Parpose:The study aims to compare the efficacy and safety of a new minimally invasive osteosynthesis technique with those of conventional open surgery for transverse patellar fractures.Methods:It was a retrospective study.Adult patients with closed transverse patellar fracture were included,and with open comminuted patellar fracture were excluded.These patients were divided into minimally invasive osteosynthesis technique(MIOT)group and open reduction and internal fixation(ORIF)group.Surgical time,frequency of intraoperative fluoroscopy,visual analogue scale score,flexion,extension,Lysholm knee score,infection,malreduction,implant migration and implant irritation in two groups were recorded and compared.Statistical analysis was performed by the SPsS software package(version 19).A plications,such as infection,malreduction,implant migration,and implant irritation,occurred more frequently in the ORIF group.Conclusion:Compared with the ORIF group,the MIOT group reduced postoperative pain and had less complications and better exercise rehabilitation.Although it requires a long operation time,MIOT may be a wise choice for transverse patellar fractures.

植物-内生菌共生体在缓解植物的非生物和生物胁迫方面发挥着重要作用。在干旱和盐胁迫下,内生菌可以通过调控植物光合作用、激素浓度、渗透调节物质含量、抗氧化酶活性以及相关基因表达等来保证植物正常生长和发育,从而增强植物抗逆性。近年来,植物促生菌(Plant growth promoting bacteria,PGPB)接种剂也被广泛研究应用。本文综述了植物内生菌的多样性、共生内生菌和PGPB在干旱和盐胁迫下对植物基因的调控,为内生菌提高植物耐旱性和耐盐性的分子机制的深入研究提供参考。

For modular multilevel converter-based battery energy storage systems (MMC-BESS), uneven power among batteries of SMs will be deduced by battery aging, battery fault, etc., which will degrade performance and even lead to system failure. For maintaining the balance of capacitor voltage, this paper analyzes the limits of the uneven power of batteries, which are presented as the current limits in this paper. According to analysis, an analytical method is proposed that only the dc and fundamental frequency components of the arm current are used to calculate current limits. With the current limits it is able to evaluate the reasonability of power distribution among batteries. Meanwhile, increase of fundamental frequency component will enhance the current limits, and the dc component determines the size relationship between the absolute values of the upper and lower current limits. Finally, simulation model and experiment prototype are built for verifying the theoretical analysis and current limits calculation method, and satisfactory results are provided.

Due to the fact that a high share of renewable energy sources(RESs)are connected to high-voltage direct current(HVDC)sending-end AC power systems,the voltage and frequency regulation capabilities of HVDC sending-end AC power systems have diminished.This has resulted in potential system operating problems such as overvoltage and overfrequency,which occur simultaneously when block faults exist in the HVDC link.In this study,a steady-state voltage security-constrained optimal frequency control method for weak HVDC sending-end AC power systems is proposed.The integrated virtual inertia control of RESs is employed for system frequency regulation.Additional dynamic reactive power compensation devices are utilized to control the voltage of all nodes meet voltage security constraints.Then,an optimization model that simultaneously considers the frequency and steady-state voltage security constraints for weak HVDC sending-end AC power systems is established.The optimal control scheme with the minimum total cost of generation tripping and additional dynamic reactive power compensation required is obtained through the optimization solution.Simulations are conducted on a modified IEEE 9-bus test system and practical Qing-Yu line commutated converter based HVDC(LCC-HVDC)sending-end AC power system to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Loss of susceptibility to anoikis signals is a crucial step in metastasis.Anoikis resistance therefore represents a promising adjuvant therapeutic target for cancer management.In this study,we have conducted a rationalized screening to search for novel leading anoikis sensitizer from daily foods.Among 19 tested dietary phytochemicals,the best results were obtained with apigenin,a natural component of celery.Phenotypically,apigenin sensitized breast cancer cells to anoikis,lowered the number of circulating tumor cells,and protected against breast cancer metastasis to lung in mice.Mechanistically,we demonstrated that the thromboxane A_(2)(TXA_(2))-TXA_(2)receptor(TP)axis has a critical role in acquired anoikis resistance by activating PI3K-Akt signaling pathway.Blockage of TXA_(2)signaling up-regulated p53 as well as its target gene p21,caused a G1 phase arrest,and finally led to apoptosis in breast cancer cells.TXA_(2)level was positively correlated with breast cancer cell anoikis rate,and apigenin significantly inhibited TXA_(2)biosynthesis in vitro and in vivo.Collectively,we identified apigenin as a potent anoikis sensitizer with anti-metastatic properties in a mouse model of breast cancer,and these findings might provide a rationale for introducing apigenin supplementation to breast cancer patients.

SDH-FCOS:An Efficient Neural Network for Defect Detection in Urban Underground Pipelines

Urban underground pipelines are an important infrastructure in cities,and timely investigation of problems in underground pipelines can help ensure the normal operation of cities.Owing to the growing demand for defect detection in urban underground pipelines,this study developed an improved defect detection method for urban underground pipelines based on fully convolutional one-stage object detector(FCOS),called spatial pyramid pooling-fast(SPPF)feature fusion and dual detection heads based on FCOS(SDH-FCOS)model.This study improved the feature fusion component of the model network based on FCOS,introduced an SPPF network structure behind the last output feature layer of the backbone network,fused the local and global features,added a top-down path to accelerate the circulation of shallowinformation,and enriched the semantic information acquired by shallow features.The ability of the model to detect objects with multiple morphologies was strengthened by introducing dual detection heads.The experimental results using an open dataset of underground pipes show that the proposed SDH-FCOS model can recognize underground pipe defects more accurately;the average accuracy was improved by 2.7% compared with the original FCOS model,reducing the leakage rate to a large extent and achieving real-time detection.Also,our model achieved a good trade-off between accuracy and speed compared with other mainstream methods.This proved the effectiveness of the proposed model.

Conversion of labile Pb species into chloropyromorphite(CPY)using phosphorus-bearing amendments was considered to be an ideal strategy in soil passivation remediation.However,the fate and transport of CPY in the soil are poorly understood.This study aims to fill the knowledge gap by evaluating the fate and transport of CPY under environmentally relevant conditions of humic acid(HA),pH,electrolyte concentration,and species through the saturated sandy medium.Results showed that bare CPY colloids are basically immobile in sandy porous media while the co-existence of HA made the transport of CPY improved by30%-93.5%.Facilitated transport of CPY was attributed to the increased stability of CPY and the repulsive interaction between CPY particles and sands due to HA adsorption.The mobility of CPY was also increased with increasing pH from 5.0 to 9.0.When the pH was 9 with a10 mmol/L NaCl background solution,the stronger energy barrier between CPY and sand led to enhanced transport behavior.The divalent Ca^(2+)had a more dramatic effect than monovalent Na^(+)on the aggregation and sedimentation of CPY colloids due to its effectivescreening of the surface charge of CPY and bridging interaction with CPY particles.Derjaguin-LandauVerwey-Overbeek theory and attachment efficiency calculation indicated that high energy barriers were responsible for the high mobility of CPY colloids,while the retention of CPY in sands was mainly caused by secondary energy minimum and physically straining.The findings of this work can help to evaluate the fate of soil passivation remediation products in natural water and soil.

This paper presents a novel topology to control the baseband impedance of a power amplifier(PA)to avoid performance deterioration in concurrent dual-band mode.This topology can avoid pure resonance of capacitors and inductors LC,which leads to a high impedance at some frequency points.Consequently,it can be applied to transmitters that are excited by broadband signals.In particular,by adjusting the circuit parameters and increasing stages,the impedance of the key frequency bands can be flexibly controlled.A PA is designed to support this design idea.Its saturated output power is around 46.7 dBm,and the drain efficiency is>68.2%(1.8-2.3 GHz).Under concurrent two-tone excitation,the drain efficiency reaches around 40%even under 5.5 dB back-off power with the tone spacing from 10 MHz to 500 MHz.These results demonstrate that the proposed topology is capable of controlling wideband baseband impedance.

Objective:To investigate the effect of Huangqin Decoction(HQD)on nuclear factor erythroid 2 related-factor 2(Nrf2)/heme oxygenase(HO-1)signaling pathway by inducing the colitis-associated carcinogenesis(CAC)model mice with azoxymethane(AOM)/dextran sodium sulfate(DSS).Methods:The chemical components of HQD were analyzed by liquid chromatography-quadrupole-time-of-flight mass spectrometry(LC-Q-TOF-MS/MS)to determine the molecular constituents of HQD.Totally 48 C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into 6 groups by a random number table,including control,model(AOM/DSS),mesalazine(MS),low-,medium-,and high-dose HQD(HQD-L,HQD-M,and HQD-H)groups,8 mice in each group.Except for the control group,the mice in the other groups were intraperitoneally injected with AOM(10 mg/kg)and administrated with 2.5%DSS orally for 1 week every two weeks(totally 3 rounds of DSS)to construct a colitis-associated carcinogenesis mouse model.The mice in the HQD-L,HQD-M and HQD-H groups were given HQD by gavage at doses of 2.925,5.85,and 11.7 g/kg,respectively;the mice in the MS group was given a suspension of MS at a dose of 0.043 g/kg(totally 11 weeks).The serum levels of malondialdehyde(MDA)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The mRNA and protein expression levels of Nrf2,HO-1,and inhibitory KELCH like ECH-related protein 1(Keap1)in colon tissue were detected by quantitative real-time PCR,immunohistochemistry,and Westem blot,respectively.Results:LC-Q-TOF-MS/MS analysis revealed that the chemical constituents of HQD include baicalin,paeoniflorin,and glycyrrhizic acid.Compared to the control group,significantly higher MDA levels and lower SOD levels were observed in the model group(P<0.05),whereas the expressions of Nrf2 and HO-1 were significantly decreased,and the expression of Keap1 increased(P<0.01).Compared with the model group,serum MDA level was decreased and SOD level was increased in the HQD-M,HQD-H and MS groups(P<0.05).Higher expressions of Nrf2 and HO-1 were observed in the HQD groups.Co
