To explore the function of Survivin gene expression in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)and siRNA on controlling CNE-2 nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell proliferation and apoptosis.(Immunology And Histology Chemistry(IHC),in situ hybridization(ISH)and RT-PCR technique are used to detect Survivin protein and mRNA expression;the design software provided by American Ambion Company is used to design RNA(siRNA)sequence which will distract human’s Survivin gene;then SilencerTM siRNA Construction Kit is used to synthetize siRNA;liposome method is used to transfer siRNA into CNE-2 cell ***-PCR technique is used to detect the function of siRNA on controlling Survivin gene expression;MTT assay method is used to test the function of siRNA on controlling the growth and proliferation of cells;FCM method is used to detect the induction function of siRNA on cell apoptosis;electron microscope is used to observe ultrastructure change of CNE-2 cell;Western blotting method is used to detect Survivin gene closed effect,results show that the Survivin protein positive expression rate of nasopharyngeal tissue of NPC is 71.9%while mRNA positive expression rate is 65.6%,the relative expression of mRNA is 4.16×10;data of the control group are 23.3%,33.3%and 4.42×*** the transfection group with three different siRNA sequences,the CNE-2 cell Survivin mRNA expression level has decreased at different degrees;cell proliferation inhibition rate and apoptosis rate in certain dose have increased along with concentration;siRNA3 transfection group with different doses can induce CNE-2 cell apoptosis at different *** blotting technique and IHC technique has verified that Survivin protein expression decreases effect and electron microscope has confirmed that there are ultrastructure changes happened in cancer *** gene expression of NPC presents tread of increase;Transcription in vitro synthetic siRNA can effectively decrease CNE-2Survivin gene expression

This study aimed to investigate the relationship between prognosis and the expression products of apoptotic inhibitor gene,survivin protein and m RNA in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma,and further the functions of surviving gene in nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line *** and hybridization in situ technique were used in detecting the survivin protein and m RNA in 44 nasopharyngeal carcinoma specimens,30 chronic nasopharyngitis specimens as the *** gene in CNE2 cell line was interfered by sh RNA(short hairpin RNA).The positive ratios of expression for survivin protein and m RNA in nasopharyngeal carcinoma were 79.5%and 75.0%respectively,higher than those of control group obviously(pliferation of CNE2 cell line is inhibited distinctly by the specifical sh RNA that could interfere the survivin *** over expression of survivin gene plays an important role in onset and development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma,and it will be helpful for prognosis appraisal of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.

Quantum public-key crypto via EPR pairs

With the development of quantum computing technology, quantum public-key cryptography is gradually becoming an alternative to the existing classical public-key cryptography. This paper designs a quantum trapdoor one-way function via EPR pairs and quantum measurements. Based on this, a new quantum public-key cryptosystem is presented, which offers forward security,and can resist the chosen-plaintext attack and chosen-ciphertext attack. Compared with the existing quantum public-key cryptos,eavesdropping can be automatically detected in this new quantum public-key cryptosystem under a necessary condition, which is also detailed in the paper.

Vector meson's spin alignments in high energy reactions

The global spin alignment of vector mesons has been observed by the STAR collaboration at the Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider （RHIC） at Brookhaven National Laboratory （BNL）.It provides a unique opportunity to probe the correlation between the polarized quark and antiquark in the strongly coupled quark-gluon plasma （sQGP） produced in relativistic heavy ion collisions,opening a new window to explore the properties of s *** addition,spin alignments of vector mesons have also been observed in other high-energy particle collisions such as e+e-annihilations at high energies where hadron production is dominated by quark fragmentation *** results obtained are quite different from those obtained in heavy ion collisions where quark coalescence/combination mechanism dominates suggesting strong dependence on hadronization *** comprehensive studies in different hadronization processes are *** this article,we present a brief review of theoretical and experimental advances in the study of vector meson’s spin alignments in a variety of high-energy particle collisions,with emphasis on hadronization mechanisms.

High-entropy materials represent a new category of high-performance materials,first proposed in 2004 and extensively investigated by researchers over the past two *** definition of high-entropy materials has continuously *** the last ten years,the discovery of an increasing number of high-entropy materials has led to significant advancements in their utilization in energy storage,electrocatalysis,and related domains,accompanied by a rise in techniques for fabricating high-entropy electrode ***,the research emphasis has shifted from solely improving the performance of high-entropy materials toward exploring their reaction mechanisms and adopting cleaner preparation ***,the current definition of high-entropy materials remains relatively vague,and the preparation method of high-entropy materials is based on the preparation method of single metal/low-or medium-entropy *** should be noted that not all methods applicable to single metal/low-or medium-entropy materials can be directly applied to high-entropy *** this review,the definition and development of high-entropy materials are briefly ***,the classification of high-entropy electrode materials is presented,followed by a discussion of their applications in energy storage and catalysis from the perspective of synthesis ***,an evaluation of the advantages and disadvantages of various synthesis methods in the production process of different high-entropy materials is provided,along with a proposal for potential future development directions for high-entropy materials.

Unique inter-skeleton conductive films are constructed in polymer *** resistance change of the foam can reach four orders of magnitude under *** foam exhibits strain-adaptive electromagnetic interference shielding performance, anti-interference pressure sensor with high sensitivity over a wide pressure range and compression-regulated Joule heating function. Conductive polymer foam (CPF) with excellent compressibility and variable resistance has promising applications in electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding and other integrated functions for wearable electronics. However, its insufficient change amplitude of resistance with compressive strain generally leads to a degradation of shielding performance during deformation. Here, an innovative loading strategy of conductive materials on polymer foam is proposed to significantly increase the contact probability and contact area of conductive components under compression. Unique inter-skeleton conductive films are constructed by loading alginate-decorated magnetic liquid metal on the polymethacrylate films hanged between the foam skeleton (denoted as AMLM-PM foam). Traditional point contact between conductive skeletons under compression is upgraded to planar contact between conductive films. Therefore, the resistance change of AMLM-PM reaches four orders of magnitude under compression. Moreover, the inter-skeleton conductive films can improve the mechanical strength of foam, prevent the leakage of liquid metal and increase the scattering area of EM wave. AMLM-PM foam has strain-adaptive EMI shielding performance and shows compression-enhanced shielding effectiveness, solving the problem of traditional CPFs upon compression. The upgrade of resistance response also enables foam to achieve sensitive pressure sensing over a wide pressure range and compression-regulated Joule heating function.

Auroral Kilometric Radiation(AKR)is a common radio emission,which can contribute to the magnetosphere−ionosphere−atmosphere *** emissions have been observed in all magnetic planet magnetospheres of the solar *** this study,using observations from the FAST satellite from 30 August 1996 to 9 September 2001,the distribution of AKR in altitude=500−4500 km and invariant latitude(|ILAT|)=60°−80°has been analyzed.63045 AKR samples have been identified with~48%(52%)samples on the dayside(nightside).Of considerable interest,there is a distinct MLT asymmetry with the high occurrence rate in MLT=05−08 and 18−22(02−05 and 12−17)in the northern(southern)*** distinct MLT asymmetry is associated with the direction of Bxof the interplanetary magnetic *** addition,the occurrence rate on the nightside clearly increases as the index *** study further enriches *** and understanding of AKR in the magnetosphere as well as other similar radio emissions.

Efficient Mesh Updating Scheme for the ALE Corotational Formulation of an Arbitrarily Curved Beam

This paper presents an efficient mesh updating scheme(MUS)for the arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian(ALE)formulation of an arbitrarily curved beam based on the corotational *** discretizing the beam using both Lagrangian elements and ALE elements,the proposed MUS can take full advantage of the simple expression form of the Lagrangian formulation and the accurate moving-load description of the ALE *** deleting-node and adding-node procedures of the MUS can avoid the negative influence of the variation of the ALE element length on the element accuracy and stiffness matrix *** contrast to the adding-node procedure for Lagrangian elements,interpolation cannot be used *** a Lagrangian node in an ALE element is investigated,and the displacement,velocity,and acceleration of the newly added node are evaluated accurately based on the corotational *** examples are investigated to verify the validity,computational accuracy and computational efficiency of the proposed MUS by comparing the results of the MUS with those from literature that utilized traditional ALE *** examples show that the proposed MUS has significant advantages in terms of computational time and computer memory.

High-dose dexamethasone regulates microglial polarization via the GR/JAK1/STAT3 signaling pathway after traumatic brain injury
