li metal batteries（LMBs） have attracted much attention due to the ultra-high theoretical capacity of the li metal anode（Lma）.However,the uncontrollable dendrites growth and low coulombic efficiency hinder their practical ***,we explore 3,5-difluoropyridine（2F-BD） as a novel electrolyte additive to enable highperformance *** 2F-BD additive participates in and modifies the solvation structure of li ions by reducing the coordinated number of PF6-at the electrode surface,leading to the formation of a liF and li3N-rich solid electrolyte interphase（SEI）.The liF component increases the robustness of SEI and suppresses the formation of li dendrites,while the li3N component facilitates the transportation and reaction kinetics of li *** a result,the li‖li symmetric cell presents a stable cycling performance of up to 500 h at a current density of 1 ma *** coupling with liFePO4cathode,the obtained full cell achieves high specific capacities of 106.06 ma h g-1and 84.98 ma h g-1at 2.55 ma cm-2and 5.10 ma cm-2,respectively,and maintains a high capacity retention of84.0% after 1000 cycles at 0.13 ma cm-2,with an average cycling CE of 99.58%.

lipid nanoparticles(LNPs)have emerged as highly effective delivery systems for nucleic acid-based ***,the broad clinical translation of LNP-based drugs is hampered by the lack of robust and scalable synthesis techniques that can consistently produce formulations from early development to clinical *** this work,we proposed a method to achieve scalable synthesis of LNPs by scaling inertial microfluidic mixers isometrically in three ***,a theoretical predictive method,which controls the mixing time to be equal across different chips,is developed to ensure consistent particle size and size distribution of the synthesized *** loaded with small interfering RNA(siRNA)were synthesized at different flow rates,exhibiting consistent physical properties,including particle size,size distribution and encapsulation *** work provides a practical approach for scalable synthesis of LNPs consistently,offering the potential to accelerate the transition of nucleic acid drug development into clinical application.

An improved ensemble empirical mode decomposition(IEEMD) is suggested to process water quality spectral signals in order to address the issue that noise interference makes it difficult to extract and evaluate water quality spectral *** algorithm effectively solves the problems of modal mixing,poor reconstruction accuracy in the empirical mode decomposition(EMD),and a large amount of calculation in the ensemble empirical mode decomposition(EEMD).Based on EEMD,IEEMD firstly preprocesses the original water quality spectral signals,then performs Savitzky-Golay(S-G) smoothing on the decomposed effective intrinsic mode function(IMF) components,and finally reconstructs them to obtain the denoised *** sample data at different concentrations can be accurately analyzed based on the noise-reduced spectral *** this paper,three water quality parameters are used as research objects:benzene(C_(6)H_(6)),benzo(b)fluoranthene(C_(20)H_(12)),and chemical oxygen demand(COD).The original water quality multi-parameter(C_(6)H_(6),C_(20)H_(12),COD) spectral signals were subjected to denoising based on the IEEMD and the water quality multi-parameter joint detection *** signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) and the correlation coefficient(R^(2)) of the fitted curves obtained from the processing of the IEEMD were compared and analyzed with those obtained from the processing of the EMD and the *** experimental results show that the SNR of the spectral signals and the R^(2) of the fitting curve in three water quality parameters have been significantly ***,the IEEMD effectively improves the phenomenon of modal mixing,reduces the amount of calculation,improves the reconstruction accuracy,and provides an important guarantee for the effective extraction of multi-parameter spectral signals of water quality.

liquid film cooling as an advanced cooling technology is widely used in space *** operation of liquid film along the rocket combustion inner wall is crucial for thermal protection of rocket *** stability of liquid film is mainly determined by the characteristics of interfacial wave,which is rarely investigated right *** to improve the stability of thin film has become a hot *** view of this,an advanced model based on the conventional Volume of Fluid(VOF)model is adopted to investigate the characteristics of interfacial wave in gas-liquid flow by using OpenFOAM,and the mechanism of formation and development of wave is revealed intuitively through numerical *** effects from gas velocity,surface tension and dynamic viscosity of liquid(three factors)on the wave are studied *** can be found that the gas velocity is critical to the formation and development of wave,and four modes of droplets generation are illustrated in this ***,a gas vortex near the gas-liquid interface can induce formation of wave easily,so changing the gas vortex state can regulate formation and development of ***’s more,the change rules of three factors influencing on the interfacial wave are obtained,and the surface tension has a negative effect on the formation and development of wave only when the surface tension coefficient is above the critical value,whereas the dynamic viscosity has a positive effect in this ***,the maximum height and maximum slope angle of wave will level off as the gas velocity ***,the maximum slope angle of wave is usually no more than 38°,no matter what happens to the three factors.

Identification and Detection of Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae in Infected and Subclinically Infected Pigs by Multiplex PCR Based on the Genes ApxIVA and OmlA

PCRs based on different genes of Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae have been developed for detecting and identifying A. pleuropneumoniae. Some of them could amplify positive fragments from the phylogenetically closely related species bacteria. To improve veracity and specificity of PCR, a species-specific multiplex PCR assay was developed to identify and detect A. pleuropneumoniae, based on the 3＇-terminus of the species-specific apxlVA gene and the already existing species-specific primers in the omlA gene. Both 346-bp and 950-bp fragments could be simultaneously amplified from all A. pleuropneumoniae reference strains and isolates, and the species specificity of the assay was evaluated with a collection of ten strains representing eight different species bacteria including species normally found in the respiratory tracts of swine. All of these strains turned out negative in the multiplex PCR. All sequences of products of multiplex PCR randomly sampled were also correct. The sensitivity of the multiplex PCR was determined to be 10 pg of A. pleuropneumoniae DNA. The multiplex PCR and bacterial isolation were compared to determine their sensitivities by using experimentally infected pigs and clinical disease pigs. The multiplex PCR was more sensitive than bacterial isolation. The multiplex PCR was also evaluated on mixed bacterial cultures from clinical healthy pigs. 26/100 （26%） of the subclinically infected pigs were detected from clinical healthy pigs. The results indicate that the multiplex PCR assay is a sensitive, highly specific, and effective diagnostic tool for identification and detection of A. pleuropneumoniae.

Ultra-long n-alkanes are highly valuable in both scientific research and as major constituents of specialty high-melting-point *** conventional methods(e.g.,Fischer–Tropsch(FT),ethylene oligomerization,and polyethylene cracking)typically resulting in wide n-alkane distributions,the elaborate design strategy presented herein allows the direct synthesis of pure,long n-alkanes using a modular splicing method with acetone,furfural,and fatty acid anhydrides or acyl chlorides as *** herein approach is based on a simple four-step catalytic reaction scheme involving C–C chain elongation and C–O bond *** synthesized pure n-alkanes had a carbon chain length as high as C_(49)(total yield of 49%).The synthesis approach also allows to selectively prepare n-alkanes with even and odd carbon numbers ranging from C15 to C_(49).This process represents a great breakthrough in the synthesis of long-chain pure n-alkanes,surpassing the carbon number limitations reported in previous methodologies.

The nature of solid-liquid interfaces is of great significance in *** advances have been made in lubrication based on hydration ***,a detailed molecular-level understanding is still ***,we investigated water molecule behaviors at the TiO2-aqueous interfaces by the sum-frequency generation vibrational spectroscopy(SFG-VS)and atomic force microscope(AFM)to elucidate the fundamental role of solid-liquid interfaces in *** contributions of water structures and hydration effects were revealed,where water structures played the dominant role in lubrication for TiO2 surfaces of varying hydrophilicity,while hydration effects dominated with the increasing of ion *** lubrication is observed on the initial TiO2 surfaces with strongly H-bonded water molecules compared to the hydrophilic TiO2 surfaces with more disordered *** stable ordered water arrangement with strong hydrogen bonds and the shear plane occurring between the ordered water layer and subsequent water layer may play a significant role in achieving lower *** adsorbed hydrated molecules with the increasing ionic concentration perturb ordered water but lead to the enhancement of hydration effects,which is the main reason for the improved lubrication for both *** work provides more insights into the detailed molecular-level understanding of the mechanism of hydration lubrication.

Superlubricity control is of great interest in both industry and scientific research,and several methods have been proposed to achieve this *** this work,ultraviolet(UV)light was introduced into titanium dioxide(TiO_(2))and silicon nitride(Si_(3)N_(4))tribosystems to accomplish photoinduced *** friction coefficients(COFs)between Si_(3)N_(4) balls and TiO_(2) plates in the mixtures of sulfuric acid(H^(2)SO_(4))solution and glycerol solution were obviously reduced,and the system entered the superlubricity region(COFmation of silica(SiO_(2))layers on the surfaces of Si_(3)N_(4) balls and the elastohydrodynamic effects were determined to be fundamental to the low friction in this experiment,and the enhancement of the combination between the TiO_(2) surface and the hydroxy group of glycerol by UV illumination was the key to the photoinduced superlubricity in this *** findings showed one method for achieving superlubricity by introducing a light field that could be further applied to special working conditions.

Thermoelectric power generators have attracted increasing interest in recent years owing to their great potential in wearable electronics power *** is noted that thermoelectric power generators are easy to damage in the dynamic service process,resulting in the formation of microcracks and performance ***,we prepare a new hybrid hydrogel thermoelectric material PAAc/XG/Bi2Se0.3Te2.7by an in situ polymerization method,which shows a high stretchable and self-healable performance,as well as a good thermoelectric *** the sample with Bi2Se0.3Te2.7content of 1.5 wt%(i.e.,PAAc/XG/Bi2Se0.3Te2.7（1.5 wt%）),which has a room temperature Seebeck coefficient of-0.45 mV K-1,and exhibits an opencircuit voltage of-17.91 mV and output power of 38.1 nW at a temperature difference of 40 *** being completely cut off,the hybrid thermoelectric hydrogel automatically recovers its electrical characteristics within a response time of 2.0 s,and the healed hydrogel remains more than 99% of its initial power *** stretchable and self-healable hybrid hydrogel thermoelectric materials show promising potential for application in dynamic service conditions,such as wearable electronics.
