High concentrations of copper ions(Cu(Ⅱ)) in water will pose health risks to humans and the ecological environment. Therefore, this study aims to utilize ultrasonic-cured modified municipal solid waste incineration(MSWI) fly ash for Cu(Ⅱ) adsorption to achieve the purpose of “treating waste by waste.” The effects of p H, adsorption time, initial concentration, and temperature on the modified MSWI fly ash’s adsorption efficiency were systematically studied in this article. The adsorption performance of the modified MSWI fly ash can be enhanced by the ultrasonic modification. At pH = 2, 3 and 4, the adsorption capacity of the modified MSWI fly ash for Cu(Ⅱ) increased by 2.7, 1.9 and 1.2 times, respectively. Furthermore, it was suggested that the adsorption process of the modified MSWI fly ash can be better simulated by the pseudo-second-order kinetic model, with a maximum adsorption capacity calculated by the Langmuir model of 24.196 mg.g-1. Additionally, the adsorption process is spontaneous,endothermic, and chemisorption-dominated from the thermodynamic studies(ΔH and ΔS > 0, ΔG < 0).Finally, the enhanced adsorption performance of the modified MSWI fly ash for Cu(Ⅱ) may be attributed to electrostatic interaction and chelation effects.

Two-dimensional covalent organic frameworks(2D COFs)feature extendedπ-conjugation and ordered stacking sequence,showing great promise for high-performance *** atomic frameworks of 2D COFs facilitate the in-plane photogenerated charge transfer,but the precise ordered alignment is limited due to the non-covalentπ-stacking of COF layers,accordingly hindering out-of-plane transfer ***,we address a chiral induction method to construct a parallelly superimposed stacking chiral COF ultrathin shell on the support of SiO_(2) *** to the achiral COF analogues,the chiral COF shell with the parallel AA-stacking structure is more conducive to enhance the built-in electric field and accumulates photogenerated electrons for the rapid migration,thereby affording superior photocatalytic performance in hydrogen evolution from water *** the simplest ketoenamine-linked chiral COF as a shell of SiO_(2) particle,the resulting composite exhibits an impressive hydrogen evolution rate of 107.1 mmol g^(-1)h^(-1)along with the apparent quantum efficiency of 14.31%at 475 ***,the composite photocatalysts could be fabricated into a film device,displaying a remarkable photocatalytic performance of 178.0 mmol m^(-2)h^(-1)for hydrogen *** work underpins the surface engineering of organic photocatalysts and illustrates the significance of COF stacking structures in regulating electronic properties.

Intestinal macrophages play crucial roles in both intestinal inflammation and immune homeostasis. They can adopt two distinct phenotypes, primarily determined by environmental cues. These phenotypes encompass the classically activated pro-inflammatory M1 phenotype, as well as the alternatively activated anti-inflammatory M2 phenotype. In regular conditions, intestinal macrophages serve to shield the gut from inflammatory harm. However, when a combination of genetic and environmental elements influences the polarization of these macrophages, it can result in an M1/M2 macrophage activation imbalance, subsequently leading to a loss of control over intestinal inflammation. This shift transforms normal inflammatory responses into pathological damage within the intestines. In patients with ulcerative colitis-associated colorectal cancer (UC-CRC), disorders related to intestinal inflammation are closely correlated with an imbalance in the polarization of intestinal M1/M2 macrophages. Therefore, reinstating the equilibrium in M1/M2 macrophage polarization could potentially serve as an effective approach to the prevention and treatment of UC-CRC. This paper aims to scrutinize the clinical evidence regarding Chinese medicine (CM) in the treatment of UC-CRC, the pivotal role of macrophage polarization in UC-CRC pathogenesis, and the potential mechanisms through which CM regulates macrophage polarization to address UC-CRC. Our objective is to offer fresh perspectives for clinical application, fundamental research, and pharmaceutical advancement in UC-CRC.

2021年《行政处罚法》通过实体条件和程序规定将处罚权下移至街镇后,街镇综合执法应走向法治化改革。然而当前改革中却存在“陷入压力型治理困境”和“走向自主型治理极端”两种实践误区。街镇综合执法改革应当迈向回应型治理,要求街镇因地制宜地配置执法权,建立优化协同高效的横向关系,通过纵向监督改进综合执法方式。结合地方已有的立法和实践经验,改革应践行“赋权式”执法模式,五权一体的权限构成和差异化的赋权清单将是执法权配置的出路。党政嵌入的协调领导、县级政府部门的协调指导、其他执法派出机构的协助配合将构成重要的横向关系。法制监督和平台监督两种纵向监督模式,辅之以问责与激励,是改革成效落地的关键。

船舶在自动靠泊的过程中会受到风、浪、流和岸壁效应等多种因素的干扰.鉴于此,针对全驱动船舶在复杂海洋条件下的自动靠泊问题,基于事件触发机制和模型预测控制,设计一种船舶自动靠泊控制器,以解决全驱动船舶在模型不确定性、执行器饱和、未知环境扰动以及岸壁效应等因素影响下的船舶自动靠泊问题.首先将船舶的三自由度模型进行线性化和离散化处理,并根据全驱动船舶的特性采用先泊位外镇定再平行靠拢的靠泊方式;然后为了提高求解速度,提出一种基于事件触发的自适应时域模型预测控制方案并进行稳定性分析;最后对一艘全驱动船舶进行仿真实验,将所提出的控制方案与其他已知方法进行对比.实验结果表明,所提出控制方案不仅能明显降低运算时间,而且具有更好的控制效果.

深度神经网络的安全性和鲁棒性是深度学习领域的研究热点.以往工作主要从对抗攻击角度揭示神经网络的脆弱性,即通过构建对抗样本来破坏模型性能并探究如何进行防御.但随着预训练模型的广泛应用,出现了一种针对神经网络尤其是预训练模型的新型攻击方式——后门攻击.后门攻击向神经网络注入隐藏的后门,使其在处理包含触发器(攻击者预先定义的图案或文本等)的带毒样本时会产生攻击者指定的输出.目前文本领域已有大量对抗攻击与防御的研究,但对后门攻击与防御的研究尚不充分,缺乏系统性的综述.全面介绍文本领域后门攻击和防御技术.首先,介绍文本领域后门攻击基本流程,并从不同角度对文本领域后门攻击和防御方法进行分类,介绍代表性工作并分析其优缺点;之后,列举常用数据集以及评价指标,将后门攻击与对抗攻击、数据投毒2种相关安全威胁进行比较;最后,讨论文本领域后门攻击和防御面临的挑战,展望该新兴领域的未来研究方向.
