BACKGROUND Children with critical acute abdominal conditions often undergo intestinal stoma *** To explore the impact of a visual mobile terminal-based extended care model on caregiver competence for children with *** One hundred twenty children with enterostomies and their caregivers in a children's hospital in Beijing were divided into a control group and a study *** control group(60 cases)received traditional telephone follow-up for continuity of care,while the study group(60 cases)used a visualization mobile terminal-based care *** incidence of stoma-related complications,caregiver burden scale,and competence scores of children with stoma were compared between the two *** The primary caregiver burden score in the study group(37.22±3.17)was significantly lower than that in the control group(80.00±4.47),and the difference was statistically significant(Plity score of the study group(172.08±3.49)was significantly higher than that of the control group(117.55±4.28;Plications in the study group(11.7%,7/60)was significantly lower compared to the control group(33.3%,20/60;χ2=8.086,P=0.004).CONCLUSION The visual mobile terminal-based care model reduces caregiver burden,improves home care ability,lowers the incidence of complications and readmission rates,and supports successful second-stage reduction surgery for children with enterostomies.

For a Banach Space X Garcia-Falset introduced the coefficient R（X） and showed that if R（X）〈 2 then X has a fixed point. In this paper, we define a mean non-expansive mapping T on X in the sense that ｜｜Tx - TY｜｜ ≤ a｜｜x - y｜｜＋ b｜｜x - Ty｜｜ for any x,y E X, where a,b ≥ 0, a ＋ b ≤ 1. We show that if R（X）〈 1/1＋b then T has a fixed point in X.

Interleukin （IL）-10 is an important immunoregulatory cytokine produced by many cell populations. Numerous investigations suggest that IL-10 plays a major role in chronic liver diseases. IL-10 gene polymorphisms are possibly assodated with liver disease susceptibility or se-verity. Recombinant human IL-10 has been produced and is currently tested in clinical trials. These trials may give new insights into the immunobiology of IL-10 and suggest that the IL-10/IL-10 receptor system may become a new therapeutic target.

Aims small plant populations may be more likely to suffer more severe pollen limitation due to the lower number of potential mates or suitable *** invasive species,this phenomenon may be more common when an invading population colonizes a new ***,we investigated whether pollen limitation occurs in invasive populations of Solanum rostratum during its invasion from North america to China and evaluated the patterns between pollen limitation and population *** Pollen addition experiments were performed on six invasive populations of *** comparing fruit set and seed production with open pollination treatment,we calculated the index of pollen limitation and regressed it to population size and *** Findingsamong the six sampled invasive populations of ***,the fruit set and seed production per fruit were 0.346±0.014 and 52.38±9.29,respectively,with open pollination treatment and 0.572±0.022 and 56.28±10.79,respectively,with pollen addition *** with open pollination,pollen addition significantly increased fruit set and seed production by 65.3 and 7.4%,*** standardized index of pollen limitation ranged from 0.022 to 0.125,with an average of 0.065,suggesting that invasive populations of *** do suffer from pollen *** index of pollen limitation was negatively correlated with population size,which is consistent with the pattern that smaller populations suffer from more severe pollen limitation.

Plants often face the challenge of severe environmental conditions, which include various biotic and abiotic stresses that exert adverse effects on plant growth and development. During evolution, plants have evolved complex regulatory mechanisms to adapt to various environmental stressors. One of the consequences of stress is an increase in the cellular concentration of reactive oxygen species （ROS）, which are subsequently converted to hydrogen peroxide （H2O2）. Even under normal conditions, higher plants produce ROS during metabolic processes. Excess concentrations of ROS result in oxidative damage to or the apoptotic death of cells. Development of an antioxidant defense system in plants protects them against oxidative stress damage. These ROS and, more particularly, H2O2, play versatile roles in normal plant physiological processes and in resistance to stresses. Recently, H2O2 has been regarded as a signaling molecule and regulator of the expression of some genes in cells. This review describes various aspects of H2O2 function, generation and scavenging, gene regulation and cross-links with other physiological molecules during plant growth, development and resistance responses.

In this paper, electromagnetic poly（3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene）/γ-Fe2O3 （PEDOT/γ-Fe2O3 ） micro-bowls, 1-2 gm in diameter, were prepared by a simple environment-friendly process. In this method, the aqueous solution of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide （CTAB） instead of any organic solvent was used. FeC13 acted as a source of FeIII for the formation of γ-Fe2O3 and as an oxidant for the polymerization of 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene （EDOT）. The bowl-shaped morphology of PEDOT/γ-Fe2O3 composites was strongly influenced by the concentration of CTAB, FeCl2, ammonia solution and the reaction temperature. The saturation magnetization of PEDOT/γ-Fe2O3 micro-bowls increased with the increase of FeC12 concentration and reached 6.20 AmE/kg at the FeCl2 concentration of 0.30 mol/L. The conductivity of the PEDOT/γ-Fe2O3 composites was in the range of 101 S/cm. The electrical and magnetic sources of PEDOT/γ-Fe2O3 micro-bowls were confirmed by SEM-EDX, TEM, XRD and XPS spectra. And the possible formation mechanism of PEDOT//7：Fe203 was proposed.

Studies on the formati on and evolutio n of the solid electrolyte in terface(SEI)film under different ambient temperatures are important to understand the failure behavior of lithium-ion batteries(liBs).Herein,in-situ electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)test is performed on the whole discharge process of Si@Graphite@C/li cell at 0,25 and 55℃,*** with scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy characterizations,it is found that the SEI film undergoes a complicated evolution process of pre-formation,self-improvement and gradual decay in succession at 25℃.Besides,due to the dissolution of organo-alkyl lithium at high temperature,the formed film is mainly composed of liF,li_(2)CO_(3) and other in organic salts,which helps to decrease the ***,the electrolyte is consumed continuously on the new exposed in terface,leading to the degraded performance of the ***,the dyn amic properties of li^(+) ions are poor at low temperature,though the migration ability of li^(+) ions in the solid phase can be improved as the cycle goes ***,the development and application of in-situ EIS tech no logy are expected to become an important means to explain the electrochemical performance of batteries.
