Distribution and abundance of krill in various areas of the Southern Ocean: dataset compilation based on samples collected in CHINARE during 2009–2019

This study investigates the composition, abundance, and basic biological parameters of krill in Prydz Bay, the Antarctic Peninsula and the Amundsen Sea by analyzing samples and environmental data from the Chinese National Antarctic Research Expeditions conducted between 2009/2010 and 2019/2020. The predominant krill species observed were Euphausia superba, Euphausia crystallorophias, and Thysanoessa macrura. T. macrura, although the most widespread, exhibited the lowest mean abundance(9.96 ind·(1000 m–3)) and biomass(0.31 g·(1000 m–3)), predominantly found in low-latitude regions of the Amundsen Sea while E. crystallorophias was most concentrated in polynyas of Prydz Bay. E. superba, with an average abundance of 34.05 ind·(1000 m–3)and biomass of 11.80 g·(1000 m–3), was mainly distributed in the Antarctic Peninsula and Prydz Bay. This study also identified regional variations in mean body length and frequency distributions of krill. The relationship between krill body length and wet weight followed a power-law pattern. Regional differences were observed in the relationship between krill abundance, biomass, and environmental factors with varying correlations. In the Amundsen Sea, no significant correlation was found between krill abundance and environmental factors. Notably, E. crystallorophias in Prydz Bay demonstrated a significant positive correlation with chlorophyll-a concentration,while T. macrura abundance and biomass in the Antarctic Peninsula exhibited a significant negative correlation with ice-free days. The findings contribute valuable regional data on krill distribution, abundance, and biomass in the Southern Ocean, serving as foundational information for the conservation of the Southern Ocean ecosystem and Antarctic krill fishery management on a circumpolar scale.

We operated a p-type point contact high purity germanium(PPCGe)detector(CDEX-1B,1.008 kg)in the China Jinping Underground Laboratory(CJPL)for 500.3 days to search for neutrinoless double beta(0νββ)decay of^(76)Ge.A total of 504.3 kg⋅day effective exposure data was *** anti-coincidence and the multi/single-site event(MSE/SSE)discrimination methods were used to suppress the background in the energy region of interest(ROI,1989–2089 keV for this work)with a factor of 23.A background level of 0.33 counts/(keV⋅kg⋅yr)was *** lower limit on the half life of^(76)Ge 0νββdecay was constrained as T_(1/2)^(0ν)>1.0×10^(23)yr(90%C.L.),corresponding to the upper limits on the effective Majorana neutrino mass:<3.2–7.5 eV.

Studies have found a U-shaped relationship between sleep duration and chronic kidney disease(CKD)risk,but limited research evaluated the association of reallocating excessive sleep to other behavior with *** included 104538 participants from the nationwide cohort of the Risk Evaluation of Cancers in Chinese Diabetic Individuals:A Longitudinal Study,with self-reported time of daily-life *** isotemporal substitution models,we found that substituting 1 h of sleeping with sitting,walking,or moderate-to-vigorous physical activity was associated with a lower CKD ***-time physical activity displacement was associated with a greater prevalence reduction than occupational physical activity in working *** stratified analysis,a lower CKD prevalence related to substitution toward physical activity was found in long *** pronounced correlations were observed in long sleepers with diabetes than in those with prediabetes,and they benefited from other behavior substitutions toward a more active *** U-shaped association between sleep duration and CKD prevalence implied the potential effects of insufficient and excessive sleep on the kidneys,in which the pernicious link with oversleep could be reversed by time reallocation to physical *** divergence in the predicted effect on CKD following time reallocation to behavior of different domains and intensities and in subpopulations with diverse metabolic statuses underlined the importance of optimizing sleeping patterns and adjusting integral behavioral composition.

基于内伶仃洋水域4座浮标站洪、枯季半月时长实测水文气象数据,应用主潮通量断面算法和二元线性回归法探讨了内伶仃洋河口湾潮汐动力、径流动力及其他动力对潮周期平均流速的作用规律。研究显示,内伶仃洋水域半月洪、枯季水深平均流速在25~45 cm/s之间,除西滩水域水深平均流速洪季显著大于枯季,其他水域洪、枯季相差不大。潮汐动力作用系数a始终为正显示其是伶仃洋河口湾潮流往复运动的主要驱动力;径流动力作用系数b在洪季涨潮阶段为负、落潮阶段为正显示洪季东四口门进入伶仃洋河口湾的洪水具有较大初始动量,枯季涨潮和落潮阶段b均为负值,显示枯季径流动力弱并以随潮运动为主;其他动力因子作用系数c在洪、枯季的差异主要与季风和咸潮入侵引起的密度斜压梯度力等有关,与径流动力作用系数b存在较好的线性负相关,且洪季较枯季更明显。应用伶仃洋河口湾泥沙启动流速,结合二元线性回归法得到的潮周期平均流速拟合公式,提出了临界径流量的概念,揭示了当前伶仃洋水域存在的“滩冲槽淤”现象;枯季,伶仃洋水域整体处于淤积状态,涨潮阶段更显著。

Background:The initial phase II stuty(NCT03215693)demonstrated that ensartinib has shown clinical activity in patients with advanced crizotinib-refractory,anaplastic lymphoma kinase(ALK)-positive non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Herein,we reported the updated data on overall survival(OS)and molecular profiling from the initial phase Ⅱ ***:In this study,180 patients received 225 mg of ensartinib orally once daily until disease progression,death or *** was estimated by Kaplan‒Meier methods with two-sided 95%confidence intervals(CIs).Next-generation sequencing was employed to explore prognostic biomarkers based on plasma samples collected at baseline and after initiating *** tumor DNA(ctDNA)was detected to dynamically monitor the genomic alterna-tions during treatment and indicate the existence of molecular residual disease,facilitating improvement of clinical ***:At the data cut-off date(August 31,2022),with a median follow-up time of 53.2 months,97 of 180(53.9%)patients had *** median OS was 42.8 months(95%CI:29.3-53.2 months).A total of 333 plasma samples from 168 patients were included for ctDNA *** inferior OS correlated sig-nificantly with baseline ALK or tumor protein 53(TP53)*** addition,patients with concurrent TP53 mutations had shorter OS than those without con-current TP53 *** ctDNA levels evaluated by variant allele frequency(VAF)and haploid genome equivalents per milliliter of plasma(hGE/mL)at baseline were associated with poor ***,patients with ctDNA clear-ance at 6 weeks and slow ascent growth had dramatically longer OS than those with ctDNA residual and fast ascent growth,***,patients who had a lower tumor burden,as evaluated by the diameter of target lesions,had a longer *** Cox regression analysis further uncovered the independent prognostic values of bone metastases,higher hGE,and elevated ALK mutation abundance at 6 we

基于常规态型近场动力学方法实现了岩石裂隙扩展演化,采用实时追踪新生裂隙面并施加表面压力的方法来模拟压裂液与裂隙表面的相互作用,建立了岩石水力压裂的数值计算模型。根据数字图像处理技术将Zhang-Suen细化算法应用于水力裂隙网络的骨架提取,并采用统计方法计算裂隙网络形态参数,提出了水力裂隙网络量化计算方法。最后考虑加载速率、地应力条件及弹性模量等因素影响,研究了水力裂隙扩展过程及裂隙网络形态参数的演化。研究结果表明:当加载速率较小时,主裂隙朝着较大地应力的方向扩展,裂隙分支并不明显;增加加载速率会增大裂隙均宽和裂隙密度,能够促进裂隙的张开程度及裂隙数量,增强裂隙网络的复杂程度并提高其渗透能力。当水平向地应力和竖向地应力相同时,主裂隙呈十字交叉分布;随着竖向地应力的增大,水平裂隙受到抑制作用,主裂隙沿着竖向扩展,而裂隙总长和裂隙密度则呈增加的趋势。岩体弹性模量的增加会减少细小裂隙分支的扩展,使裂隙网络形态趋于简单化。

碳排放权交易市场作为推进美丽中国建设、实现降碳减污绿色发展的重要手段,成为当前研究的热点问题.为探究碳交易背景下华北地区试点区域及非试点区域碳代谢过程,以城市碳代谢理论为依据,采取投入产出分析和生态网络分析相结合的研究方法.结果表明,北京和天津作为早期交易试点区域,区域从2012年后呈现直接碳排放量稳步下降、隐含碳排放量缓慢增加趋势.试点产业部门直接排放量与隐含排放量变化趋势一致,其中煤炭开采和洗选业、石油和天然气开采业和非金属矿物制品业减排效应明显,而排放量较高的电力、热力的生产和供应业表现为增加趋势.部门隐含碳排放强度与隐含碳排放量变化趋势相似证实部门隐含增加值在交易过程中并未增加.高碳排放部门的隐含碳排放量主要由长度小于6的代谢路径所贡献,因此应重点关注部门间较短路径传递的商品或服务的“清洁化”.在交易政策实施以前,区域产业部门间跨区域贸易较少,表现为低碳排放产品交换;2012年以后,随着京津冀城市群协同发展以及华北地区不断构筑的区域经济发展新格局,促使区域间跨区域和跨部门贸易增加.以碳排放权交易制度为背景,构建识别系统内关键参与者及关键路径的方法体系,可为区域性政策实施及可持续发展提供科学的发展建议.

基于近场动力学方法分别采用键型模型计算岩石热扩散过程和常规态型模型模拟岩石位移场的演化,根据物质点间的断键数量确定材料损伤值以实时追踪裂隙面的扩展,通过在裂隙面处施加水压和水温实现水与岩石间的相互作用,建立了考虑热力耦合效应模拟高温岩石水力压裂过程的数值计算模型。根据岩石加热裂隙扩展的试验结果,验证了计算模型的有效性。最后,讨论了水压、岩石初始温度及弹性模量等因素对水力压裂岩石裂隙结构形态的影响,并基于综合敏感度属性识别评价方法,分析了各影响因素对岩石裂隙形态参数的敏感性。研究结果表明:水压较小或岩石初始温度较低时,主裂隙几乎呈对称分布,基本上无裂隙分支现象;随着水压或初始温度的增加,裂隙逐渐增多并产生分叉现象,同时裂隙总长度和张开度也均呈增长趋势。当岩石弹性模量均值较小时,水力裂隙较为发育且萌生许多微小裂隙;随着弹性模量均值的增大,水力裂隙分支及微裂隙数量明显减少,裂隙总长度和张开度也相应地减小,而岩石起裂时间则近似呈线性增加的趋势。岩石材料参数和环境参数的敏感性综合评价表明,岩石裂隙扩展对弹性模量和水压呈高度敏感,而对水温则表现为不敏感。

Objective:To explore the correlation between genotypes of Orientia(O.)tsutsugamushi and clinical characteristics of scrub typhus ***:Clinical data of patients with scrub typhus admitted to different types of medical institutions in guangzhou from September 2012 to December 2016 were collected using medical *** data,clinical manifestations,as well as hematological and biochemical indicators of patients infected with different genotypes were analyzed and ***:A total of 192 patients were included in this study,including 121 patients with Karp genotype of *** infection(63.0%),36 patients with Gilliam genotype(19.0%),23 patients with Kato genotype(12.0%),and 12 patients with TA763 genotype(6.0%)*** median value of albumin in patients with Karp genotype infection was significantly lower than that of Gilliam-infected patients(P=0.032).Patients with Karp genotype infection had a significantly longer hospital stay(9 days)than those with Gilliam genotype(7 days)(P=0.009)and Kato genotype infection(6 days)(P=0.005).Karp-infected patients also represented for the largest number of patients with complicated organ involvement(88/133,66.2%).Furthermore,Karp-infected patients had higher risk of developing multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(18.2%)and requiring intensive care unit treatment(15.9%).Besides,patients with Gilliam genotype(8 days)and TA763 genotype infection(7.5 days)had shorter fever duration than those with Karp genotype(9 days)and Kato genotype(9 days)infection,***:Genotypes of Orientia tsutsugamushi were associated with varying clinical manifestations,organ involvement,and treatment outcomes,suggesting that genotypes ranged in virulence.

Spin gap in quasi-one-dimensional S=3/2 antiferromagnet CoTi2O5

Quasi-one-dimensional(1D)antiferromagnets are known to display intriguing phenomena especially when there is a spin gap in their spin-excitation *** we demonstrate that a spin gap exists in the quasi-1D Heisenberg antiferromagnet CoTi2O5 with highly ordered Co2+/Ti4+occupation,in which the Co2+ions with S=3/2 form a 1D spin chain along the ***2O5 undergoes an antiferromagnetic transition at TN~24 K and exhibits obvious anisotropic magnetic susceptibility even in the paramagnetic *** a gapless magnetic ground state is usually expected in a quasi-1D Heisenberg antiferromagnet with half-integer spins,by analyzing the specific heat,the thermal conductivity,and the spin-lattice relaxation rate(1/T1)as a function of temperature,we found that a spin gap is opened in the spin-excitation spectrum of CoTi2O5 around TN,manifested by the rapid decrease of magnetic specific heat to zero,the double-peak characteristic in thermal conductivity,and the exponential decay of 1/T1 below *** the magnetic measurements and the first-principles calculations results indicate that there is spin-orbit coupling in CoTi2O5,which induces the magnetic anisotropy in CoTi2O5,and then opens the spin gap at low temperature.
