Objective The aim of this study is to explore the potential modulatory role of quercetin against Endotoxin or lipopolysaccharide(LPS)induced septic cardiac *** Specific pathogen-free chicken embryos(n=120)were allocated untreated control,phosphate buffer solution(PBS)vehicle,PBS with ethanol vehicle,LPS(500 ng/egg),LPS with quercetin treatment(10,20,or 40 nmol/egg,respectively),Quercetin groups(10,20,or 40 nmol/egg).Fifteenday-old embryonated eggs were inoculated with abovementioned solutions via the allantoic *** embryonic day 19,the hearts of the embryos were collected for histopathological examination,RNA extraction,real-time polymerase chain reaction,immunohistochemical investigations,and Western *** They demonstrated that the heart presented inflammatory responses after LPS *** LPS-induced higher mRNA expressions of inflammation-related factors(TLR4,TNFα,MYD88,NF-κB1,IFNγ,IL-1β,IL-8,IL-6,IL-10,p38,MMP3,and MMP9)were blocked by quercetin with three *** significantly decreased immunopositivity to TLR4 and MMP9 in the treatment group when compared with the LPS *** significantly decreased protein expressions of TLR4,IFNγ,MMP3,and MMP9 when compared with the LPS *** treatment prevented LPS-induced increase in the mRNA expression of Claudin 1 and ZO-1,and significantly decreased protein expression of claudin 1 when compared with the LPS *** significantly downregulated autophagyrelated gene expressions(PPARα,SGLT1,APOA4,AMPKα1,AMPKα2,ATG5,ATG7,Beclin-1,and LC3B)and programmed cell death(Fas,Bcl-2,CASP1,CASP12,CASP3,and RIPK1)after LPS *** significantly decreased immunopositivity to APOA4,AMPKα2,and LC3-II/LC3-I in the treatment group when compared with the LPS *** significantly decreased protein expressions of AMPKα1,LC3-I,and *** significantly decreased the protein expression to CASP1 and CASP3 by immunohistochemical investigation or

The classical two-scale asymptotic paradigm provides macroscopic and microscopic analyses for the elastodynamic homogenization of periodic composites based on the spatial or/and temporal variable,which offers an approximate framework for the asymptotic homogenization analysis of the motion ***,in this framework,the growing complexity of the homogenization formulation gradually becomes an obstacle as the asymptotic order *** such a context,a compact,fast,and accurate asymptotic paradigm is *** work reviews the high-order spatial two-scale asymptotic paradigm with the effective displacement field representation and optimizes the implementation by symmetrizing the tensor to be ***,the modified implementation gets rid of the excessive memory consumption required for computing the high-order tensor,which is demonstrated by representative one-and two-dimensional *** numerical results show that(1)the contrast of the material parameters between media in composites directly affects the convergence rate of the asymptotic results for the homogenization of periodic composites,(2)the convergence error of the asymptotic results mainly comes from the truncation error of the modified asymptotic homogenized motion equation,and(3)the excessive norm of the normalized wavenumber vector in the two-dimensional inclusion case may lead to a non-convergence of the asymptotic results.

Objective:To explore the mechanism of Profilin-1 in regulating eNOS/NO pathway and its role in the development of myocardial ***:Spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR) aged 5 weeks were injected with different adenovirus vectors to induce Profilin-1expression knockdown(SHR-I) or over express(SHR-H) or to use as control(SHR-C).All these treatment were compared with Wistar-Kyoto rats(SKY) treated with control adenovirus vectors(WKY-C).The same injection was executed at the sixth week during the experiment of 12 *** experiment,the left ventricular weight-to-heart weight ratio(LVW/HW)and left ventricular long axis(LVLA) were *** contents in blood and myocardium,Profilin-1,eNOS and Caveolin-3 niRNA and protein levels and phosphorylated eNOS(P-eNOS) protein level in myocardium were ***:Compared with WKY-C group,the SHR-C group was statistically higher in LVW/HW(0.79±0.03).LVLA(11.82±0.58 mm) and Profilin-1 niRNA and prolein level(P<0.05).but lower in NO content[(18.63±6.23) μmol/L| in blood and[(2.71±0.17) μmol/L]in myocardium).eNOS activity and Caveolin-3 expression(P<0.05).The over expressing Profilin-1 led SHR-H group to a higher value of LVW/HW[(0.93±0.03) mm and LVLA(14.17±0.69) mm]in comparison with SHR-C group(P<0.05).and to a lower value of NO content(in myocardium).eNOS activity and Caveolin-3 expression(P<0.05):however,this phenomenon was reversed by the knockdown Profilin-1 expression(SHR-I group).Conclusions:Profilin-1 expression,being negative in regulating Caveolin-3 expression and eNOS/NO pathway activity,promotes the development of myocardial hypertrophy which can be reversed by Profilin-1 silencing.

The self-cascade(SC) method is an effective technique for chaos enhancement and complexity increasing in chaos ***, the controllable self-cascade(CSC) method allows for more accurate control of Lyapunov exponents of the discrete map. In this work, the SC and CSC systems of the original map are derived, which enhance the chaotic performance while preserving the fundamental dynamical characteristics of the original map. Higher Lyapunov exponent of chaotic sequences corresponding to higher frequency are obtained in SC and CSC systems. Meanwhile, the Lyapunov exponent could be linearly controlled with greater flexibility in the CSC system. The verification of the numerical simulation and theoretical analysis is carried out based on the platform of CH32.

Owing to the fine nano-laminated structure,the pearlitic multi-principal element alloy(PMPEA) exhibits excellent mechanical and tribological ***,the incomplete understanding of the size effect of its lamella thickness and the unclear understanding of the plasticity-interface interaction mechanism limit further optimization of *** this study,the FeCoNi/Ni_3Ti interface-mediated plastic deformation behavior in PMPEA and the variation of mechanical and tribological properties with lamella thickness within the nanoscale range using molecular dynamics(MD) simulation were *** results indicate that the mechanical and tribological properties of the PMPEA with lamella thicknesses below 10 nm have a significant inverse size effect,i.e.,the smaller the lamella thickness,the weaker the *** is because the plastic carrier-interface interaction mechanism changes from a strengthening mechanism that hinders dislocations to a weakening mechanism that promotes dislocations with the decreases in the lamella thickness,and the weakening effect becomes more pronounced as the lamella thickness decreases and the number of interfaces *** particular,the deformation behavior of Ni_3Ti lamellae changes from crystal-like to amorphous-like with decreasing ***,in the sample with larger lamella thickness,the occurrence of hierarchical slips in the body-centered cubic(BCC) phase due to the multiprincipal elements effect can better alleviate the stress concentration caused by the dislocation accumulation at the interface,so that the phase interface exhibits outstanding load-bearing *** the dislocation pattern in BCC phase shows a firm high-density cell,which makes the substrate exhibit a stable tribological response.
