Tumor-derived exosomes have been shown to play a key role in organ-specific metastasis,and the androgen receptor regulates prostate cancer(PCa)*** is unclear whether the androgen receptor regulates the recruitment of prostate cancer cells to the bone microenvironment,even bone metastases,through ***,we found that exosomes isolated from PCa cells after knocking down androgen receptor(AR)or enzalutamide treatment can facilitate the migration of prostate cancer cells to *** addition,AR silencing or treatment with the AR antagonist enzalutamide may increase the expression of circular RNA-deoxyhypusine synthase(circ-DHPS)in PCa cells,which can be transported to osteoblasts by ***-DHPS acts as a competitive endogenous RNA(ceRNA)against endogenous miR-214-3p to promote C-C chemokine ligand 5(CCL5)levels in *** the level of CCL5 in osteoblasts could recruit more PCa cells into the bone ***,blocking the circ-DHPS/miR-214-3p/CCL5 signal may decrease exosome-mediated migration of prostate cancer cells to osteoblasts.

lithium metal is considered as the ultimate anode material for the next generation of high-energy density ***,non-uniform lithium dendrite growth,serious electrolyte consumption,and significant volume changes during lithium deposition/stripping processes lead to sustained accumulation of inactive lithium and poor cycling *** the formation and evolution of inactive lithium under different conditions and fully evaluating the complex failure modes are the key issues in this challenging *** article comprehensively reviews recent research progress on the quantification of formation and evolution of inactive lithium detected by different quantitative techniques in rechargeable lithium metal *** key research challenges such as failure mechanism,modification strategies and operando characterization of lithium metal anodes are systematically summarized and *** review provides a new angle of view to understand failure mechanism of lithium metal anodes and inspiration and guidance for the future development of rechargeable lithium metal batteries.

Background:Despite improvements in objective response rates to cisplatin-based combination chemotherapy,the majority of advanced ovarian cancer remains suboptimal,resulting in poor *** has been found that non-coding RNAs(ncRNAs)not only participate in the transmission of signals between various cells but also participate in tumor immunity and anti-tumor immune responses,thereby regulating tumor occurrence and ***,the function and detailed mechanism of ultraconserved RNA(ucRNA)in ovarian cancer chemoresistance is still ***:Western blotting assay,Quantitative real-time PCR analysis(qPCR),and Kaplan-Meier Plotter analysis were performed to analyze the expression and prognosis of uc.243 in ovarian *** assay and Annexin V assay were performed to analyze the function of uc.243 in cisplatin resistance in ovarian cancer *** pull-down and qPCR experiments were performed to explore the molecular mechanism of uc.243 enhancing cisplatin resistance in ovarian cancer ***:Herein,we found that uc.243 was remarkably upregulated and correlated with patient survival in chemoresistance ovarian cancer patients compared with chemo-sensitive ovarian *** experiment displayed that uc.243 induced cisplatin resistance on ovarian cancer cells by facilitating the efflux of cisplatin(CDDP);but inhibiting the expression of uc.243 significantly reverses this ***,uc.243 can inhibit the binding of RNA binding protein DGCR8 microprocessor complex subunit to pri-miR-155,thereby inhibiting the cleavage of pri-miR-155 and decrease in mature miR-155,subsequently upregulates the expression of ATP binding cassette subfamily B member(ABCB1,ABCC2).Conclusion:Our research findings indicate that uc.243 can induce chemotherapy resistance in ovarian cancer,suggesting that it may become a new prognostic biomarker for malignant ovarian cancer.

Influence of cerium and yttrium addition on strength and electrical conductivity of pure aluminum alloys

To develop pure aluminum alloys with high conductivity and strength, Al-0.2Ce and Al-0.2Ce-0.1Y alloys were prepared by rolling and annealing processes in this study. The effects of trace rare earth elements on the strength and electrical conductivity of the pure aluminum alloys were investigated. It is revealed that the addition of Ce and Y to pure aluminum can effectively enhance the strength and electrical conductivity of the alloys. In Al-0.2Ce, the addition of Ce can effectively refine the grain size of a-Al, with an average grain size of 90.68 μm in the as-cast state. The grain size of the alloy is further reduced to 87.55 μm by the simultaneous addition of Y. The synergistic addition of Ce and Y changes the properties of the alloy. The addition of Ce and Y also produces the Al_(11)Ce_(3) and Al_(3)Y second phases, which have coherent relationship with a-Al. The two-dimensional mismatch degree was calculated to be only 4.43%and 0.85%, respectively, which can provide a certain amount of nucleation substrate for a-Al in the incubation stage. The interfacial match between the L1_(2)structure of Al_(3)Y and a-Al was calculated using first-principles simulations. The results indicate that Al_(3)Y has a strong bonding effect with a-Al. Nanoscale second phases at grain boundaries can be effective in reducing resistivity due to dislocation *** second phases with better matching interfaces to the substrate have no positive effect on the scattering motion of electrons.

Since the appearance of Rochelle salt,ferroelectrics have received extensive attention from researchers due to they are playing an important role in sensors,memories,mechanical actuation,and so *** recent years,with the rapid development of molecular ferroelectrics,high-performance molecular ferroelectrics have become effective complement to inorganic ***,compared with inorganic ferroelectrics,the family of molecular ferroelectrics is relatively scarce,and exploring highperformance ferroelectric materials through new synthesis strategies has become the trend of molecular ***,we successfully transformed non-polar material 1(2-H_(2)PCA)_(2)(H_(2)O)CdCl_(6)(2-H_(2)PCA=2-picolylamine cation)into polar material 2(2-H_(2)PCA)2CdCl_(6)by single-crystal to single-crystal transformation(SCSCT).Meanwhile,2 exhibits clear ferroelectricity with a high-temperature Tc of 378 K,a Ps of 1.18μC/cm^(2)at 300 *** work not only realizes the purpose of synthesizing ferroelectrics by forming polar structures by SCSCT,but also realizes the reversibility of SCSCT,which provides ideas for the construction and exploration of new molecular ferroelectrics.

BACKGROUND The coexistence of esophageal variceal bleeding and superficial esophageal cancer(SEC)is relatively rare in clinical ***,there have been few reports of SEC overlying esophageal varices(EVs).Herein,we report our successful use of endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD),esophageal solitary venous dilatation(ESVD),and endoscopic injection sclerotherapy(EIS)to treat a 75-year-old man who was diagnosed with SEC coexisting with esophageal variceal *** SUMMARY A 75-year-old man was admitted to the hospital due to black stool for 4 *** patient had a history of liver cancer,cirrhosis,and portal ***-pic examination revealed esophageal and gastric varicose veins,as well as esoph-ageal carcinoma in *** first treated esophageal variceal bleeding by ESVD and *** week later,ESD treatment was done,and the complete rese-ction of early esophageal cancer was successfully completed via *** were no postoperative complications,such as bleeding,infection,or *** The sequential treatment of ESVD,EIS,and ESD is an effective method for trea-ting EVs with early esophageal cancer.

Poly(butylene succinate)(PBS)exhibits many advantages,such as renewability,biodegradability,and impressive thermal and mechanical properties,but is limited by the low melt viscosity and strength resulted from the linear *** address this,vitrimeric network was introduced to synthesize PBS vitrimers(PBSVs)based on dynamic imine bonds through melt polymerization of hydroxyl-terminated PBS with vanillin derived imine containing compound and hexamethylene diisocyanate using trimethylolpropane as a crosslinking *** with different crosslinking degrees were synthesized through changing the content of the crosslinking *** effect of crosslinking degree on the thermal,theological,mechanical properties,and stress relaxation behavior of the PBSVs was studied in *** results demonstrated that the melt viscosity,melt strength,and heat resistance were enhanced substantially without obvious depression in crystallizability,thermal stability,and mechanical properties through increasing crosslinking *** addition,the PBSVs exhibit thermal reprocessability with mechanical properties recovered by more than 90%even after processing for three ***,PBSV with improved melt properties shows significantly improved foamability compared to commercial *** research contributes to the advancement of polymer technology by successfully developing PBS vitrimers with improved properties,showcasing their potential applications in sustainable and biodegradable materials.

There is increasing evidence shows that either electrical stimulation(ES)or metal ion is an effective way to accelerate ulcerative wound ***,less attention is paid to investigating the synergistic effect between ***,we explore the combined effects of ES and multiple metal ions on dia-betic wound healing assisted by a triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG).Firstly,the novel Eggshell@CuFe_(2)O_(4)nanocomposites(NCs)are prepared,which show unique structure and intrinsic antimicrobial ***,the as-prepared nanocomposites are embedded in oxidized starch hydrogel to form a mul-tifunctional composite gel,which is further assembled into a wearable ionic triboelectric nanogenerator(iTENG)patch with polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS).It can convert the mechanical energy produced by a human body motion to electric energy and mediate the sequential release of metal ions(Fe^(2+)/Ca^(2+)/Cu^(2+)),thereby resulting in the“cocktail effect”on impaired *** their effects,a satisfying healing re-sult in diabetic mouse is identified,which can effectively accelerate wound healing process by relieving inflammation,promoting angiogenesis and collagen *** work puts forward the cocktail effect of electric simulation coupled with the multiple metal ions,and opens up a new perspective in designing iTENG patch towards repair of hard-to-heal wounds.
