The global trend towards new energy storage systems has stimulated the development of electrochemical energy storage *** these technologies,rechargeable aqueous zinc-ion batteries（AZIBs） have attracted considerable interest as a potential alternative to lithium-ion batteries（liBs） due to their affordable cost,environmental compatibility and high safety *** this study,a high-quality electrode for AZIBs has been successfully developed using a dehydrated mixed-valence polyoxometalate-based three-dimensional（3D） inorganic framework material known as [H6Mn3VⅣ15V-Ⅴ4O46（H2O）12]（3D-MnVO）.This innovative 3D-MnVO material is built from the alternate connections of {V19O46} "sphere-shaped" clusters and μ2-{Mn（H2O）4} bridges,where each {V19O46} cluster is surrounded by three pairs of vertically distributed {Mn（H2O）4} units,thus resulting in the 3D interpenetrating grid-like network from the infinite [-{V19O46}-μ2-Mn（H2O）4-{V19O46}]∞chains in three mutually perpendicular *** 3D framework structure of 3D-MnVO possesses abundant oxygen vacancies,spacious and multi-level interconnected channels for ion transport,which facilitates the efficient intercalation/deintercalation of hydrated Zn2+into the pores of the primary structure via the intercalation capacitance *** a result,the 3D-MnVO electrode exhibits excellent diffusion rates and minimal interfacial *** a current density of 0.1 A·g-1,the 3D-MnVO cathode delivers a commendable discharge capacity of170.5 mAh·g-1with 81.6% capacity retention after100 charge/discharge ***,even at a high current density of 1.0 A·g-1,the 3D-MnVO electrode delivers a remarkable reversible capacity of198.9 mAh·*** research results provide valuable insights into the development of advanced polyoxometalate-based 3D inorganic framework electrode materials for high-performance rechargeable AZIBs.

在网络及现代技术的桥梁作用下,“线上+线下”混合教学势在必行。“材料分析方法”作为一门重要的实践性强的材料类专业基础课,具有教学计划学时少、课程内容难而多的特点。混合教学模式下如何开展“材料分析方法”课程教学是教育工作者亟待思考的问题。基于此,首先分析了“材料分析方法”的教学改革现状;其次从课程思政、课堂教学及课程考核等方面给出了相关建议,以提升“材料分析方法”教学质量,为“材料分析方法”及类似的其他专业基础课和工程类学科的课程提供一些教学改革思路。

Strengthened and toughened SiHfBCN-based hightemperature resistant adhesive with SiC NWs

To further improve the performance of binders,a SiHfBCN-based high-temperature resistant adhesive was successfully synthesized by Polymer-Derived Ceramics(PDC)route using TiB2,Polysiloxane(PSO)and short SiC nanowires as *** effect of short SiC nanowires on the adhesive strength at room temperature and high temperature,as well as the reinforcing mechanism was *** with the adhesive without SiC nanowires,after curing(at 170℃)and pyrolysis(at 1000℃)in air,the appropriate adding of SiC nanowires upgrades the room temperature and high temperature(at 1000℃ in air)adhesive strength to(12.50±0.67)MPa(up by about 32%)and(13.11±0.79)MPa(up by about 106%),***,under the synergistic impact of the nanowire bridging,nanowire breaking,nanowire drawing and crack deflection,the optimized adhesive exhibits multi-stage fracture,causing the increscent fracture displacement.

Comparison of biological behavior of lacrimal gland adenoid cystic carcinoma with high-grade transformation cells

Polyethylene interfacial dielectric layer for organic semiconductor single crystal based field-effect transistors

Organic semiconductor single crystals(OSSCs) have shown their promising potential in high-performance organic field-effect transistors(OFETs). The interfacial dielectric layers are critical in these OFETs as they not only govern the key semiconductor/dielectric interface quality but also determine the growth of OSSCs by their wetting properties. However, reported interfacial dielectric layers either need rigorous preparation processes, rely on certain surface chemistry reactions, or exhibit poor solvent resistance, which limits their applications in low-cost, large-area, monolithic fabrication of OSSC-based OFETs. In this work, polyethylene(PE) thin films and lamellar single crystals are utilized as the interfacial dielectric layers, providing solvent resistive but wettable surfaces that facilitate the crystallization of 6,13-bis(tri-isopropylsilylethynyl)pentacene(TIPS-PEN) and 6,13-bis(triisopropylsilylethynyl)-5,7,12,14-tetraazapentacene(TIPS-TAP). As evidenced by the presence of ambipolar behavior in TIPS-PEN single crystals and the high electron mobility(2.3 ± 0.34 cm^(2)V^(-1)s^(-1)) in TIPS-TAP single crystals, a general improvement on electron transport with PE interfacial dielectric layers is revealed, which likely associates with the chemically inertness of the saturated C-H bonds. With the advantages in both processing and device operation, the PE interfacial dielectric layer potentially offers a monolithic way for the enhancement of electron transport in solution-processed OSSC-based OFETs.

Progress in humanity has intensified the demand for efficient and renewable energy storage,which warrants the development of advanced rechargeable batteries such as lithium-ion batteries(liBs),sodium-ion batteries(SIBs),zinc-ion batteries(ZIBs),and lithium-sulfur batteries(li-S batteries).Nevertheless,these batteries still suffer from certain limitations,such as the insufficient capacity and inferior stability in their electrode ***,developing a feasible electrode material for li/Na/Zn ion storage represents a critical ***,polyoxovanadates(POVs)materials,particularly decavanadate anion(V_(10)O_(28))^(6-)clusters,have attracted considerate attention as promising battery electrodes,due to their rich multi-electron redox process,high structural stability,simple preparation process,and abundant ligand *** this review,we provide an overview of the research progress of(V_(10)O_(28))^(6-)-based materials in various metal-ion battery systems,including liBs,SIBs,ZIBs,and li-S *** also discuss the underlying challenges associated with this type of materials,and we provide alternative strategies to overcome these *** review aims to facilitate the research and development of the nextgeneration(V_(10)O_(28))^(6-)-based battery materials.
