Objective To investigate therapeutic effect of duragesic in the treatment of cancerous pain in patients with advanced tumors,Method Before entering the study.all patients suffered from moderate to sever cancerous pain,All patients were given 5 doses of duragesic within 15 day.,Evaluation was performed every.12 hous,We assessed pain intensity.and pain relief by.using numoral rating scale(NRS).Quality.of life was also *** Eventual dose was 2.5 mg in 10cases,5 mg in 49 cases.,7.5 mg in 5 cases,10 mg in 3cases,and 12.5 mg in 1 cases,15mg in 1 case complete relief was observed in 13 cases,partial relief observed in 45 cases, effective rate was 84.06%,The therapeutic effect of duragesic was similar to that of MS contin,Therapeutic dffect occurred 48-72house later and became most significant 2-4 day. later,and maintain at constant level,Conclusion By.the special pattern for delivery.via transdermal sy.tem,duragesic produces lasting and stable analgesic effect,In addition,it is characterized by.simple operation,convenient application,insignificant adverse .Hence,duragesic can replace oral strong opiod drugs.

Coupled turbulent flow, temperature fields of the twin-roll casting strip process were simulated by.three-dimensional finite element method. Based on the heat balance calculation and using inverse methods between the simulations and real experiments, the relational models among casting speed, location, and coefficient of heat transfer between molten metal and rolls in different regions are given. In the simulation, the calculated surface temperatures are in good agreement with the measured values. An on-line model of kiss point is derived by.simulations and the geometry.of molten pool, corresponding control strategy.is also proposed.

设计并合成了一系列尾链为不同长度烷氧基的长侧基甲壳型液晶高分子聚[2,5-二(4'-烷氧基联苯氧羰基)苯乙烯](PnCbiPCS,n=4,6,8,10,14).这些聚合物都具有良好的热稳定性.偏光显微镜及一维和二维广角X射线衍射等研究结果表明PnCbiPCS这一系列聚合物均能形成稳定的近晶A相结构,所对应的层间距随末端尾链的增长而增加,当n=4,6时层间距与侧基的理论长度相同,n≧8时层间距小于理论值,形成部分穿插的近晶A相结构.在剪切力场作用下,所有这些聚合物所形成的近晶相均易发生宏观取向,近晶层法线方向与剪切方向垂直.

A 499.8 MHz SOLEIL-ty.e superconducting cavity.was simulated and designed for the first time in this paper. The higher-order mode (HOM) properties of the cavity.were investigated. Two kinds of coaxial HOM couplers were designed. Using 4 L-ty.e and 4 T-ty.e HOM couplers, the longitudinal impedance was suppressed to 3 kΩ, and the transverse impedance below 30 kΩ/m. The HOM damping requirements of Hefei Advanced light Facility.(HALF) were satisfied. This paper conducts an in-depth study.on the radio frequency.(RF) design, multipacting optimization, and thermal analy.is of these coaxial couplers. Simulation results indicated that under operating acceleration voltage, the optimized couplers does not exhibit multiplicating or thermal breakdown phenomena. The cavity.has the potential to reach a higher acceleration gradient.

Cutter Accessibility.Map and Its Application for 5-axis Milling Tool-path Generation

Pervious studies have reported the supramodal interactions in different sensory.modalities. The aim of this paper is to investigate the influences of visual spatial sensory.on the auditory.intensity.perception by.event-related potentials (ERP) analy.is. The subjects were requested to judge the sound level companied with phase-locked visual stimulus. Behavior results demonstrated more auditory.judgment error when the subjects were stimulated with the resized visual patterns. The ERP waveforms elicited at C3 and T3 indicated significant amplitude enhancement in the components at 17500ms and 20020ms after the second stimuli onset. Both ERP and behavior results confirmed the existence of the Supramodal interaction between visual spatial sensory.and the auditory.intensity.perception, i.e. that visual spatial sensory.could suppress the perception of auditory.intensity.

In tool-path generation process for 5-axis face milling,the specification of cutter posture is one of the critical issues that contribute to the computation load. In this paper,a quick algorithm is presented to specify.the cutter posture at a surface point based on the cutter’s accessibility.maps (A-maps) at all the sampled points,obtained during cutter selection. Integrated with this quick algorithm,an efficient approach is proposed to generate a set of iso-planar tool-paths for finishing a given surface withmaximum machining efficiency.without violating the desirable profile and scallop height tolerance. One example is given to confirm the validity.of the quick algorithm for cutter posture and the efficiency.of the algorithm for tool-path generation.

There are a great number of uncertainties in the process of dealing with multi-objective fuzzy.decision-making, and vague set has great advantages on dealing with uncertainty. By.analy.ing the characters of trace function and precision function and their disadvantages that it was sometime difficult in determining which scheme was better, a new multi-objective fuzzy.decision-making algorithm, based on the unknown degree and uncertainty.degree of vague sets, is given in this paper which was used to solve the problem of the Third Part Logistics Providers Preference. The final result of decision-making verified the efficiency.and feasibility.of the algorithm. The new algorithm used existent methods for reference, at the same time overcomes their disadvantages. The new algorithm was proved reasonable in this paper and was applied into searching optimal scheme, and the result showed that it was effective and feasible. This paper introduces a new effective decision-making method to solve multi-objective fuzzy.decision-making problem, at the same time it broadened a new thought for vague set applied on other fields.

In the present research, artificial artificial networks hare be applied to establish the constitutive rela- tionship model of Ti - 5Al - 2Sn - 2Zr - 4Mo - 4Cr (wt - % ) alloy. In the first stage of the re- search, an isothermal compressive experiment using Thermecmastor - Z hot simulator is studied to ac- quire the flow stress at different deformation temperature,equivalent strain and equivalent strain rate. Then,a feed - forward neural network is trained by.using the experimental *** the training process is finished, the neural networks become a knowledge-based constitutive relationship sy.tem. Comparison of the predicted and experimental results results shows that the neural network model has good le- arning precision and good *** neural neural network methods are found to show much better agreement than existing methods with the experiment data, and have the advantage of being able to deal with noisy.for or data with strong non - linear reationships. At last, this model can be aused to simulate the flow behavior of Ti - 5Al - 2Sn - 2Zr - 4Mo - 4Ca alloy.

The weldability.is an important property.to metal materials. Materials weldability.becomes worse with the y.eld strength increasing. The experimental results indicate that the specific shock waves treatment could improve the weldability.of steels such as 16MnR, SM 58Q, e.g. increase the notch toughness of coarse grains zone in HAZ and decrease cold cracking sensibility. The work would explore initially.the mechanisms of improvement of weldability.by.shock waves. The further study.on the low alloy.high strength steel WEL TEN80 indicates that the shock waves may.increase the material weldability.on this grade of trength.
