杜鹃红山茶与山茶‘媚丽’杂交后代花青苷变异特征

[目的]研究杜鹃红山茶、山茶‘媚丽’及其杂交后代花瓣中花青苷成分与含量,揭示其主要花青苷成分与含量的变异特征,为高花青苷含量山茶花新品种选育及其开发利用提供科学依据。[方法]应用高效液相色谱-光电二极管阵列检测(Hp.C-DAD)和超高效液相色谱-四极杆-飞行时间质谱联用技术(Up.C-Q-TOF-MS)定性定量分析杜鹃红山茶、山茶‘媚丽’及其35个杂交后代花瓣中花青苷成分与含量。[结果]杜鹃红山茶及其杂交后代花瓣中共检测到14种花青苷,其中含量较高的主要花青苷有8种,包括矢车菊素-3-O-(2-O-β-木糖基)-β-半乳糖苷(Cy3GaX)、矢车菊素-3-O-β-半乳糖苷(Cy3Ga)、矢车菊素-3-O-(2-O-β-木糖基)-β-葡萄糖苷(Cy3GX)、矢车菊素-3-O-β-葡萄糖苷(Cy3G)、矢车菊素-3-O-[6-O-(E)-p.香豆酰]-β-半乳糖苷(Cy3GaEp.)、矢车菊素-3-O-[2-O-β-木糖基-6-O-(E)-p.香豆酰]-β-半乳糖苷(Cy3GaEp.X)、矢车菊素-3-O-[2-O-β-木糖基-6-O-(E)-p.香豆酰]-β-葡萄糖苷(Cy3GEp.X)和矢车菊素-3-O-[6-O-(E)-p.香豆酰]-β-葡萄糖苷(Cy3GEp.)。杜鹃红山茶主要花青苷总量高于山茶‘媚丽’,杂交后代花青苷总量存在较大的变异;杂交后代中Cy3GX、Cy3GaX含量均低于杜鹃红山茶,Cy3GEp.X、Cy3GaEp.X含量总体上高于杜鹃红山茶,Cy3G、Cy3Ga、Cy3GEp.和Cy3GaEp.含量基本上介于双亲之间。[结论]杜鹃红山茶及其杂交后代中含2-O-β-木糖基的花青苷含量高于相应不含2-O-β-木糖基的花青苷,含葡萄糖苷的花青苷高于相应含半乳糖苷的花青苷。杜鹃红山茶主要花青苷为Cy3GX和Cy3GaX,山茶‘媚丽’为Cy3GEp.和Cy3G,杂交后代主要为Cy3GX和Cy3GEp.X,其次为Cy3G和Cy3GEp.;杂交后代中含2-O-β-木糖基的花青苷来源于杜鹃红山茶,其所占比例高于相应不含2-O-β-木糖基的花青苷,表明含2-O-β-木糖基的花青苷具较强的遗传能力。

Using electr.n-p.sitr.n annihilation data samp.es cor.esp.nding to an integr.ted luminosity of 4.5 fb-1,collected by the BESⅢdetector.in the ener.y r.gion between 4599.53 MeV and 4698.82 MeV,we r.p.r. the fir.t obser.ations of the Cabibbo-sup.r.ssed decaysΛ_(c)^(+)→nπ^(+)π^(0),Λ_(c)^(+)→nπ^(+)π^(-)π^(+),and the Cabibbo-favor.d decayΛ_(c)^(+)→nK^(-)π^(+)π^(+)with statistical significances of 7.9σ,7.8σ,and>10σ,*** br.nching fr.ctions of these decays ar. measur.d to be B(Λ_(c)^(+)→nπ^(+)π^(0))=(0.64±0.09±0.02)%,B(Λ_(c)^(+)→nπ^(+)π^(-)π^(+))=(0.45±0.07±0.03)%,and B(Λ_(c)^(+)→nK^(-)π^(+)π^(+))=(1.90±0.08±0.09)%,wher. the fir.t uncer.ainties ar. statistical and the second ar. *** find that the br.nching fr.ction of the decayΛ_(c)^(+)→nπ^(+)π^(0)is about one or.er.of magnitude higher.than that ofΛ_(c)^(+)→nπ^(+).

Studies of e^+e~→D_s^+■^((*)0)K^-and the p.wave char.ed-str.nge mesons ar. p.r.or.ed based on an e^+e^-collision data samp.e cor.esp.nding to an integr.ted luminosity of 567 p.^(-1) collected with the BESIII detector.at s^(1/2)=4.600 GeV. The p.ocesses of e^+e^-→D_s^+■^(*0)K^- and D_s^+■~0K^- ar. obser.ed for.the fir.t time and ar. found to be dominated by the modes D_s^+D_(s1)(2536)^-and D_s^+D_(s2)~*(2573)^-, r.sp.ctively. The Bor. cr.ss sections ar. measur.d to be σ~B(e^+e^-→D_s^+■^(*0)K^-) =(10.1±2.3±0.8) p. and σ~B(e^+e^-→D_s^+■~0K^-) =(19.4±2.3± 1.6) p., and the p.oducts of Bor. cr.ss section and the decay br.nching fr.ction ar. measur.d to be σ~B(e^+e^-→D_s^+D_(s1)(2536)^-+c.c.)·B(D_(s1)(2536)^-→■^(*0)K^-)=(7.5±1.8±0.7) p. and σ~B(e^+e^-→D_s^+D_(s2)~*(2573)^-+ c.c.)·B(D_(s2)~*(2573)^-→■~0 K^-)=(19.7 ± 2.9 ±2.0) p.. For.the D_(s1)(2536)^-and D_(s2)~*(2573)^-mesons, the masses and widths ar. measur.d to be M(D_(s1)(2536)^-)=(2537.7±0.5 ±3.1) MeV/c2, Γ(D_(s1)(2536)^-) =(1.7 ±1.2 ±0.6)MeV, and M(D_(s2)~*(2573)^-)=(2570.7±2.0 ±1.7) MeV/c^2, Γ(D_(s2)~*(2573)^-)=(17.2 ±3.6 ±1.1) MeV. The sp.n-p.r.ty of the D_(s2)~*(2573)^-meson is deter.ined to be J^p. 2^+. In addition, the p.ocesses e^+e^-→D_s^+■^((*)0)K^-ar. sear.hed for.using the data samp.es taken at four.two) center.of-mass ener.ies between 4.416(4.527) and 4.575 GeV, and up.er.limits at the 90% confidence level on the cr.ss sections ar. deter.ined.

We r.p.r. a sear.h for.a heavier.p.r.ner.of the r.cently obser.ed Z_(cs)(3985)^(-) state,denoted as Z_(cs)^('-),in the p.ocess e^(+)e^(−)→K^(+)D_(s)^(∗−) D^(∗0 )+ c.c.,based on e^(*)e^(-)collision data collected at the center.of-mass ener.ies of √s=4.661,4.682 and 4.699 GeV with the BESIII *** Z_(cs)^('-) is of inter.st as it is exp.cted to be a candidate for.a hidden-char. and op.n-str.nge tetr.quar..A p.r.ial-r.constr.ction technique is used to isolate K^(+)r.coil-mass sp.ctr.,which ar. p.obed for.a p.tential contr.bution fr.m Z_(cs)^('-)→D_(s)^(∗−) D^(∗0 )+ *** find an excess of Z_(cs)^('-)→D_(s)^(*-)-D^(*0)(c.c.)candidates with a significance of 2.1o,after.consider.ng systematic uncer.ainties,at a mass of(4123.5±0.7_(sat)±4.7_(syst.))MeV/c^(2).As the data set is limited in size,the up.er.limits ar. evaluated at the 90%confidence level on the p.oduct of the Bor. cr.ss sections(σ^(Bor.))and the br.nching fr.ction(B)of Z_(cs)^('-)→D_(s)^(*-)-D^(*0),under.differ.nt assump.ions of the Z_(cs)^('-) mass fr.m 4.120 to 4.140 MeV and of the width fr.m 10 to 50 MeV at the thr.e center.of-mass *** up.er.limits of σ^(Bor.).B ar. found to be at the level of O(1)p. at each *** data samp.es ar. needed to confir. the Z_(cs)^('-) state and clar.fy its natur. in the coming year..

Objective： Infr.-p.lor.c ar.er. （Ip.） is an imp.r.ant anatomical landmar. in tr.atment of gastr.c cancer.and is the key vessel for.p.lor.s-p.eser.ing gastr.ctomy and subgr.up.of infr.-p.lor.c lymp. nodes. However. its anatomical var.ation is not thor.ughly under.tood. Our.study aimed to clar.fy the or.gination of the Ip.. Methods： We did this p.osp.ctive, multicenter. op.n-label, obser.ational study at gastr.c sur.er. dep.r.ments of 34 hosp.tals in china. Gastr.c cancer.p.tients aged 18 year. or.older.and scheduled to under.o elective total or.distal gastr.ctomy wer. assigned. Dur.ng the sur.er., Ip. dissecting and exp.sing the or.gination p.int with p.otogr.p.s or.video clip. wer. r.quir.d. The p.imar. outcome was the or.gination of the Ip.. Analysis of var.ance, χ2 tests and Fisher.s tests wer. used to analyze the differ.nces between gr.up.. The study is r.gister.d at *** （No. NCT03071237）. r.sults： Between May 8 and July 31, 2017, 429 p.tients wer. assigned for.the study, and 419 （97.7%） p.tients had the Ip. dissected and r.cor.ed thr.ugh p.otogr.p. or.video and wer. included in the p.imar. outcome analysis. The median age was 62 year. old, and 73.7% wer. male. Among the p.tients, 78.5% r.ceived lap.r.scop.c sur.er.. Single Ip. or.gination was identified in 398 （95.0%） p.tients, including gastr.duodenal ar.er. （GDA） in 154 （36.8%） p.tients, anter.or.sup.r.or.p.ncr.aticoduodenal ar.er. （ASp.A） in 130 （31.0%） p.tients, and r.ght gastr.ep.p.oic ar.er. （r.EA） in 114 （27.2%） p.tients. Fifteen （3.6%） p.tients wer. identified with multip.e Ip. and 6 （1.4%） p.tients wer. identified as Ip. absence. The differ.nces in the distr.bution of sur.ical ap.r.ach （p.0.003） and geogr.p.ic ar.a （p.0.030） wer. statistically significant. No differ.nce was shown in sex, age, gastr.ctomy typ., tumor.location, and clinical T, N and M stage. Conclusions： Our.study found that the Ip. or.ginates fr.m GDA, ASp.A and r.EA in similar.p.op.r.ions. Lap.r.scop.c sur.er. may be mor.
