The mineral inclusions in accessory minerals of the country gneisses have been studied in order to interpret relation between eclogites and their country gneissic rocks. Omphacite inclusions have been identified in titanite and zircon, which indicates that the present mineral assemblages of country gneisses are the last retrograded assemblages and eclogites and their country gneissic rocks probably have a same metamorphic history.

Three Decades of Sea-Ice Variability in Jiaozhou Bay Revealed by Landsat Observations

In this study, we used Landsat images and meteorological data to examine the spatiotemporal distribution and variability of sea ice in Jiaozhou Bay(JZB) between 1986 and 2016. The results show that JZB is not always covered by sea ice in winter, but in some extreme cases, sea ice has covered more than one-third of the sea area of the bay. Sea ice in JZB has generally formed between January 1 and February 5, primarily along the coast, and gradually expanding to the central area of the bay. Both meteorological and artificial factors have played important roles in modulating the sea ice distribution. We found sea ice coverage to have been strongly correlated with the accumulated freezing-degree days nine days before the occurrence of sea ice(R2 = 0.767). North-northwest surface winds have dominated the freezing period of sea water in the JZB, and wind speed has exerted a more significant influence on the formation of sea ice when the sea ice coverage has been generally small. Additionally, artificial factors began to affect the expansion of sea ice in JZB since 2007. The construction of the Jiao-Zhou-Bay Bridge(JZBB) is believed to have retarded water flow and reduced the tidal prism, thereby leading to the formation of an ice bridge along the JZBB, which effectively prevents the southward expansion of sea ice.

In this study, post plasma-catalysis degradation of mixed volatile organic compounds （benzene, toluene, and xylene） has been performed in a hybrid surface/packed-bed discharge plasma reactor with Ag-Ce/γ- Al2O3 catalyst at room temperature. The effect of relative air humidity on mixed VOCs degradation has also been investigated in both plasma-only and PPC systems. In comparison to the plasma-only system, a significant improvement can be observed in the degradation performance of mixed VOCs in PPC system with Ag-Ce/γ- Al2O3 catalyst. In PPC system, 68%, benzene, 89% toluene, and 94% xylene were degraded at 800 J.L-1 respectively which were 25% 11%.. and 9% higher than those in pl＇asma-only system. This result can be attributed to the high catalytic activity of Ag-Ce/γ- Al2O3 catalyst to effectively decompose 03 and lead to generating more reactive species which are capable of destructing the VOCs molecules completely. Moreover, the presence of Ag-Ce/γ-Al2O3 catalyst in plasma significantly decreased the emission of discharge byproducts （NOx and O3） and promoted the mineralization of mixed VOCs towards CO2. Adding a small amount of water vapor into PPC system enhanced the degradation efficiemzies of mixed VOCs, however, further increasin.g water vapor had a negative impact on the degradation efficiencies, which was primarily attributed to the quenching of energetic electrons by water vapor in plasma and the competitive adsorption of water vapor on the catalyst surface. Meanwhile, the catalysts betbre and after discharge were characterized by the Brunauer-Emment-Teller and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.

Optimization and Control of Extractive Distillation with Heat Integration for Separating Benzene/Cyclohexane Mixtures

In this work, the extractive distillation with heat integration process is extended to separate the pressure-insensitive benzene-cyclohexane azeotrope by using furfural as the entrainer. The optimal design of extractive distillation process is established to achieve minimum energy requirement using the multi-objective genetic algorithm, and the results show that energy saving for this heat integration process is 15.7%. Finally, the control design is performed to investigate the system's dynamic performance, and three control structures are studied. The pressure-compensated temperature control scheme is proposed based on the first two control structures, and the dynamic responses reveal that the feed disturbances in both flow rate and benzene composition can be mitigated well.

Dual-excitation and dual-emission Y_(4)GeO_(8):Bi^(3+),Sm^(3+)phosphors were manufactured by traditional solidphase sintering *** X-ray diffraction,morphology,photoluminescence,energy transfer process and temperature sensing properties of Y_(4)GeO_(8):Bi^(3+),Sm^(3+)samples were comprehensively *** Y4GeO_(8):Bi^(3+),Sm^(3+)phosphors exhibit characteristic emissions of Bi^(3+)(^(3)P_(1)→^(1)S_(0)) and Sm^(3+)(^(4)G_(5/2)→^(6)H)under both 290 and 347 nm *** fluorescence intensity ratio and Commission International de L'Eclairage coordinates modes,Y_(4)GeO_(8):Bi^(3+),Sm^(3+)samples present excellent temperature measurement *** maximum relative sensitivity(S_(r-max)) values of the former are 1.55%/K(460 K,290 nm excitation) and 0.82%/K(506 K,347 nm excitation).The S_(r-max)(x) values of the latter are 0.21 %/K(437 K,290 nm excitation) and 0.15%/K(513 K,347 nm excitation).These results illustrate that Y_(4)GeO_(8):Bi^(3+),Sm^(3+)phospho rs can be used as a candidate material for a dual-mode optical thermometer under dual-excitation.

海域海岛问题清单编码作为海域海岛监管档案唯一标识码,伴随着监管工作“发现、核查、处置”全生命周期。对监管发现的问题进行标准化编码并跟踪记录监管工作全过程,可帮助监管人员快速发现分辨问题、启动响应并开展后续处置,是监管全流程化管理的一种体现。本文结合海域海岛监管体制机制,梳理了监管业务流,划分了监管环节,从监管精细化角度提出了一种面向全生命周期监管的海域海岛问题清单编码体系,以编码贯通发现、核查和处置三大环节全流程应用场景,实现全业务“一码”关联、全过程“一码”管理。通过实践验证了该方法的有效性,该体系较原编码规则对监管各环节及结果反映更为直观、全面,可更好地应用于监管实践。

中国的地质学非我国自有,而是在传播和引入西方近代科学文化的过程中逐渐形成的,是"西学东渐"的结果。在欧美等西方国家,至19世纪中叶,便建立并完善了近代地质学的理论和方法体系,完成了学科体制化建设,比中国至少早一个世纪。从16世纪后半叶的"西学东渐",西方近代地学传入中国进行第一次启蒙,到引进、消化、吸收和本土化,最后建立中国地质学理论和方法体系,完成学科建制,中国地质事业历经了长达三个半世纪艰辛曲折并充满坎坷的历史进程。创建于1913年的地质调查所是中国近代第一个科研机构,在章鸿钊、丁文江、翁文灏等第一代地质学家的领导下,筚路蓝缕、艰苦奋斗,在短短的二、三十年里,全面开创和奠定了中国近代地质事业,培养了一大批早期地质学家,取得了举世瞩目的成果,赢得国内外学术界的广泛赞誉。地质调查所的成功及其所取得的成就远远超出了地质学,对我国古生物学、地理学、地震学、地球物理学、土壤学、考古、古人类学、燃料和地图等诸多学科领域都产生了深远影响。

Hong'an area contains three high-pressure (HP) and ultra-high-pressure (UHP) metamorphic zones,including a HP eclogite zone, an UHP/Ky eclogite zone and a greenschist and transitional greenschistblueschist factes *** eclogites show systematical changes in their mineral compositions from south to noyth. The pyropecontent in garnet increases and Kd ofgTt-cpx pair decreases from south to north. Such a change from northto south suggests a north-dipping subduction *** eclogite is predominant in the UHP zone. A few of eclogites in this zone contain inclusions ofcoesite and its pseudomorph in garnet and omphacite. The samples in the middle and east of this zone yielda pressure range of 2.56-3.37 GPa and temperature range of 488-774℃ for peak *** preliminary structural research shows that the HP and UHP zones may be interpreted as a slice pile,which the UHP slice is on the bottom, and the greenschist and transitional greenschist-blueschist factesslice is on the top. The boundries among these slices probably are shear zones that are ofnomal sense ofshear.
