In the classical credibility theory, the credibility premium is derived on the basis of pure premium. However, the insurance practice demands that the premium must be charged under some adaptable premium principle and serves the purpose for insurance business. In this paper, the balanced credibility models have been built under exponential principle, and the credibility estimator of individual exponential premium is derived. This result is also extended to the versions of multitude contracts, and the estimation of the structure parameters is investigated. Finally, the simulations have been introduced to show the consistency of the credibility estimator and its differences from the classical one.

The interaction between calf thymus DNA （ctDNA） and Pd （Ⅱ） meso-tetralds- （4-N-methyl pyridiniumyl） porphyrin （Pd-TMPyP） was investigated by steady solid-substrate room temperature phosphorescence （SS-RTP）. The SS-RTP intensity and lifetime of Pd-TMPyP enhanced with the increasing ctDNA. The anion quenching experiment of Pd-TMPyP indicated that Pd-TMPyP intercalated into ctDNA, which was also approved by UV-Vis spectra. Keywords： Pd-TMPyP, ctDNA, SS-RTP, intercalation

双峰山茶叶品质分析及产品质量标准化生产路径--以孝感市双峰山剥岸村绿茶为例

以孝感市双峰山区域高山野生茶和人工种植茶为研究对象,通过对茶叶的感官评审与茶叶有效成分、有害物质的测定,分别对其品质进行分析。研究表明:高山野生茶外形扁直较光滑,色泽深绿较润,汤色较明亮,香气清香,滋味较清醇爽,带鲜,有青涩味... 详细信息

以孝感市双峰山区域高山野生茶和人工种植茶为研究对象,通过对茶叶的感官评审与茶叶有效成分、有害物质的测定,分别对其品质进行分析。研究表明:高山野生茶外形扁直较光滑,色泽深绿较润,汤色较明亮,香气清香,滋味较清醇爽,带鲜,有青涩味,叶底较嫩匀尚成朵,感官评审得分为89.00;高山野生茶的有效成分的含量分别为:水浸出物含量为50.2%,茶多酚的含量为21.5%,咖啡碱的含量为3.4%,水浸出物、茶多酚含量和咖啡碱的含量与人工种植茶的物质含量基本相同,游离氨基酸与可溶性总糖含量分别为4.2%、8.27%,酚氨比为5.11,茶氨酸的含量为1.54%,游离氨基酸和茶氨酸的含量均高于人工种植茶,酚氨比低于人工种植茶;野生绿茶的有害物质的含量均低于国家标准范围,其中铬、镉、氟化物的含量较人工种植茶的含量少,未检测出砷和锡的含量。总体上看,双峰山茶叶整体品质优良,高山野生茶的污染较低,有其特定的产品特点和优势。农村合作社模式无法确保农民的茶叶收入稳定,不适合市场化运作,可以由省市级科研机构对茶树品种和人工炒制步骤进行优化改良,进一步提升产品质量,引入当地茶叶企业标准化生产,确保产品销路稳定、把控品质,实现各方面双赢局面。

目的:探讨同源盒家族中的人类同源盒C6(HOXC6)基因在前列腺癌中的表达情况及其对前列腺癌细胞增殖、侵袭和迁移能力的影响及机制。方法:应用基于基因表达水平值的交互式分析平台(GEPIA)数据库中关于HOXC6研究的数据,对其在前列腺癌中的表达水平变化进行分析。采用GEPIA数据库分析HOXC6表达水平与前列腺癌患者生存预后之间的关系。通过Western印迹检测HOXC6蛋白在前列腺癌组织、正常前列腺组织及不同前列腺癌细胞株DU-145、PC-3以及正常人前列腺上皮细胞RWPE-1中的表达情况。在人前列腺癌细胞DU145、PC-3和正常人前列腺上皮细胞RWPE-1中,利用siRNA质粒稳定干扰HOXC6基因表达,采用CCK8、平板克隆、划痕、Transwell侵袭实验检测HOXC6基因对前列腺癌细胞增殖、迁移、侵袭能力的影响。通过GEPIA数据库分析Wnt抑癌因子分泌型卷曲相关蛋白1(SFRP1)基因与HOXC6的相关性,采用Western印迹检测HOXC6-siRNA转染后PC-3细胞中HOXC6、SFRP1、Wnt及β-catenin蛋白表达。结果:HOXC6在前列腺癌组织中的表达高于正常前列腺组织(P<0.01),在前列腺癌细胞中的表达高于正常前列腺上皮细胞(P<0.01)。结合生物信息学分析,HOXC6高表达的PCa患者比低表达的生存率低(P=0.011)。siRNA组HOXC6蛋白相对表达量、吸光度值、克隆形成数、侵袭细胞数低于阴性对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过GEPIA数据库发现SFRP1高表达的前列腺癌患者预后较好,在体外实验中,前列腺癌PC-3细胞系中,Western印迹分析Wnt及β-catenin蛋白的表达均上升,SFRP1蛋白表达明显下降(P<0.05);与siRNA-NC、前列腺癌PC-3相比,siRNA-HOXC6转染组中的Wnt及β-catenin蛋白的表达均明显下降,SFRP1蛋白表达上升(P<0.05)。结论:HOXC6在前列腺癌组织中高表达,并与前列腺癌细胞的增殖、迁移和侵袭有关;HOXC6通过抑制SFRP1/Wnt/β-catenin信号通路从而促进前列腺癌DU145、PC-3细胞的生长,HOXC6有可能是临床治疗前列腺癌的潜在靶标。
