Fault diagnosis of a marine power-generation diesel engine based on the Gramian angular field and a convolutional neural network

Marine power-generation diesel engines operate in harsh *** vibration signals are highly complex and the feature information exhibits a non-linear *** is difficult to extract effective feature information from the network model,resulting in low fault-diagnosis *** address this problem,we propose a fault-diagnosis method that combines the Gramian angular field(GAF)with a convolutional neural network(CNN).Firstly,the vibration signals are transformed into 2D images by taking advantage of the GAF,which preserves the temporal *** raw signals can be mapped to 2D image features such as texture and *** integrate the feature information,the images of the Gramian angular summation field(GASF)and Gramian angular difference field(GADF)are fused by the weighted average fusion ***,the channel attention mechanism and temporal attention mechanism are introduced in the CNN model to optimize the CNN learning *** the concept of residuals in the attention mechanism improves the feasibility of ***,the weighted average fused images are fed into the CNN for feature extraction and fault *** validity of the proposed method is verified by experiments with abnormal valve *** average diagnostic accuracy is 98.40%.When−20 dB≤signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)≤20 dB,the diagnostic accuracy of the proposed method is higher than 94.00%.The proposed method has superior diagnostic ***,it has a certain anti-noise capability and variable-load adaptive capability.

OIP5 Interacts with NCK2 to Mediate Human Spermatogonial Stem Cell Self-Renewal and Apoptosis through Cell Cyclins and Cycle Progression and Its Abnormality Is Correlated with Male Infertility

Spermatogonial stem cells(SSCs)have important applications in both reproduction and regenerative ***,specific genes and signaling transduction pathways in mediating fate decisions of human SSCs remain ***,we have demonstrated for the first time that OIP5(Opa interacting protein 5)controlled the self-renewal and apoptosis of human *** sequencing identified that NCK2 was a target for OIP5 in human SSCs,and interestingly,OIP5 could interact with NCK2 as shown by Co-IP(co-immunoprecipitation),IP-MS(mass spectrometry),and GST pulldown ***2 silencing decreased human SSC proliferation and Dna synthesis but enhanced their ***,NCK2 knockdown reversed the influence of OIP5 overexpression on human ***,OIP5 inhibition decreased the numbers of human SSCs at S and G2/M phases,while the levels of numerous cell cycle proteins,including cyclins A2,B1,D1,E1 and H,especially cyclin D1,were remarkably ***,whole-exome sequencing of 777 patients with nonobstructive azoospermia(NOA)revealed 54 singlenucleotide polymorphism mutations of the OIP5 gene(6.95%),while the level of OIP5 protein was obviously lower in testes of NOA patients compared to fertile ***,these results implicate that OIP5 interacts with NCK2 to modulate human SSC self-renewal and apoptosis via cell cyclins and cell cycle progression and that its mutation and/or lower expression is correlated with *** such,this study offers novel insights into molecular mechanisms underlying the fate determinations of human SSCs and the pathogenesis of NOA,and it provides new targets for treating male infertility.

Distributed user pairing and effective computation offloading in aerial edge networks

Future Sixth-Generation (6G) mobile communication networks extremely require the global connectivity and the ground Base Stations (BSs) are difficult to develop in some specific areas,such as mountainous ***,the aerial networks are the key framework for the future communications,in which the aerial vehicle could act as the access ***,Mobile Edge Computing (MEC) is also essential to enhance the data processing capabilities of aerial *** this paper,we study a comprehensive communication-computation resource management problem for jointly optimizing user pairing,power and time allocation in the MEC aided Cognitive Radio (CR) aerial networks,namely CR-MEC aerial ***,this multilevel optimization problem could be decomposed into the user pairing and power allocation as well as time allocation *** the conceived CR-MEC aerial networks,we propose a User Pairing and Computation Offloading Management Algorithm (UPCOMA) based on three-sided matching theory,aiming to minimize the system’s energy *** the first step of UPCOMA,multiple Primary Users (PUs) and Cognitive Users (CUs) on the ground negotiate to each other with the suitable power allocation coefficients and construct the stable user ***,the stable user pairs would match to a high altitude platform who act as the base station,which is for appropriately allocating Transmission Time Slots (TSs) at the second step of ***,a hybrid offloading mode is proposed in our conceived networks in order to support ground users to offload their tasks adaptively according to their individual ***,the simulation results reveal that the relative performance of UPCOMA is close to that of the Brute-Force Search Algorithm (BFSA) with low ***,the hybrid offloading mode with less energy consumption supports much more ground user pairs to offload tasks compared to the binary mode.

Experimental investigation of spectral evolution in flash radiation by hypervelocity impact on aluminum plates

In this study,a series of hypervelocity impact tests were carried out based on a two-stage light gas gun,and the sequence spectrum and radiation evolution data of the impact products under different impact conditions were *** diameter of the projectile is 3-5 mm,the impact velocity is 3.13-6.58 km/s,and the chamber pressure is 0.56-990 *** spectrum of ejected debris cloud in the 250-310 nm band were obtained using a transient spectral measurement system and a multi-channel radiometer measurement *** test results reveal that the flash radiation intensity increases as a power function with the kinetic energy of the ***,the peak value of the line spectrum decreases as the chamber vacuum degree increases,while the radiation width gradually *** line spectrum in the spectral characterization curve corresponds to the ejected debris clouds splitting phase,which does not produce significant line spectrum during material fragmentation and is dominated by the continuum spectrum produced by blackbody *** will appear one or three characteristic peaks in the flash radiation time curve,the first and second peaks correspond to the penetration phase and the third peak corresponds to the expansion phase of the ejected debris clouds on the time scale,the first and second peaks are more sensitive to the chamber vacuum degree,and when the pressure is higher than 99 Pa,the first and second characteristic peaks will *** radiant heat attenuation of the flash under different impact conditions is significantly different,the attenuation exponent has a power function relationship with the impact velocity and the chamber vacuum degree,while the attenuation exponent has a linear relationship with the diameter of the projectile,the specific expression of the attenuation exponent is obtained by *** findings from this research can serve as a valuable reference for remote diagnostic technologies based on flash radiation characte

Nonnegative Matrix Factorization(NMF)is one of the most popular feature learning technologies in the field of machine learning and pattern *** has been widely used and studied in the multi-view clustering tasks because of its *** study proposes a general semi-supervised multi-view nonnegative matrix factorization *** algorithm incorporates discriminative and geometric information on data to learn a better-fused representation,and adopts a feature normalizing strategy to align the different *** specific implementations of this algorithm are developed to validate the effectiveness of the proposed framework:Graph regularization based Discriminatively Constrained Multi-View Nonnegative Matrix Factorization(GDCMVNMF)and Extended Multi-View Constrained Nonnegative Matrix Factorization(ExMVCNMF).The intrinsic connection between these two specific implementations is discussed,and the optimization based on multiply update rules is *** on six datasets show that the effectiveness of GDCMVNMF and ExMVCNMF outperforms several representative unsupervised and semi-supervised multi-view NMF approaches.

In recent years, the demand for strategic metal resources, essential for scientific and technological progress and industrial development, has multiplied. Ensuring a stable supply of these metals is critical to national security and the well-being of the population. As global industrialization accelerates, the daily demand for nonferrous metals continues to rise. Consequently,extracting and recovering strategic metals from low-grade raw materials, such as solid waste, has become crucial for maintaining their supply and economic development. However, the extraction process is fraught with challenges, including mineral phase stability and complex composition. This review focuses on key strategic metals such as lithium, aluminum, gallium, and vanadium. It introduces and examines various methods for extracting nonferrous metals from different raw materials, including traditional mining technologies applied to low-grade solid wastes. It also outlines future development opportunities and challenges in this field.

Application of carbon materials for Zn anode protection in aqueous Zn metal batteries

Low-temperature graphitization of lignin via Co-assisted electrolysis in molten salt

The ever-growing energy demand and environmental issues have stimulated the development of sustainable energy ***,an efficient and environmentally friendly electrochemical transformation technology was proposed to prepare highly graphitized carbon materials from an abundant natural resource-lignin （LG）.The preparation process mainly includes pyrolytic carbonization of raw LG material and electrochemical conversion of amorphous carbon ***,with the assistance of Co catalyst,the graphitization degree of the products was significantly improved,in which the mechanism was the removal of heteroatoms in LG and the rearrangement of carbon atoms into graphite ***,tunable microstructures （nanoflakes） under catalytic effects could also be observed by controlling the electrolytic *** with the products CN1 （without catalyst） and CN5 （with 10%catalyst）,the specific surface area are 158.957 and202.246 m2g-1,*** used as the electrode material for lithium-ion batteries,CN5 delivered a competitive specific capacity of～350 m Ah g-1（0.5 C） compared with commercial *** strategy proposed in this work provides an effective way to extract value-added graphite materials from lignin and can be extended to the graphitization conversion of any other amorphous carbon precursor materials.

Objective:To study the effect of Shexiang Tongxin Dropping Pill(STDP)on angiogenesis in diabetic cardiomyopathy mice with coronary microcirculation dysfunction(CMD).Methods:According to a random number table,6 of 36 SPF male C57BL/6 mice were randomly selected as the control group,and the remaining 30 mice were injected with streptozotocin intraperitoneally to replicate the type 1 diabetes *** successfully copied the diabetes model were randomly divided into the model group,STDP low-dose group[15 mg/(kg·d)],medium-dose group[30 mg/(kg·d)],high-dose group[60 mg/(kg·d)],and nicorandil group[15 mg/(kg·d)],6 in each *** drug was given by continuous gavage for 12 *** cardiac function of mice in each group was detected at the end of the experiment,and coronary flow reserve(CFR)was detected by chest Doppler *** changes of myocardium were observed by hematoxylin-eosin staining,collagen fiber deposition was detected by masson staining,the number of myocardial capillaries was detected by platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1 staining,and the degree of myocardial hypertrophy was detected by wheat germ agglutinin *** expression of the vascular endothlial growth factor(VEGF)/endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS)signaling pathway-related proteins in myocardial tissue was detected by Western ***:Compared with the model group,medium-and high-dose STDP significantly increased the left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular fraction shortening(Plial growth factor receptor 2,phosphoinositide 3-kinase,protein kinase B,and eNOS(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:STDP has a definite therapeuti
