïve CD8+T cells by downregulating the IL-15 receptorα***,these observations suggest that the ERAD adaptor molecule SEL1L acts as an important checkpoint for preserving the survival and homeostasis of peripheral T cells by regulating the PERK signaling cascade and IL-15 receptor-mediated mTORC1 axis.

盾构区间隧道下穿暗渠施工稳定性分析

当盾构区间隧道近距离下穿暗渠时,施工会引起较大的土体变形和位移,加大了施工过程中的风险,也对项目自身以及沿线暗渠安全产生一定的影响。以青岛某地铁盾构区间隧道下穿暗渠为背景,通过建立三维有限元模型,评估了下穿河流过程中施工的稳定性,同时结合盾构下穿暗渠的施工工艺,对土体位移、管片变形、暗渠变形的规律进行了研究。研究结果表明:在双线隧道开挖过程中,地表竖向位移和水平位移均较小,最大地表沉降发生在双线隧道的上部区域,最大地表水平位移发生在隧道左侧;左、右线管片整体上浮,其中右线管片上部变形大于左侧管片的上部变形,但变形趋势大致相同,均呈对称分布,最大竖向位移出现在2个管片的正上部位置,位移值均较小;暗渠最大的竖向位移和水平位移发生在暗渠的中部、盾构隧道的上部,但管片竖向位移与水平位移均较小。该工程的地表沉降、管片变形和暗渠变形均满足施工规范要求,因此下穿暗渠的施工是可行的。该研究结果可为类似盾构区间隧道下穿暗渠的施工提供参考和借鉴。

As Chinese cities rapidly transformed themselves into consumerist societies,the relationship between consumers and consumption space under stratification has become a new research area in the field of urban social *** on a consumer behavior analysis,this study explores the relationship between consumption space and the social strata of consumers in typical shopping malls in Guangzhou where the first shopping mall in China was *** result shows that shopping malls have performed significant constructive functions of organizing consumers from different social classes into different consumption *** middle-and upper-class consumers,the function of shopping malls centers on utilitarian consumption,identity recognition,and identity construction;whereas for lower-class consumers,its function revolves around pleasure and *** symbolism of consumption space is the underlying reason for shopping malls to have their social constructive *** findings of this research suggest that:1) a shopping mall is a productive consumption space and a geographical space with subjectivity;2) the micro-location of a shopping mall has social construction function;and 3) symbolic consumption is the core of social construction.

Hydraulic slotting can induce drill spray in a gassy,low permeability coal *** then influences subsequent gas *** paper describes the drill spray phenomenon from a mechanical perspective and analyzes the effects of water jet damage during slotting.A simulation of the stresses around the drill hole and slot was prepared using FLAC-3D *** helps explain the induction of drill spray during hydraulic *** stress concentration around the bore increases as the diameter of the hole *** the hole enlarges the variation in stress also increases,which introduces an instability into the *** allows easy breaking and removal of the *** of the coal structure by the water jet is the major factor causing drill *** stored as either strain or gas pressure is released by the water jet and this causes the coal to fracture and be expelled from the *** tests showed the effect on gas extraction after slotting with drill *** concentration of gas increases after *** to conventional techniques,the hydraulic slotted bore gives a gas concentration three times higher and has an effective range twice as *** makes the gas extraction process more efficient and allows reduced construction effort.

Deficiency of Mouse CD4^+CD25^+Foxp3^+ Regulatory T Cells in Xenogeneic Pig Thymus-Grafted Nude Mice Suffering from Autoimmune Diseases

Xenogeneic thymus transplantation can efficiently induce specific immune tolerance to donor antigens in athymic recipients. However, many nude mice suffer from autoimmune diseases （AID） for over 10 weeks after xenogeneic thymus transplantation. CD4^＋CD25^＋Foxp3^＋ regulatory T （Treg） cells were recently determined to play a pivotal role in keeping immune tolerance in humans and mice. Thus, we investigated this subpopulation of Treg cells in the periphery of pig thymus-grafted nude mice suffering from AID. Our results showed that the expression of Foxp3, CTLA-4 and GITR on mouse CD4^＋CD25^＋ T cells and the ratio of CD4^＋CD25^＋Foxp3^＋ Treg cells to CD4^＋ T cells were significantly decreased in the periphery of pig thymus-grafted nude mice suffering from AID, compared with healthy pig or mouse thymus-grafted nude mice. Furthermore, mouse CD4^＋CD25^＋ T cells in pig thymus-grafted nude mice suffering from AID showed more severe deficiency in immunosuppressive function compared with the counterpart in xenogeneic pig or syngeneic thymus-grafted nude mice without AID. Thus, the decreased frequency, altered phenotype and functional deficiency of mouse CD4^＋CD25^＋ Treg cells in pig thymus-grafted nude mice may contribute to the development of AID in this model.

The work of this paper analyzes the performance of Sensitivity Encoding (SENSE) through actual data sets and determines the problem of computational efficiency. It corrects the error of the detection signal through the calibration function of the percentage signal change, and uses the three-dimensional sensor image reconstruction technology to calibrate the sensitivity of the blood to the magnetic change, enhances the sensitivity of the magnetic susceptibility gradient, and reduces the scanning time of the MRI experiment. The actual data set handles the image resolution. The performance and experimental results of SENSE are analyzed through actual data sets.

党的二十大报告指出,要“积极稳妥推进碳达峰碳中和”。本文基于资源枯竭型城市的实际情况,以“+低碳”的模式构建了资源枯竭型城市的低碳转型发展指标体系并运用熵权-TOPSIS法进行量化测度。研究结果发现:(1)稳步上升型城市占54.16%,先降后升型城市占33.34%,波动发展型城市占12.5%。(2)从资源类型来看,资源枯竭型城市的低碳转型发展水平的排名次序由高到低依次是天然气型、森工型、石油化工型、有色金属型以及煤炭型。(3)从空间视角出发,资源枯竭型城市的低碳转型发展水平逐步由东部高于中部高于西部演变为西部高于中部高于东部。(4)2013年是先降后升型资源枯竭型城市低碳转型水平逐渐上升的转折节点。(5)我国的资源枯竭型城市低碳转型发展依次经历了共性问题突出阶段、经济发展障碍主导阶段、特殊化以及个性化问题凸显阶段。(6)R&D投入占GDP的比重、地区生产总值、年末总人口等是资源枯竭型城市低碳转型发展的主要障碍因子。基于研究结论,本文提出以下建议:一是规划因地制宜,实现精准施策;二是坚持创新引领,培植发展动力;三是多维协同转型,高效利用能源;四是转变发展思路,实现精明收缩。

The Sensitivity Encoding (SENSE) parallel reconstruction scheme for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is studied and implemented with gridding algorithm in this paper. In this paper, the sensitivity map profile, field map information and the spiral k-space data collected from an array of receiver coils are used to reconstruct un-aliased images from under-sampled data. The gridding algorithm is implemented with SENSE due to its ability in evaluating forward and adjoins operators with non-Cartesian sampled data. This paper also analyzes the performance of SENSE with real data set and identifies the computational issues that need to be improved for further research.
