Background:Episodic memory loss is a prominent clinical manifestation of Alzheimer’s disease(AD),which is closely related to tau pathology and hippocampal *** to the heterogeneity of brain neurons,the specific roles of different brain neurons in terms of their sensitivity to tau accumulation and their contribution to AD-like social memory loss remain ***,further investigation is ***:We investigated the effects of AD-like tau pathology by Tandem mass tag proteomic and phosphoproteomic analysis,social behavioural tests,hippocampal electrophysiology,immunofluorescence staining and in vivo optical fibre recording of GCaMP6f and ***,we utilized optogenetics and administered ursolic acid(UA)via oral gavage to examine the effects of these agents on social memory in ***:The results of proteomic and phosphoproteomic analyses revealed the characteristics of ventral hippocampal CA1(vCA1)under both physiological conditions and AD-like tau *** tau progressively accumulated,vCA1,especially its excitatory and parvalbumin(PV)neurons,were fully filled with mislocated and phosphorylated tau(p-Tau).This finding was not observed for dorsal hippocampal CA1(dCA1).The overexpression of human tau(hTau)in excitatory and PV neurons mimicked AD-like tau accumulation,significantly inhibited neuronal excitability and suppressed distinct discrimination-associated firings of these neurons within *** excitatory and PV neurons in vCA1 at specific rhythms and time windows efficiently ameliorated tau-impaired social ***,1 month of UA administration efficiently decreased tau accumulation via autophagy in a transcription factor EB(TFEB)-dependent manner and restored the vCA1 microcircuit to ameliorate tau-impaired social ***:This study elucidated distinct protein and phosphoprotein networks between dCA1 and vCA1 and highlighted the susceptibility of the vCA1 microcircuit to AD-like tau

针对当前物流行业中智能仓储的应用,以中小企业仓储应用为背景基于物联网技术设计一套智能仓储系统,首先利用K210人脸识别模块进行用户身份鉴别,然后使用RFID技术识别物品信息,将商品信息通过单片机处理后传输到OLED屏幕,并同步传输到计算机中,采用C#语言+SQL Server数据库建立物品库存管理系统,实现出入库管理、用户管理、物品管理、库存盘点、数据统计报表等功能。实验测试结果表明,该系统设计方案可行,系统各项功能正常,具有灵活、高效等特点,但也存在用户人脸与账户信息没有关联、不适用于大型连锁仓储应用的问题。

为保证铁路路基的安全与稳定,一般需要确保地基承载力、路堤稳定性及路基工后沉降均满足设计要求,但当前对于地基承载力是否需要检算这一问题还未达成共识。为此,基于ABAQUS建立铁路路基有限元模型,考虑地基土土性、地基坡率、路基土土性、路基坡率、路基填高的影响,通过定量分析,探讨地基承载力检算的必要性,并分析不同因素对地基承载力、路堤稳定性和路基工后沉降的影响规律。研究结果表明:在铁路路基设计时应考虑地基承载力的影响,并与路堤稳定性和路基工后沉降共同进行检算;地基承载力大小与地基土土性、路基土土性、路基填高等因素密切相关,在铁路路基设计时,地基承载力计算需要根据地基土土性、路基土土性和路基填高等因素综合确定;不同影响因素对地基承载力、路堤稳定性与路基工后沉降大小的影响显著性关系有所不同,其中各因素对地基承载力大小的影响显著性依次为地基土土性>路基填高>路基土土性>路基坡率>地基坡率,对路堤稳定性大小的影响显著性依次为地基土土性>路基坡率>路基土土性>路基填高>地基坡率,对路基工后沉降大小的影响显著性依次为地基土土性>路基土土性>路基填高>地基坡率>路基坡率。研究成果可为高速铁路路基设计提供参考。

Dynamic behavior of rectangular crack in three-dimensional orthotropic elastic medium by means of non-local theory

The dynamic behavior of a rectangular crack in a three-dimensional （3D） orthotropic elastic medium is investigated under a harmonic stress wave based on the non-local theory. The two-dimensional （2D） Fourier transform is applied, and the mixed- boundary value problems are converted into three pairs of dual integral equations with the unknown variables being the displacement jumps across the crack surfaces. The effects of the geometric shape of the rectangular crack, the circular frequency of the incident waves, and the lattice parameter of the orthotropic elastic medium on the dynamic stress field near the crack edges are analyzed. The present solution exhibits no stress singularity at the rectangular crack edges, and the dynamic stress field near the rectangular crack edges is finite.

Some two-scale finite element discretizations are introduced for a class of linear partial differential equations. Both boundary value and eigenvalue problems are studied. Based on the two-scale error resolution techniques, several two-scale finite element algorithms are proposed and analyzed. It is shown that this type of two-scale algorithms not only significantly reduces the number of degrees of freedom but also produces very accurate approximations.

Preferential Oxidation of CO in Excess Hydrogen over CuO-CeO_2 Catalyst Prepared by Chelating Method

The CuO-CeO2 catalyst prepared by chelating method has a superior catalytic performance for the preferential oxidation of CO in rich hydrogen, compared with the CuO-CeO2 catalyst prepared by coprecipitation method. The CO conversions over these catalysts, at 120 ℃ and 120000 ml/（g-h） in the absence of CO2 and H2O, are 99.6% and 88.6%, respectively, and the selectivity of O2 over these catalysts is very close （i.e. 51.3% and 55.8%, respectively）. The influence of certain factors such as hydrogen concentration, carbon monoxide concentration, H2O, O2/CO ratios, and space velocity on the catalytic performance of CuO-CeO2 catalyst prepared by chelating method is also studied. The results show that the addition of hydrogen and H2O has a negative effect on the catalytic performance of CuO-CeO2 catalyst, however, the variation of space velocity and the O2/CO ratio causes a comparatively slight influence.

HIV-1 Protein Tat_(1–72) Impairs Neuronal Dendrites via Activation of PP1 and Regulation of the CREB/BDNF Pathway

Despite the success of combined antiretroviral therapy in recent years, the prevalence of human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)-associated neurocognitive disorders in people living with HIV-1 is increasing, significantly reducing the healthrelated quality of their lives. Although neurons cannot be infected by HIV-1, shed viral proteins such as transactivator of transcription(Tat) can cause dendritic damage. However, the detailed molecular mechanism of Tat-induced neuronal impairment remains unknown. In this study, we first showed that recombinant Tat(1–72 aa) induced neurotoxicity in primary cultured mouse neurons. Second, exposure to Tat_(1–72) was shown to reduce the length and number of dendrites in cultured neurons. Third, Tat_(1–72)(0–6 h) modulates protein phosphatase 1(PP1) expression and enhances its activity by decreasing the phosphorylation level of PP1 at Thr320. Finally, Tat_(1–72)(24 h) downregulates CREB activity and CREBmediated gene(BDNF, c-fos, Egr-1) expression. Together, these findings suggest that Tat_(1–72) might impair cognitive function by regulating the activity of PP1 and the CREB/BDNF pathway.

A preliminary study on photogrammetry for the FAST main reflector measurement

The Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope(FAST) is the largest single-dish radio telescope in the world. In this paper, we apply photogrammetry to measure local area surface accuracy of the FAST main reflector. Contrast with the existing photogrammetric methods that need to stick the cooperation target on the panel. In this paper, we directly detect nodes according to their natural feature. Analyzing the FAST reflector composition, we propose a two-step Hough transform method for node detection. Due to the high similarity of the neighboring area around nodes, it is hard to match two images by the feature matching method. Therefore, we apply the nodes combination approach to obtain the homography matrix between two photos for nodes matching. After nodes detection and matching,triangulation and bundle adjustment algorithms are adopted for 3 D reconstruction. During the experiment,the adjusted node position deform a local area of the FAST main reflector into a spherical cap with a radius of 300 m. The experimental result shows that the measurement accuracy of the sphere with a radius of 300 m is 12.299 mm, indicating that it is feasible to apply photogrammetry for the FAST main reflector measurement.

Simulation of annealing process effect on texture evolution of deep-drawing sheet Stl5

A two-dimensional cellular automaton method was used to simulate grain growth during the recrystallization annealing of deep-drawing sheet St 15, taking the simulated result of recrystallization and the experimental result of the annealing texture of deepdrawing sheet St15 as the initial condition and reference. By means of computer simulation, the microstructures and textures of different periods of grain growth were predicted. It is achieved that the grain size, shape and texture become stable after the grain growth at a constant temperature of 700℃ for 10 h, and the advantaged texture components { 111 } 〈 110 〉 and { 111 } 〈 112〉 are dominant.
