A new one-dimensional（ID） fluoroaluminophosphate chain（C4H15N3）[AlPO4F2]（denoted AIPO-CJ28） was synthesized in the concentrated fluoride synthetic medium with a gel composition of 1.0Al（OPr^1）a：1.0H3PO4： 5.4deTA：1.3HF：2.0H2O（deTA=diethylenetriamine）. The reagents were mixed directly without introducing additional water solvent. The 1D chain is constructed by alternating AlO2F2 arid doubly bridging PO4 tetrahedra to form the simplest serrate chain. AIPO-CJ28 can be transformed to another 1D aluminophosphate chain A1PO-CSC upon further crystallization at 230 ℃.

Objective: To investigate the effect and potential mechanism of dihydromyricetin(Dmy) on H9C2 cell proliferation, apoptosis, and autophagy. Methods: H9C2 cells were randomly divided into 7 groups, namely control, model, EV(empty p CDH-CMV-MCS-EF1-Cop GFP-T2A-Puro vector), IV(circHIPK3 interference), Dmy(50 μmol/L), Dmy+IV, and Dmy+EV groups. Cell proliferation and apoptosis were detected by cell counting kit-8 assay and flow cytometry, respectivley. Western blot was used to evaluate the levels of light chain 3 Ⅱ/Ⅰ(LC3Ⅱ/Ⅰ), phospho-phosphoinositide 3-kinase(p-PI3K), protein kinase B(p-AKT), and phospho-mammalian target of rapamycin(p-mTOR). The level of circHIPK3 was determined using reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction. Electron microscopy was used to observe autophagosomes in H9C2 cells. Results: Compared to H9C2 cells, the expression of circHIPK in H9C2 hypoxia model cells increased significantly(Pliferation rate decreased significantly, and the expression of LC3Ⅱ/Ⅰ significantly increased(all Pdel group, the rate of apoptosis and autophagosomes in IV, Dmy, and Dmy+IV group decreased, the cell proliferation rate increased, and the expression of LC3Ⅱ/Ⅰ decreased significantly(all Pdel group significantly reduced(Phanism may be related to PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway.

Biodegradable magnesium alloys are challenging to be implanted in patients with hyperglycemia and diabetes.A hypothesis is suggested that glucose accelerates microbial ingress and in vitro degradation of Mg-li-Ca *** resistance and mechanical properties was demonstrated using electrochemical,hydrogen evolution and tensile *** bacteria from hank's solution were isolated via 16S rRNA gene *** results revealed that Mg-1li-1Ca alloy exhibited different responses to hank's solution with and without *** solution acidity was ascribed to Microbacterium hominis and Enterobacter xiangfangensis,indicating that glucose promoted microbial activity and degradation and deterioration in mechanical property of Mg-1li-1Ca alloy.
