目的:探讨重度子痫前期(SPE)患者胎盘早剥的危影响因素,并探讨胎盘生长因子(PLGF)、血管生成素-2(Ang2)联合应激诱导蛋白2(Sestrin2)对重度子痫前期并发胎盘早剥的预测价值。方法:选取2019年4月至2022年4月长沙市第四医院收治的SPE患者348例。根据患者是否发生胎盘早剥分组,分为胎盘早剥组(n=75)和无胎盘早剥组(n=273)。检测并对比两组血清PLGF、Ang2及Sestrin2水平。采用单因素及多因素Logistic回归模型分析SPE患者并发胎盘早剥的影响因素;采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析PLGF、Ang2联合Sestrin2对SPE患者并发胎盘早剥的预测价值。结果:胎盘早剥组的PLGF、Ang2低于无胎盘早剥组,Sestrin2高于无胎盘早剥组(P<0.05)。SPE并发胎盘早剥与剖宫产史、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、血小板、尿素氮、纤维蛋白原、血肌酐有关(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归模型分析结果显示:SBP偏高、DBP偏高、纤维蛋白原偏低、血肌酐偏高是SPE并发胎盘早剥的危险因素。Sestrin2水平下降,PLGF、Ang2水平升高则是SPE并发胎盘早剥的保护因素(P<0.05)。血清PLGF、Ang2联合Sestrin2检测对SPE并发胎盘早剥的预测价值优于各指标单独检测(P<0.05)。结论:SPE并发胎盘早剥患者中Sestrin2水平升高,PLGF、Ang2水平下降,联合检测可以辅助预测SPE并发胎盘早剥的发生。SBP偏高、DBP偏高、纤维蛋白原偏低、血肌酐偏高是SPE并发胎盘早剥的危险因素。Sestrin2水平下降,PLGF、Ang2水平升高是SPE患者并发胎盘早剥的保护因素。

An optimum heading date is essential for sustainable crop productivity and ensuring high yields. In the present study, F2：3 populations were generated by crossing an early-heading accession, Y2280, with a late-heading accession, Y2282. The heading dates of the F2 and F3 populations were investigated in a field study. Using publicly available simple sequence repeat （SSR） markers, the early heading date gene HdAey2280 was mapped onto Aegilops tauschfi chromosome 7DS between the flanking markers wmc438 and barc126 at distances of 15 and 9.1 cM, respectively. Further analysis indicated that HdAey2280 is a novel heading date gene. New SSR markers were developed based on the Ae. tauschfi draft genome sequence, resulting in four new markers that were linked to the heading date gene HdAey2280. The closest distance of these markers was 1.9 cM away from the gene. The results collected in this study will serve as a framework for map-based cloning and marker-assisted selection in wheat breeding programs in the future.

For the high sulfur refractory gold concentrate with 41.82%sulfur and 15.12 g/t gold,of which 82.11%was wrapped in sulfide,a well-controlled stirring tank leaching was carried out to improve the bio-oxidation *** show that bio-oxidation pretreatment can greatly improve the gold recovery rate of high-sulfur refractory gold concentrate,and at the optimum pH 1.3 in this study,compared with the process without pH control,the oxidation rate of sulfur increased from 79.31%to 83.29%,while the recovery rate of gold increased from 76.54%to 83.23%;under this condition the activity of mixed culture could be sustained and the formation of jarosite could *** results also displayed that for the high sulfur refractory gold concentrate,the recovery of gold is positively correlated with the oxidation rate of sulfur,and the recovery rate of gold increases with the increase of sulfur oxidation rate within a certain range.

Comprehensive evaluation of Korla fragrant pears and optimization of plucking time during the harvest period

To optimize the harvest of Korla fragrant pears and to provide a theoretical basis for post-harvest processing,a total of 26 basic indices of Korla fragrant pears,including their morphology,quality,and softening age,were *** harvest period ranged from August 22nd to October 6th,samples were collected every 5 d(totally 10 plucking days,indicated as H1-H10).The results indicated that changes in pectin content were the main causes of softening in fragrant *** scavenging of free radicals mainly occurred because of the collaborative effects of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT).In the harvest periods H1-H3,the hardness,titratable acid(TA),chlorophyll content,density,and diameter of the stone cells,as well as the cellulose and hemicellulose content of the Korla fragrant pears were at their *** the periods H7-H10,the single-fruit weight,fruit horizontal and vertical diameter,color coordinates L,a*,b*,soluble-solids content(SSC),SOD activity,CAT activity,and water-soluble pectin were higher than in the other plucking *** highest vitamin C(VC)content and moderate values for a variety of indicators were observed during *** in the Korla fragrant pears during H1-H3 mainly manifested through changes in softening-related *** H3-H10,changes in the softening-related,aging-related,color-related,and quality indices had a dominant *** this basis,some suggestions for the post-harvest processing of fragrant pears have been ***,during H1-H3,are suitable for transportation and storage;during H7-H10 are suitable for fresh-eating and further processing;and during H3-H7,exhibited moderate values for a variety of indicators and had the highest commercial *** research provides a systematic evaluation of the characteristics of mature Korla fragrant pears during the harvest period and can form the basis for fruit quality control and processing of Korla fragrant pears.

Oleanolic acid(OA) is a pentacyclic triterpenoid compound extracted from olea europaeal, a traditional Chinese medicine herb. OA has been used in the clinic as a hepatoprotective medicine in China since 1970 s. In our previous study, we observed that OA could ameliorate hyperlipidemia in animal models. In the present study, we conducted a small-scale clinical trial to evaluate the hypolipidemia effect of OA in hyperlipidemic patients. Hyperlipidemic patients were administrated with OA for four weeks(4 tablets once, three times a day). The blood samples of the patients were collected before and after OA treatment. The biological parameters were measured. Furthermore, three patients' blood samples were studied with DNA microarray. After OA administration, the TC, TG, and HDLC levels in serum decreased significantly. DNA microarray analysis results showed that the expressions of 21 m RNAs were significantly changed after OA treatment. Bioinformatics analysis showed 17 m RNAs were up-regulated and 4 m RNAs were down-regulated significantly after OA treatment. Five m RNAs(CACNA1 B, FCN, STEAP3, AMPH, and NR6 A1) were selected to validate the expression levels by q RT-PCR. Therefore, OA administration differentially regulated the expression of genes involved in lipid metabolism. The data showed a clinical evidence that OA could improve hyperlipidemia and also unveiled a new insight into the molecular mechanisms underlying the pharmacological effect of OA on hyperlipidemia.

目的:观察清热促愈汤坐浴促进混合痔术后创面愈合的效果及对肛肠动力学和新生血管形成的影响。方法:按照随机数字表法将湖南中医药大学第一附属医院2021年1月~2022年6月期间收治的116例混合痔患者分为对照组(常规治疗,n=58)和实验组(常规治疗的基础上接受清热促愈汤坐浴治疗,n=58)。对比两组疗效、创面改善情况、肛肠动力学和新生血管形成指标。结果:实验组的临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组的水肿消失时间、创面疼痛消失时间、创面愈合时间、肉芽组织生长时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗6周后,两组肛管最大收缩压(MSP)、高压区长度(HPZ)、直肠最大耐受容量(MTV)下降,且实验组低于对照组(P<0.05);直肠静息压(RRP)升高,且实验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗6周后,两组血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、碱性成纤维生长因子(bFGF)、血小板源性生长因子(PDGF)升高,且实验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清热促愈汤坐浴可促进混合痔术后创面愈合,促进新生血管形成,改善肛肠动力学。

The readout electronics for a prototype soft X-ray spectrometer based on silicon drift detector(SDD),for precisely measuring the energy and arrival time of X-ray photons is presented in this *** system mainly consists of two parts,i.e.,an analog electronics section(including a pre-amplifier,a signal shaper and filter,a constant fraction timing circuit,and a peak hold circuit)and a digital electronics section(including an ADC and a TDC).Test results with X-ray sources show that an energy dynamic range of 1-10 keV with an integral nonlinearity of less than 0.1%can be achieved,and the energy resolution is better than 160 eV @ 5.9 keV *** a waveform generator,test results also indicate that time resolution of the electronics system is about 3.7 ns,which is much less than the transit time spread of SDD(<100 ns)and satisfies the requirements of future applications.
