Background:The influenza A virus is the primary cause of respiratory infections and poses a global health *** Xiaoyan oral liquid(PDL)exhibits anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory *** is commonly employed in clinical practice to manage upper respiratory tract ***,there is still much to uncover regarding its potential therapeutic ***:Institute of cancer research mice were infected with influenza A virus via nasal *** general state of the mice,lung index,and lung index inhibition rate were used to evaluate the efficacy of ***-linked immunosorbent assay,western blotting,and immunohistochemistry were used to observe the presence of proteins and cytokines in the lung *** was evaluated using the TUNEL ***:PDL improved the mental state of influenza A virus-infected mice,reduced the lung index,and inhibited viral *** expression of interleukin-1βand tumor necrosis factor-αwere decreased,whereas the expression of interleukin-10 in the lung tissue was increased due to PDL *** addition,PDL treatment modulated Toll-like receptor 4 and MyD88 expressions in the lung *** significantly reduced apoptosis and decreased cleaved caspase-3 and PARP levels,whereas increased B-cell lymphoma-2 expression in the lung ***,the moderate-dose group of PDL exhibited a more pronounced *** findings indicate that PDL exerts a protective effect against pneumonia injury in influenza A virus-infected ***:PDL inhibited the inflammatory response and regulated apoptosis by regulating Toll-like receptor 4 and MyD88 protein expressions,thereby protecting the lung tissue from viral infection-induced lung tissue injury.

新发现的西藏南木林地区达那古火山机构为探讨陆相火山机构岩相组成及其大地构造意义提供了窗口。本项研究对达那古火山机构开展了地质剖面测量、岩相学研究,并对期后侵入的斑状二长花岗岩进行了锆石U-Pb年代学和全岩地球化学分析。结果表明,斑状二长花岗岩锆石U-Pb年龄为54.0±1.4 Ma,具有高硅(SiO_(2)=71.03%~75.88%)、高钾低钠(K_(2)O/Na_(2)O=1.45~1.79)、富碱(ALK=8.97%~9.67%)、低钛(TiO_(2)=0.17%~0.37%)等特征,铝饱和指数(A/CNK)介于0.95~1.00之间,里特曼指数(σ)介于2.45~3.38之间,属于准铝质、钙碱性岩石系列;轻稀土元素富集而重稀土元素相对亏损(LREE/HREE=7.60~9.78),且分异特征明显,(La/Sm)_(N)=2.85~4.21;Rb、Th、U等大离子亲石元素(liLE)和不相容元素相对富集,Nb、Ta、P、Ti等高场强元素(HFSE)相对亏损,表现出具有典型的俯冲带弧型或者壳源岩浆岩的地球化学属性。综合上述地质信息表明,达那古火山机构形成于54 Ma之前,斑状二长花岗岩形成于印度-欧亚大陆碰撞期的活动大陆边缘构造背景,在幔源岩浆底侵作用下,中下地壳发生熔融,之后岩浆分异上升侵位于火山通道结晶而成。

Crystal facet-dependent CO_(2) cycloaddition to epoxides over ZnO catalysts

With regard to green chemistry and sustainable development,the fixation of CO_(2) into epoxides to form cyclic carbonates is an attractive and promising pathway for CO_(2) *** oxides,renowned as promising eco-friendly catalysts for industrial production,are often undervalued in terms of their impact on the CO_(2)addition *** this work,we successfully developed ZnO nanoplates with(002)surfaces and ZnO nanorods with(100)surfaces via morphology-oriented regulation to explore the effect of crystal faces on CO_(2) *** quantitative data obtained from electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy indicated that the concentration of oxygen vacancies on the ZnO nanoplate surfaces was more than twice that on the ZnO nanorod *** functional theory calculations suggested that the(002)surfaces have lower adsorption energies for CO_(2) and epichlorohydrin than the(100)*** a result,the yield of cyclochloropropene carbonate on the ZnO nanoplates(64.7%)was much greater than that on the ZnO nanorods(42.3%).Further evaluation of the reused catalysts revealed that the decrease in the oxygen vacancy concentration was the primary factor contributing to the decrease in catalytic *** on these findings,a possible catalytic mechanism for CO_(2) cycloaddition with epichlorohydrin was *** work provides a new idea for the controllable preparation of high-performance ZnO catalysts for the synthesis of cyclic carbonates from CO_(2) and epoxides.

Wideband spectrum sensing with a high-speed analog-digital converter(ADC) presents a challenge for practical *** Nyquist folding receiver(NYFR) is a promising scheme for achieving cost-effective real-time spectrum sensing,which is subject to the complexity of processing the modulated *** this case,a multipath NYFR architecture with a step-sampling rate for the different paths is *** different numbers of digital channels for each path are designed based on the Chinese remainder theorem(CRT).Then,the detectable frequency range is divided into multiple frequency grids,and the Nyquist zone(NZ) of the input can be obtained by sensing these ***,high-precision parameter estimation is performed by utilizing the NYFR *** with the existing methods,the scheme proposed in this paper overcomes the challenge of NZ estimation,information damage,many computations,low accuracy,and high false alarm *** simulation experiments verify the effectiveness of the proposed architecture in this paper.

Impacts of Aggregation Methods and Trophospecies Number on the Structure and Function of Marine Food Webs

Aggregation of species with similar ecological properties is one of the effective methods to simplify food web ***,species aggregation will affect not only the complexity of modeling process but also the accuracy of models’*** of aggregation methods and the number of trophospecies are the keys to study the simplification of food *** this study,three aggregation methods,including taxonomic aggregation(TA),structural equivalence aggregation(SEA),and self-organizing maps(SOM),were analyzed and compared with the linear inverse model–Markov Chain Monte Carlo(liM-MCMC)*** of aggregation methods and trophospecies number on food webs were evaluated based on the robustness and unitless of ecological net-work *** showed that aggregation method of SEA performed better than the other two methods in estimating food web structure and function *** effects of aggregation methods were driven by the differences in species aggregation principles,which will alter food web structure and function through the redistribution of energy *** to the results of mean absolute percentage error(MAPE)which can be applied to evaluate the accuracy of the model,we found that MAPE in food web indices will increase with the reducing trophospecies number,and MAPE in food web function indices were smaller and more stable than those in food web structure ***,trade-off between simplifying food webs and reflecting the status of ecosystem should be con-sidered in food web *** findings highlight the importance of aggregation methods and trophospecies number in the analy-sis of food web *** study provided a framework to explore the extent to which food web models are affected by dif-ferent species aggregation,and will provide scientific basis for the construction of food webs.
