PdCI2（Ph3P）2/Salicylaldimine Catalyzed Diarylation of Anilines with Unactivated Aryl Chlorides

Triphenylphosphine and salicylaldimine could be used as a mixed ligand system to obtain a high catalytic activ- ity for palladium catalyzed diarylation of primary anilines with unactivated aryl chlorides by the synergistic effect of ligands. The activity and selectivity of the catalytic system could be improved by modifying the structure of sa- licylaldimine. In refluxing o-xylene, PdC12（Ph3P）2 with 2,5-ditrifluoromethyl N-phenylsalicylaldimine as a coligand shows high efficiency for the diarylation of various anilines. The catalytic system shows good toleration for the ste- ric hindrance of the substrates. The facile catalytic system works as well on the multiple arylation of 1, 1＇-biphenyl- 4,4＇-diamine with aryl chlorides to afford N,N,N＇y＇-tetraaryl-1,1＇-biphenyl-4,4＇-diamines which are important in- termediates of organic light emitting diode （OLED） hole transport materials.

N-doped coaxial CNTs@α-Fe_2O_3@C nanofibers have been successfully synthesized according to a facile solvothermal/hydrothermal method. The obtained CNTs@α-Fe_2O_3@C nanofibers composites exhibited spe- cial three-dimensional （3-D） network structure, which endows they promising candidate for anode ma- terials of lithium ion battery. The coaxial property of CNTs@α-Fe_2O_3@C nanofibers could significantly improve the cycling and rate performance owing to the acceleration of charge/electron transfer, improve- ment of conductivity, maintaining of structural integrity and inhibiting the aggregation. The α-Fe_2O_3 nanoparticles with small size and high percentage of N-doped amount could further improve the elec- trochemical performance. As for the CNTs@α-Fe_2O_3@C nanofibers, the capacity presented a high value of 1255.4 mAh/g at 0.1 C, and retained at 1213.4 mAh/g after 60 cycles. Even at high rate of 5 C, the ca- pacity still exhibited as high as 319 mAh/g. The results indicated that the synthesized N-doped coaxial CNTs@α-Fe_2O_3@C nanofibers exhibited high cvcling and rate oerformance.

Copper(Cu)-bearing stainless steel has testified its effectiveness to reduce the risk of bacterial ***,its antibacterial mechanism is still ***,three 430 ferritic stainless steels with different Cu contents are selected to conduct deeper research by the way of bacterial inactivation from two aspects of material and ***,electrochemical and antibacterial results show that the increase in Cu content simultaneously improves the corrosion resistance and antibacterial property of 430 stainless *** addition,it is found that Escherichia coli(***)on the surface 430 Cu-bearing stainless steel by the dry method of inoculation possesses a rapid inactivation ability.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)aids with ion chelation experiments prove that Cu(Ⅰ)plays a more crucial role in the contact-killing efficiency than Cu(Ⅱ),resulting from more production of reactive oxygen species(ROS).

Vibrio cholerae and Vibrio parahaemolyticus are the two most commonly reported pathogens in seafood[1]. Consuming raw or undercooked seafood contaminated with these two Vibrio species can cause food poisoning, posing the risk of severe gastrointestinal illness and death[2-3]. Therefore,precise and reliable methods for detecting V. cholerae and V. parahaemolyticus contamination in seafood are essential for controlling food safety.

A deficiency in selenium(Se) in the human diet is a worldwide problem. The intake of Se-rich vegetables can be a safe way to combat Se deficiency for humans. However, most leafy vegetables can accumulate a high content of nitrates, which poses a potential threat to human health. light is an important environmental factor that regulates the uptake and distribution of mineral elements and nitrogen metabolism in plants. However, the effects of Se forms and light conditions, especially light spectra, on the uptake and translocation of Se and on nitrate reduction are poorly understood. In this study, lettuce(Lactuca sativa L.) was treated with exogenous Se applied as selenate(10 mmol L^-1) and selenite(0.5 mmol L^-1) and grown under five different light spectra: fluorescent light(FL), monochromatic red LED light(R), monochromatic blue LED light(B), and mixed red and blue LED light with a red to blue light ratio at 4(R/B=4), 8(R/B=8), and 12(R/B=12), respectively. The effects of light spectra and Se forms on plant growth, photosynthetic performance, Se accumulation and nitrate reduction were investigated. The results showed that the light spectra and Se forms had significant interactions for plant growth, foliar Se accumulation and nitrate reduction. The Se concentration and nitrate content in the leaves were negatively correlated with the percentage of red light from the light sources. Compared to Se applied as selenite, exogenous Se applied as selenate was more effective in reducing nitrate via promoting nitrate reductase and glutamate synthase activities. The lowest nitrate content and highest plant biomass were observed under R/B=8 for both the selenate and selenite treatments. The significant effect of the light spectra on the root concentration factor and translocation factor of Se resulted in marked variations in the Se concentrations in the roots and leaves. Vortex light is a unique beam characterized by a spiral phase as it propagates. A fundamental parameter of vortex light is the topological charge, which determines the amount of angular momentum and plays a crucial role in tailoring its behavior. However, conventional measurement methods for determining the topological charge, such as those based on interference and phase modulation, tend to be intricate and complex. In this regard, a labeled vortex beam generator is proposed, composed of a metasurface with a single-celled configuration. When the metasurface is illuminated by light of the designed wavelength, the outgoing light exhibits a vortex structure. Furthermore, the topological charge numbers can be directly observed with distinct labeled patterns when the metasurface is placed in an orthogonal-polarized optical path. With advantages such as ultra-compactness, high robustness, and exceptional precision, the proposed metasurface exhibits significant potential for applications in optical communication, light manipulation, optical sensing, etc.

Full utilization of the excited species at both singlet states(1R*)and triplet states(3R*)is crucial to improving electrochemiluminescence(ECL)efficiency but is challenging for organic luminescent ***,an aggregation-induced delayed ECL(AIDECL)active organic dot(OD)containing a benzophenone acceptor and dimethylacridine donor is reported,which shows high ECL efficiency via reverse intersystem crossing(RISC)of non-emissive 3R*to emissive 1R*,overcoming the spin-forbidden radiative decay from 3R*.By introducing dual donor-acceptor pairs into luminophores,it is found that nonradiative pathway could be further suppressed via enhanced intermolecular weak interactions,and multiple spin-up conversion channels could be *** a consequence,the obtained OD enjoys a 6.8-fold higher ECL efficiency relative to the control AIDECL-active ***-crystal studies and theoretical calculations reveal that the enhanced AIDECL behaviors come from the acceleration of both radiative transition and *** work represents a major step towards purely organic,high-efficiency ECL dyes and a direction for the design of next-generation ECL dyes at the molecular level.

This study provides an integrated interpretation for the Mesozoic-Cenozoic tectonothermal evolutionary history of the Permian strata in the qishan area of the southwestern Weibei Uplift,Ordos *** fission-track and apatite/zircon(U-Th)/He thermochronometry,bitumen reflectance,thermal conductivity of rocks,paleotemperature recovery,and basin modeling were used to restore the Meso-Cenozoic tectonothermal history of the Permian *** Triassic AFT data have a pooled age of^180±7 Ma with one age peak and P(χ2)=86%.The average value of corrected apatite(U-Th)/He age of two Permian sandstones is^168±4 Ma and a zircon(U-Th)/He age from the Cambrian strata is^231±14 *** reflectance and maximum paleotemperature of two Ordovician mudstones are 1.81%,1.57%and^210℃,~196℃*** undergoing a rapid subsidence and increasing temperature in Triassic influenced by intrusive rocks in some areas,the Permian strata experienced four cooling-uplift stages after the time when the maximum paleotemperature reached in late Jurassic:(1)A cooling stage(~163 Ma to^140 Ma)with temperatures ranging from^132℃to^53℃and a cooling rate of^3℃/Ma,an erosion thickness of^1900 m and an uplift rate of^82 m/Ma;(2)A cooling stage(~140 Ma to^52 Ma)with temperatures ranging from^53℃to^47℃and a cooling rate less than^0.1℃/Ma,an erosion thickness of^300 m and an uplift rate of^3 m/Ma;(3)(~52 Ma to^8 Ma)with^47℃to^43℃and^0.1℃/Ma,an erosion thickness of^500 m and an uplift rate of^11 m/Ma;(3)(~8 Ma to present)with^43℃to^20℃and^3℃/Ma,an erosion thickness of^650 m and an uplift rate of^81 m/*** tectonothermal evolutionary history of the qishan area in Triassic was influenced by the interaction of the qinling Orogeny and the Weibei Uplift,and the south qishan area had the earliest uplift-cooling time compared to other parts within the Weibei *** early Eocene at^52 Ma and the late Miocene at^8 Ma,as two significant turning points after which both the rate of uplift and the rat
