MgO participates in all stages of sintering,pelletizing,and blast furnace ironmaking,and synergistically optimizing the distribution of MgO in ferrous burden can effectively enhance the interaction within the ferrous burdens and optimize the softening-melting properties of the mixed ***-containing pellets mixed with low-MgO sinter or mixed with high-MgO sinter in the blast furnace ferrous burden structure have opposite softening-melting performance *** the structure of the ferrous burden is magnesium-containing pellets mixed with low-MgO sinter,the magnesium-containing pellets can enhance the interaction of the ferrous burden in the process of softening-melting,which can optimize the composition of the slag phase and improve the slag *** the structure of the ferrous burden is magnesium-containing pellets mixed with high-MgO sinter,the magnesium-containing pellets weaken the interaction of the ferrous burden in the process of softening-melting,increase the content of the high melting point solid-phase particles in the slag,lead to an increase in the viscosity of the slag and difficult separation of the slag and iron,and decrease the permeability of the charge ***,to ensure good permeability of the mixed burden,the following measures are suggested:optimizing the MgO distribution of the ferrous burden,reducing the MgO content of the sinter to 1.96 wt.%,increasing the MgO content of the pellets to 1.03-1.30 wt.%,controlling the MgO/Al_(2)O_(3) ratio of the mixed burden within 1.15-1.32,narrowing the position of the cohesive zone,and maintaining an S value(permeability index)of approximately 150 kPa℃.

A quantitative investigation on consolidation of titanium-containing pellets during roasting process

The measurement method and quantitative indexes of iron ore consolidation characteristic temperature(CCT)during roasting,including consolidation starting temperature,highest consolidation rate temperature,and consolidation termination temperature,were improved based on previous *** mineral properties of V-Ti magnetite(Panzhihua)were analyzed,and the CCT of V-Ti magnetite was *** investigate the effect of mineral types on CCT,a series of trials were carried out by using various ores,including high-grade magnetite ore,high silicon iron ore,and V-Ti magnetite *** greatest shrinkage of V-Ti magnetite was 6.7%,the consolidation starting temperature was 991℃,and the termination temperature was 1384℃.The results of X-ray diffraction analysis indicated that the V-Ti magnetite ore was composed of titanomagnetite,peridotite,and other minerals,which is more complicated than conventional *** a result,the temperature at the maximum rate of consolidation and the temperature at the termination of consolidation are the ***_(3) and MgFe_(2)O_(4) in V-Ti magnetite may inhibit the creation of sinter necks between hematite *** phase occurs inside the pellet when the temperature surpasses 1250℃,which may accelerate particle growth and the formation of a sintering neck within the pellets.

In the ironmaking process,the addition of an organic binder to replace a portion of bentonite has the potential to improve the per-formance of *** interaction between original bentonite(OB)and organic binder was *** indicated that the micromor-phology of organic composite bentonite(OCB)became porous and the infrared difference spectrum exhibited a curved *** addition,the residual burning rates of OB and organic binder were determined to be 82.72%and 2.30%,***,the influence of OCB on the properties of pellets was *** compressive strength of OCB-added green pellets(14.7 N per pellet)was better than that of OB-ad-ded pellets(10.3 N per pellet).Moreover,the range of melting temperature of OCB-added green pellets(173℃)was narrower than that of OB-added pellets(198℃).The compressive strength of OCB-added green pellets increased from 2156 to 3156 N per pellet with the increase in roasting temperature from 1200 to 1250℃.

This highlight is inspired by a recent article in Nature Energy in which liu and co-workers [1] from Tsinghua University designed a new asymmetric lithium salt (i.e., lithium 1,1,1-trifluoro-N-[2-[2-(2-methoxy ethoxy)ethoxy]ethyl] methanesulfonamide (li FEA)) and applied it as a new lithium-salt additive in the conventional carbonate-based electrolyte,overcoming the incompatibility issue of carbonate electrolytes with lithium metal in lithium metal batteries (LMBs),even achieving a fast-charging feature.

Effectiveness of Acupoint Application in Patients with Pharyngeal Pain: Evidence from CHUNBO, A Prospective Real-World Study

Objective: To assess the outcomes after acupoint application in patients with pharyngeal pain in a real-world settings, and analyze the characteristics of effective population and prescription characteristics of acupoint application. Methods: Based on CHUNBO platform, patients with pharyngeal pain who were candidates for acupoint application on the basis of physician-evaluation, were enrolled in a nationwide, prospective, 69-week multicenter observational study from August 2020 to February 2022. Propensity score matching(PSM) was used to match the confounding factors and the association rules were used to analyze the characteristics of effective population and prescription characteristics of acupoint application. Outcome assessments included the disappearance rate of pharyngeal pain(within 3, 7, and 14 days), disappearance time of pharyngeal pain, as well as adverse events. Results: Of 7,699 enrolled participants, 6,693(86.9%) received acupoint application and 1,450(21.7%) with non-acupoint application. After PSM, there were 1,004 patients each in the application group(AG) and non-application group(NAG). The disappearance rate of pharyngeal pain in the AG at 3, 7, and 14 days were all higher than those in the NAG(Pmainly 3–6 years old(40.21%). The disappearance rate of pharyngeal pain in the application group with tonsil diseases was 2.19 times higher than that in the NAG(Pma Rhei, and Herba Ephedrae. Deciphering and integrating invariants for neural operator learning with various physical mechanisms

Neural operators have been explored as surrogate models for simulating physical systems to overcome the limitations of traditional partial differential equation(PDE) solvers. However, most existing operator learning methods assume that the data originate from a single physical mechanism, limiting their applicability and performance in more realistic scenarios. To this end, we propose the physical invariant attention neural operator(PIANO) to decipher and integrate the physical invariants for operator learning from the PDE series with various physical mechanisms. PIANO employs self-supervised learning to extract physical knowledge and attention mechanisms to integrate them into dynamic convolutional *** to existing techniques, PIANO can reduce the relative error by 13.6%–82.2% on PDE forecasting tasks across varying coefficients, forces or boundary conditions. Additionally, varied downstream tasks reveal that the PI embeddings deciphered by PIANO align well with the underlying invariants in the PDE systems, verifying the physical significance of PIANO.
